I love how you can set templates. It makes it very fast and simple when it comes time to send out the times.
I dislike how sometimes when I go to delete conversations it seems like it doesn't update consistently and i have to delete twice.
We are able to notify our customers of their delivery window so they can have guys at the job site at proper times to receive the material.
It's an easy app to use, CG can text back while we can use the app from your own phone.
Sometimes we get the same message a few times.

One of the remarkable characteristics of Avochato is that it’s business-friendly. It’s easy to use and gets you in contact with the opposite party more quickly which attracts the customers and gains their trust. Customers don’t have to wait long hours to get a response from the company; rather Avochato’s routing rules also help them get incoming messages assigned to available agents which saves both parties’ time so people don’t have to wait for one specific individual to respond.
There is no record of a previous chat which might be a user error. Software lags sometimes which makes it hard for producers and consumers to contact each other. There should be a video chatting feature. The product should be user-friendly and provide ease of work.
Avochato lets companies interact with their customers more effectively and so this software is high in demand. It plays a major role in increasing sales and marketing as customers can easily and quickly get in touch with the company and don’t have to wait for one specific individual to respond.
I really like how simple Avochato's interface is, it's pretty easy to navigate and is aesthetically pleasing to navigate through. I've used other chat services that have way too much going on as far as buttons, links, and search bars, Avochato keeps it simple.
There were a few glitches with notifications not being 100% accurate, for instance it would sometimes tell me there were more unread messages than there actually were in my inbox, but Avochato's customer service is great about taking feedback and making improvements.
Avochato makes it easy to quickly communicate with our customers in a human way and also allows me to organize my work by using the tags feature. I also like how we can filter which members of my team receive chats and how we can separate what queues each of us are in.
Very easy to use and intuitive, fair pricing that scales with your growth. Support is excellent, integrates well with a variety of 3rd party products via Zapier.

Any glitch, bug, or product improvement our organization has had is usually addressed quickly. We've had some issues int he past with missing notifications, glitchy buttons, screenshots, etc. However Avochato is quick to respond and make changes.

Additionally, having the option for quick and seamless support from the Avochato technical team makes it easy for us to focus on our core work goals.
It's great to communicate with clients through SMS and phone calls, so you can follow each particular case even if is assigned to a different operator. It's excellent to organize big teams, prioritize actions and is effective in managing a big amoung of clients.
This isn't something that I dislike but can be a trouble for some people. We require a team with a good skill set to fully implement this tool because isn't easy to use for beginners.
The biggest benefit we got using this tool was the capability to create from zero effective Customer Support teams and being able to organize them in a matter of hours to properly give attention to our customers.

Es excelente para organizar al equipo, priorizar la acción y atender de manera efectiva una gran cantidad de clientes a través de estas vías.
No es exactamente algo que me disgusta mucho pero para implementarlo efectivamente requiere un equipo con conocimientos sólidos en el área de marketing y tecnología, por lo tanto de manera inicial no es fácil de usar para usuarios principiantes sin entrenamiento previo.
El mayor beneficio que aporta esta herramienta es la capacidad de crear incluso desde cero equipos altamente efectivos en el ámbito de atención al cliente vía SMS/llamadas y organizarlos automáticamente en cuestión de horas para una óptima atención.
I like that it is very easy to use and it has alot of features on it that make it very useful in the workplace
I dislike the fact that you cannot put the contacts into separate groups and that you have to physically go and click close to close the chat it does not automatically close on its own.

Gives customers another convenient way to contact us as their IT support. We always want to provide mainstream ways of communication to our customers and texting was the main need.
Nothing really, we integrate with Slack so not much interaction with the actual program. When customers send images it can get clunky sometimes, specially with our Slack.
Customer Communication. Receiving images from customers can speed up troubleshooting time for us.
I like the simplicity of Avochato along with the ios app which works really well and has been a life saver for easily managing enquiries at odd hours.
It's buggy at times but I haven't encountered anything that's too frustrating to manage.
Has been huge for our LeadGen campaigns - we can easily supplement emails with automatic and professional texts.
Conveniently integrates into Slack, a 3rd party team communication software we use for real time messaging. This allows CSR's to respond immediately to SMS messages. It also shows whether a message has been responded to, and by who. Our primary VoIP service has an anemic SMS solution that required workarounds to get it functioning as a group message-response platform and we had a separate platform that we used to provide website support responses. This fit neatly into that niche, and the only workaround needed is forwarding messages from our primary VoIP platform into this service, and then responding to the original party from Avochato. We're able to completely do away with the old website support platform and all the attendant complexities of maintaining multiple platforms. Since Avochato integrated into our existing team communication platform, that's essentially the only account they need to log into on a daily basis.
It doesn't offer SIP provisioning for VoIP devices. Also, extension management isn't yet a thing. It wouldn't work as a primary VoIP service, but it works well as an auxiliary service.
We are able to step up our ability to handle SMS communications and website questions by placing such requests in an interface our staff already uses. Existing needs such as website support were also consolidated into a single service.
Avochato's texting platform is easy to use and reasonably priced compared to the others that I have researched. The platform is also easier to navigate than others. It was comfortable to use.
We are looking for a texting platform that allows us to send native video, rather than links to videos. Unfortunately, this platform is not able to do so.
Avochato allows us to send and receive text messages to our clients. Texting clients helps humanize and personalize our service and it also makes communication easy. In our industry, a lot of people tend to think we're fake or out-sourced. So being able to send personalized communications and media helps build trust.

Esta plataforma es un CRM que te permite manejar la mesajeria movil para tus equipos, podras comunicarte de una manera eficaz y segura, solo debes configurar tu numero de telefono de avochato y listo, ya estaras comunicandote con tus clientes potenciales a traves de mensajes de texto. Tiene excelentes integraciones como Office 365, Slack y SalesForce
su aplicación movil deberia mejorarla, un par de veces se me bloqueo y no pude ver etiquetas ni recibir ningun tipo de llamdas, solamente mandar mensaje de texto y recibir. De resto no he tenido ningun tipo de inconvenientes, todo lo contrario me permite mantenerme en constante contacto con proveedores y clientes.

Es una plataforma muy liviana pero a su vez solida, es muy facil de utilizar y permite tener un solo dispositivo para la interaccion y comunicación diar. Creamos grupos con nuestros clientes para mantenerlos informados de nuetras actualizaciones y promociones.
Biggest upside is unlimited users at no additional cost with the ability to add new lines at only $10 each. Combined with low learning curve makes this a truly scalable solution that my users have loved. That auto-responses and other quick actions make this app a joy to use.
Biggest downside is the limited integrations provided (if not using native salesforce version which has a high cost). Other big downside is like of SIP phone provisioning, requiring the use of a secondary phone system. Also, the avochato team seems to be overbooked/lacking in resources which leads to slow follow up times and lack of configurations. Hire more developers!
