Avochato has filled an important niche for us in providing support for our professional services team. Avochato has had very fast customer support and have been very flexible in getting our needs met
A direct zendesk integration would be helpful for us
We have a webhook connecting with Slack - when our professional services team of presenters need assistance, they can text us, and we can respond from Slack (or talk amongst ourselves in Slack and then respond). The broadcast feature is also very helpful.

Automation texts
The fact that consumers can text us directly from our paid Google ads without even visiting out site. I assumed we'd get a few texts here and there from this, but many more people have used this as an initial contact point than I would have expected.
There isn't anything specific I don't like. I would love if a service like this could incorporate all like communication methods into its platform, chat, messenger, etc.
We are using Avochato to communicate with people who may not have contacted is normally. They can begin a conversation directly from our ppc ad without even having to visit our website. The more points we can create to initiate or invite contact, the better.

Nothing really. We have had a couple suggestions but they’re been promptly improved, like having the ability to see if someone else is viewing a text

Avochato is easy to use and took little use to understand how to use it. I also liked that it integrated with Slack.

WE are using avochato for weather updates to our field staff, open shifts, information they need asap. Being 500 of our staff are out int eh field this the best way to communicate with them
I like that the Avochato team is very responsive. If there was ever an issue they handled it quickly and added features that we needed.
We've been with them as they've grown. In the beginning there were some issues. Occasionally something still goes wrong, but they are very responsive and quick to fix issues. Also you can't do everything on the app that you can do on your computer.
We use the app to stay connected to our employees. If there is an issues multiple people are on it at once. The broadcast feature is helpful to reach out to large groups at once.
I enjoy all of the options I have in using Avachado. I am able to modify the program to best fit what my company needs to use it for. It it also very easy to navigate. Even people who do not have the most experience with computers or technology in general can figure out how to use this system quickly.
I do not dislike much. I would say that the notifications were a bit of a struggle for my company. The way we are utilizing this program requires us to have different notifications for each user. We were able to figure it out, but it took some time with trial and error.
Communication with orders can always be a bit tricky. My customers have specific salesman and they are not always available to talk when my customer needs them. The text option is great so my customer can get their order in right away and get it off their plate and my salesman can see the order and get it filled when they have a chance to look at it.
The Avochato support team has been amazing. They usually reply within 1-2 hours and have been exceptionally helpful with any and all questions.
The service is not inexpensive, but you're really paying for a level of quality that you can't find in less expensive or "freemium" services.

Direct access to consumers via sms
It was easy to use out of box. As we learned more about its' functionality we found it was even more powerful than we originally thought. At this point we're just scratching the surface but I'm excited about the potential for Avochato within our organization.
We're using it for a political campaign that has a known good list of cell phone numbers. This makes it highly efficient (few bad numbers / bouncebacks). If you don't have a good list it may not be as effective, but the pricing model isn't overly punitive so it may not be as big an issue.
We're a political campaign, so job #1 (all the way through to job #1,0001) is get elected! We're using Avochato to build relationships with our voters through direct contact. Avochato's ability to allow us to use real people to engage in conversations with voters is very valuable.
