Op het begin is het lastig om alles uit te zoeken om te kijken waar alles staat, neem daar goed de tijd voor. Ook plan een uitleg in, dit heb ik nu nog niet gedaan, dan krijg je gelijk alles mee.

How easy it was to start the chat with a customers

I have no complains so far. I have tested for about week and I had no issue so far.

In a small business all the convesation and question of our customers are potentials sells. With Smartsupp we can manage the chat and send follow up email even when the lead left the website.

I like the app what comes with the solution and the various options I have to choose, how to communicate with the customer. In what time should me the chat offered to the clients etc.

I am not sure, but it seems that the page loading is a bit longer than it used to be when there was no chat available on the page. The pricing could be also a bit lower than it is now.

It routes the customers to the another channel. It should support sales. But for now I am not sure if there was additional conversions on the site due to this plugin.
