I was using a much more expensive software for a live chat. After searching for some other options I found Smartsupp and gave it a try. I knew it would work when I was setting it up because of how the setup process was laid out properly, it was a breeze. It is super easy to use. After the setup was completed, in 3-4 minutes, it started working right away. I was able to customize a bunch of stuff for my needs. Actually, I did not know I could do these fancy things. I will try them all when it's time. Worths every penny. Good job guys!
