I liked the automation function where I can set the responders for my clients.
I dislike the fact that for every page, you have to pay a separate subscription to upgrade to Pro
The auto-responder function solved my response problem to my clients. I am not worried to sleep peacefully at night because I know, my client's queries will be responded real time.
The user experience is very easy, very straightforward. Even non-techie people like me can do it. Everything from the UX to implementation is very simple and easy to do. They also provide a very comprehensive Free plan which helps micro-businesses such as mine thrive. They also don't bug you to upgrade to a paid account which is also good - It makes me want to consider more to get their paid plan.. but maybe in the near future when my business is more stable.
So far, I don't see any disadvantage in using manychat.
Automation of my online business via messenger. I don't need to reply to customers one by one now. It also shows my products in-chat to help customers decide then and there which products they want.

There is a small learning curve, for me, this is one of the most important things when I look for new tools to use.
Sometimes I see some bugs, like when new messages are not triggered when users take the requested steps.

I Love how easy the interface is to navigate and how they making good updates to the platform. Also, I love the ability of the platform to integrate with different other tools. I also like the visual flow builder especially how it makes all the steps in the chatbot funnel visible.
Haven't found anything yet that I dislike yet.

A bot never gets frustrated. A bot never get tired. Bot do what you tell him to do. Having a bot is not only about optimizing your time, I gives the possibility to test and optimice sales. And offcourse, get focused in real interested buyers.
Sometimes the bot doesn't raise. And somehow, the Flows downgrade for no particular reason.
