it is a little difficult to learn; if you follow the steps and don't skip any steps as I did. It will make it much easier to learn, quickly I am a current user of this product

ManyChat as a very nice clean UI, it's easy to navigate, very intuitive UI. I've been using the service for years, and they have continually updated the platform with new integrations, better UI, more tutorials, and a FREE course to help you learn how to use the platform for absolute beginners if you get stuck.

The best part about Manychat is its very convenient and user-friendly chatbot flow builder. Also, it provides direct and seamless integration to Facebook messenger. It also allows the developer to test the chatbot before deployment. It's one of the most advanced platforms for rule-based chatbots with a lot of useful functionalities. Its growth tools such as short links and comment growth tools makes it really useful for marketers. It can also be integrated with the Facebook Ad Campaign to make complete use of it. It also allows us t to connect to external APIs using custom webhook calls. Using this feature we can call any rest API such as GET, POST, etc. It also has a template section where we can create and manage flows in the form of tempaltes.

The things that I dislike about manychat are that it lacks a good amount of integrations that are available on other similar platforms. It can have more integrations suck as Slack, Websites, Whatsapp, etc. Also, it lacks an inbuilt support for NLP for making AI-based Chatbots.

We are solving the problem of designing chatbots without writing any code and that too in very less time. With a platform like Manychat we can easily create, build and deploy a chatbot to a Facebook page within no time.

ManyChat's user experience makes it super simple for our team to map out the funnel and even make adjustments right away. And to think that some members of our team aren't tech savvy but can follow really simple instructions from the free course PLUS the support team is the best! They have answered all of our questions in less than 10 minutes whereas it would take us hours on other tools or worse, get ignored. I also love ManyChat being an all-in-one software solution for marketing. We use ManyChat not just for our lead gen campaigns but also as a CRM.

The user experience is very easy, very straightforward. Even non-techie people like me can do it. Everything from the UX to implementation is very simple and easy to do. They also provide a very comprehensive Free plan which helps micro-businesses such as mine thrive. They also don't bug you to upgrade to a paid account which is also good - It makes me want to consider more to get their paid plan.. but maybe in the near future when my business is more stable.

So far, I don't see any disadvantage in using manychat.

I Love how easy the interface is to navigate and how they making good updates to the platform. Also, I love the ability of the platform to integrate with different other tools. I also like the visual flow builder especially how it makes all the steps in the chatbot funnel visible.

I like the flow builder, all the options of messages. Loved when they added conditioning and smart delays. Makes it easy to build.

For now only that we can't add SMS from different countries, we have to pick only one...

The flow building tool is so initiative. The ability to use pick-whips and click to add elements in a non-linear fashion allows a user to take complex designs and build quickly. The Google Sheet plugins has multiple ways to both push or pull data which allows for you to keep data in an external tool. The fact that you can do all of this without coding is amazing.

The conditional blocks could use a bit UX work. The view of conditional blocks in the flow builder is good, but the side-bar options are a bit clunky and doesn't pre-populate with already created values. It would also be valuable to be able to send data out of Manychat more easily for analytic purposes. No ability to download .csv data is a bit painful. This means any data you want has to use Google Sheets. Not great multi-language support. Also our target is focused in Myanmar and so SMS is not supported.

Manychat helps us build chatbot solutions for Financial Literacy in Southeast Asia where where a fast growing percentage of new users are leapfrogging traditional technologies and going strait to chat and facebook messenger. Manychat allows us to quickly spin up solutions for educating users in our market without needing the typical long tech build cycle. We also are meeting our users where they already are which is Facebook.

Is a very easy to understand app. Very powerful. And integrates very well with Facebook. The free version is very good and I am very much decided to go Pro in the near future.

I would like have more features, but I believe that ManyChat will keep growing. So I am comfortable on waiting. SMS and email marketing are still not available in Portugal...

You don't have to be a developer to use ManyChat. It was created for business owners to quickly setup and optimize chat bots. And while you can do VERY advanced things with ManyChat - you don't have to be advanced to use it.

Like any platform sometimes you can get into overwhelm on how to do what needs to be done.

I teach Amazon sellers how to launch, rank, and harvest reviews for their Amazon listings. I've personally launched thousands of Amazon products with ManyChat and have trained thousands of Amazon sellers how to use it as well.

Hugely robust software with regular updates. Great support most of the time. Very open to input and suggestions from the user base.

Rare bugs where elements don't copy when copying bots to a new account. Sometimes takes multiple tries to get satisfactory support.
