Ninox allowed me to roll out a Database for my business-case within a few days. Meanwhile it's grown to a set of useful tools.

I would appreciate to be able to encapsulate the code in a little frontend-app with access to my data-backend.

By following tutorials it was simple to learn this product, the language to operate is easy to understand and creating fields is user friendly.

I am very new to Ninox and so far my only hiccup I have run in to is the disconnection from the server

Syntax is easy, there is a lot of support in case you don't find a solution for what you are looking for. I created a data base to monitor my investments, and I am absolutely fascinated how easy it is.

Ninox is not a data base for those who do not want to know how a data base is working. It is intended for those seeking for a data base which fits to your individual need.

I do monitor my stock investments, including using an API.

I think the Ninox platform is great - I'm not very techie but I can just about manage a basic solution that serves my needs. I'd love to be able to learn more but I don't have the time.

I dislike the 'code' element. I dislike that I can't integrate well with FreeAgent - the zapier stuff is too complicated for me.

I am running my private clinic using this software. I'm a one-man band. I don't need network. I don't have to pay expensive subscription fees to use someone else's software which is no better than what I can do here.

Printing interface , I was in trouble to visualise the printing area , then I realised that in the online mask is shows only one part of the printing area , while after printing PDF its correctly printed out

It is very easy to learn, setup new databases and adjust anything as things are arising.

Windows Authentication would be a great add-on

Anything from HR, Accounting, keeping track on Administration up to developed a fully integrated sustainability reporting tool for 20 offices world wide

It's a quick and simple tool to learn. It synchs seamlessly our PCs and iPads. Ninox customer support team are responsive and helpful when we have needed them. It helps that we have an experienced user on our staff who was able to show me the ropes and work through a few of the nuances.

The filtering system could work a little better. It's a challenge to sort down to get some information, but not impossible. Also a few more illustrations in the manual would be helpful.

We are transitioning a seasonal database from one department to another, and we need to be able to seamlessly track the product usage, cost, profitability, etc. It's been very helpful in our business and has eased the transition.

What I like most in Ninox Database is the simplicity with which you can create Formulas, Concatenations, Operations, Links and practically anything else connected to a database. The advantage is very simple: it makes a situation somewhat complicated in a sufficiently simple thing.

What I do not like ? .. almost nothing, those times I thought I don't like .. "why" there was an update that removed this thought. Perhaps (and precisely because I strive) it is the mobile app that could be improved

One of many: I needed to catalog many documents and information they contain in order to totalize and analyze their contents. it was all very simple, from creating custom forms to inserting data to creating custom fields based on the data entered, all completed with reports based on my requests, I was very satisfied with the time spent with Nino. He forgot, I don't work and I'm not one of Ninox)))

Ninox ease of use. Quick and easy setup. Little or no coding needed. Great price and excellent support.

As your database becomes more complex, some coding knowledge is needed.

Ninox is amazingly capable, but it is also super easy to use, super fast, and super reliable. Sync is bulletproof and real time and it is so easy to update the program and propagate changes.

I would appreciate some more customizability options as far as design visuals (color, etc).

We have implemented an automated quoting system into Ninox, and it has saved our business a lot of time. Additionally, not everybody is in sync in real time.

The thing that I love about Ninox is the customization of everything. Yes it takes time getting use to but it pays off once you know how things work and play with each other.

I wish there was more explanations on the coding side of things. Better user manual and that.

I developed our database for aerial application in our region and use to to keep track of our records, inventory, and maintenance of aircraft. It has saved us thousands of dollars in making sure people are getting billed.

Performance has stayed brisk even as I’ve added thousands of records, and perhaps even more importantly, even as Ninox has steadily added new features and capabilities.

Perhaps the weakest area hasn’t been in any aspect of features or performance, but that it’s taken extra time and effort to figure out how to make use of the features, because of the paucity of tutorials and documentation early on. But this has steadily improved, like the software itself.

I maintain a record center and archive whose collections include over 2,000 boxes of documents, artwork, objects, and other property, which comprise over 150,000 individual item entries. I was facing the task of updating a poorly-documented 20-year-old catalog done in Access. Then I found Ninox. Now I can carry the entire catalog around with me on my iPad. That portability saves me a lot of time answering records inquiries as I travel from office to office within our organization.

Ist versatility and it's ease of use. Gives me maximum outcome!
