Die Marketingtools, diese gehen ja über ein simples Chat Supportprogramm hinaus. Außerdem finde ich gut, dass jeder halbwegs Computeraffine User Smartsupp sowohl die erforderlichen Einstellungen als auch die Bedienung problemlos handeln kann

Auch das Marketing tool Autotexte. Leider kann man die Einblendungshäufigkeit bei ein und demselben Kunden nicht beeinflussen. Hier wäre noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Direkte Kundenansprache, dadurch besseren Zugang zu dem Kunden. Ein Live Chat wird eher benutzt als das Formular "Frage zum Produkt" bzw. ruft nicht jeder Kunde die Hotline an.

I can easily handle a couple of customers at once and generate leads within seconds. Absolutely reccomend this tool if you dont want to be contacted by telephone the hole day. Right now i can concentrate on the main parts and add new products to my shop and also give great support to my customers.

I would not say there is a real downside, but it would be helpful if you have the possibility to play the chat button in more than two areas on your site, but that isnt a big deal.

If customers have any questions i can help them immediatly with the live chat. Otherwise they had to call or mail me, which is regularly the way to lose customers.

Smartsupp ist einfach klasse. Es ist leicht zu bedienen, einfach zu installieren und man kann den Kunden auf seiner Webseite einen absoluten mehrwert bieten.

Nichts. Es ist perfekt so wie es ist! Bis auch villeicht einen Darkmode im Dashboard :)

Wenn unsere neue Website live geht, können wir so dem Kunden auch via Online Chat helfen oder informieren. Und falls wir einmal nicht geöffnet haben, erreicht uns der Kunde bequem über das Chatfenster und wir bekommen eine email. Perfekt! Preislich ist es für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen wie wir es sind etwas teuer. Für Neulinge die ein Business eröffnen wollen sollte es villt etwas günstigere Preismodelle geben.

Nothing comes to my mind. Everything went very quickly and without problems until now. The only drawback is the human element. Customers are not patient and won't wait for a response, but that's not Smatrsupp's fault

Thanks to smartsupp, we are in better contact with our customers. We are not so busy on the phone anymore. Since we have set up automatic chatbot replies, we don't even have to write back that often. Overall, I think smartupp saves us a lot of time.

Sieht ansprechend von der Optik aus. Sehr praktisches Tool. Meine Kundschaft nutzt gern den Chat zur kostenlosen Beratung. Das hilft letztendlich dem Kunden beim Bestellen.

Manches gibts nur in Englisch, das finde ich störend. Größtenteils geht es aber in Deutsch. Ansonsten hätte ich keine weiteren Dinge, die mich stören. Danke für den guten Service.

Die Kunden können Dank Smartsupp mit mir in den Chat treten, werden optimal beraten. Schön ist bei Smartsupp, dass die gewünschten Daten des Kunden für mich gleich angezeigt sind. Somit ist eine Weiterbearbeitung per Telefon oder Email möglich. Der Kunde wird beraten und kauft dadurch die richtigen Produkte.

Chtěla jsem poskytovat celodenní zákaznickou podporu, ale nemohu být stále na příjmu. Smartsupp to za mě vyřešil díky chatbotům. Geniální služba, která pomůže každému e-shopu.

Zatím jsem nenašla nic, co by mi nevyhovovalo. Když jsem narazila na drobný problém, zákaznická podpora mi obratem vysvětlila, kde dělám chybu. Prostě a jednoduše bez výhrad.

Smartsupp mi pomáhá vyřešit zákaznickou podporu sama, bez najímání dalších operátorů. Hodlám si s nastavením ještě více vyhrát, ale zatím jsem maximálně spokojená.

Chatbot funguje zatím výborně. Je super vidět kolik je na e-shopu zrovna zákazníků, mít možnost je oslovit či podle komunikace s nimi ladot chatbota. Sběr kontaktů přes chatbot taky funguje výborně.

Zatím jsme nic takového neobjevili. Vše funguje jak má. Možná jen lehká připomínka. Reakce na chat kam můžete psát o pomot je trochu pomalejší než by se nám reálně líbilo.

Komunikace se zákazníky, otevírá aktivně i opakovaně komunikaci a navádí zákazníky k další akci. Díky tomu i sbírá kontakty což je super na vytváření databáze a další práci s leady pro nás.

the price is very high for a monthly plan and yearly its too high too. a small buisness like mine cant effort this price.. but if they add up a life time plan or reduce the price it will be great for small seller

its way too coll to see a direct chat box like whatsapp can be done by this app and we don't have to provide contact details to everyone so that spam problems are getting resolves by this application
