Smartsupp ist einfach klasse. Es ist leicht zu bedienen, einfach zu installieren und man kann den Kunden auf seiner Webseite einen absoluten mehrwert bieten.

Nichts. Es ist perfekt so wie es ist! Bis auch villeicht einen Darkmode im Dashboard :)

Wenn unsere neue Website live geht, können wir so dem Kunden auch via Online Chat helfen oder informieren. Und falls wir einmal nicht geöffnet haben, erreicht uns der Kunde bequem über das Chatfenster und wir bekommen eine email. Perfekt! Preislich ist es für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen wie wir es sind etwas teuer. Für Neulinge die ein Business eröffnen wollen sollte es villt etwas günstigere Preismodelle geben.

Sieht ansprechend von der Optik aus. Sehr praktisches Tool. Meine Kundschaft nutzt gern den Chat zur kostenlosen Beratung. Das hilft letztendlich dem Kunden beim Bestellen.

Manches gibts nur in Englisch, das finde ich störend. Größtenteils geht es aber in Deutsch. Ansonsten hätte ich keine weiteren Dinge, die mich stören. Danke für den guten Service.

Die Kunden können Dank Smartsupp mit mir in den Chat treten, werden optimal beraten. Schön ist bei Smartsupp, dass die gewünschten Daten des Kunden für mich gleich angezeigt sind. Somit ist eine Weiterbearbeitung per Telefon oder Email möglich. Der Kunde wird beraten und kauft dadurch die richtigen Produkte.

Chtěla jsem poskytovat celodenní zákaznickou podporu, ale nemohu být stále na příjmu. Smartsupp to za mě vyřešil díky chatbotům. Geniální služba, která pomůže každému e-shopu.

Zatím jsem nenašla nic, co by mi nevyhovovalo. Když jsem narazila na drobný problém, zákaznická podpora mi obratem vysvětlila, kde dělám chybu. Prostě a jednoduše bez výhrad.

Smartsupp mi pomáhá vyřešit zákaznickou podporu sama, bez najímání dalších operátorů. Hodlám si s nastavením ještě více vyhrát, ale zatím jsem maximálně spokojená.
