The training videos, the step by step manual, and the customer support, also the price is the best value.
Some parts of the manual are not always clear, maybe the wording got lost in translation.
We were using spreadsheets for all our data it was often very messy, now all the data is in one place and we are very organized and efficient.
- Besides the highly modular software itself, I'd like to mention the customer support. There were a few occasions we had to reach out to them and they were always very helpful and replied quickly. Always friendly, fast and professional. - Additionally, if you need assistance, there is a large online community.
The way subscriptions and licenses have to be purchased is very cumbersome and confusingly regulated via a third party software. This could be a bit more transparent and user-friendly. Multi-Factor-Authentication would be nice.
In our small business Ninox serves us as the main ERP/CRM software. It helps us to manage data about our clients, projects, accounting etc. In combination with Make (formerly Integromat) it is a very powerful and cost-effective tool.
We are a small company (very small indeed) so pricing and onboarding process makes a great impact, and Ninox makes this barriers very low. The tool is impressive in terms of what it can do and you get results very rapidly. The templates is a fantastic way to start. The best things of all is to contract the help of an expert consultant that will tweak those templates or even a new idea into shape in hours at a hourly rate super affordable.
To start from scratch yourself really requires some investment in knowing the tool. It's like Excel, I would say, in minutes you can do great things, but if you want to program your own macros and forms that could take some days of learning and experimenting.

There is some potential für new functions (at print layout, code editor or mobile app), but ninox already has this points on their roadmap and is working on it. They is launching new features on a regular basis.
I already tested and worked with many different business apps and plattforms to digitalize small and medium sized companies, but all of them were lacking in functionality, flexibility or pricing - too inflexible, complex, or expensive. I have been creating database systems for a Charity NINOX the security of date GDPR etc this was most important to us. The customer service is excellent and Pricing very reasonable in comparison to other similar cloud databases. Because we are a charity NINOX kindly offered to extend our trial period and we are very grateful for this, many thanks to the NINOX team.
At this time there doesn't seem to be anything about NINOX but I am very new to creating any kind of databases and I'm sure I might have a few difficulties in the future but the training, information, and support seem to be there so we will see as I progress on my new learning curve.
Some of our charity systems need to be easily accessible in all areas of operation from client's information, bookkeeping, funding, volunteer and staff information, training, our activities, registrations, and Birthdays.
The functionality that I can write my own system based on our needs. Also the ease of use and many tutorials on Youtube. Well done Ninox!! The support from Ninox is superb.
Nothing really, it might have been nice to have more features to customize the user interface, but most probably I don't know the system well enough yet to do it.
I could not find software applicable to our manufacturing system( within our budget) and had to get software engineers to develop a custom system. The cost was huge and time-consuming to get done.
I'm a database novice and used Bento to handle several complex collections of data. Ninox is far more robust and still easy to use. Moreover, when I had questions that weren't specifically addressed in an online video or a free webinar, I reached out by email and received very timely and complete answers! The customer support I've received so far has significantly outweighed the minimal cost of the product!
Still getting to know the product so I don't have any dislikes (yet?).
I'm tracking billable hours for my services and benefit by having the information synchronized between my phone and computers using iCloud. I'm currently renovating my house and will also track costs, warranties, serial numbers, etc., for new items installed or updated. Having the contact information for who installed an item is very important to me and I can keep much more information in a Ninox database than I can with my Apple Contacts (which is the only way I tracked it before).
