I love that I can easily check all the uses in a simple spreadsheet. I also super appreciate that I didn't have to be a tech genius to make it work! The process was so simple and streamlined the hall pass process in my classroom, which (teachers know) is LIFE changing.
Honestly, the only problem I had was that my kids used all my free uses before the month was up. Which, as a teacher, I try to not pay for as much as I possibly can. But, honestly, that was such a minimal issue. I still definitely recommend using Jot Form in the classroom. In fact, once other teachers got word of my new hall passes, several of them began using Jot Form too!
I used Jotform as a hallpass in my classroom. My students scanned a QR code, filled out the form, and then had a personalized, time stamped hall pass on their phone. Any teacher will tell you that writing hall passes is one of the most time consuming processes in the classroom. Using Jotform gave my students autonomy and cut out so many interruptions in instruction!
It's easy and simple to use, and provides so many ideas for templates and verbaige to go along with templates.
I'd really love for there to be HIPAA compliance with the platform!
It helps me to streamline event sign-ups and to attain signatures and releases in a way that is seamless and easy to track. It also helps me with creating forms that I need for my practice.
Jotform is easy to use to build custom forms for all sorts of different needs. We've transititioned all our forms to JotForm for this reason.
Its not as customizable as I would like (stuck with certain fonts) but generally there isn't much to dislike!
Jotform allows use to intergrate registration with online payment which has greatly reduced our paperwork.
Jotform is a great alternative to WordPress form plug-ins that slow down your website. Its form builder is intuitive and easy to use overall. I love the theme and customization options to make the form look the way I want. It's simple to implement forms in my websites using their embed code for a seamless user experience. You can create any kind of form, quiz, or other interactive elements for your site, and even take orders and connect to payment gateways. They provide lots of starter templates that also offer inspiration and help you recognize how much you can do with the service. Jotform has an excellent free plan that doesn’t limit you too much and really gives you a chance to see if you like the service. I ended up becoming a paid user because I was able to fully experience the features and realize how beneficial Jotform is for my business. I'm now building lots of quizzes and using Jotform almost daily.
I love everything about Jotform except the conditional logic system, which is the biggest reason why I use the service, but also not as intuitive as it should be. It can be difficult to set up and especially to troubleshoot why something isn’t working the way you expected. I also wish that conditional logic was compatible with the single-page format and questions would just appear and disappear on the page based on answers rather than having to go to the next screen in the card format.
Jotform has made managing business inquiries easier as messages are categorized based on responses and I can automatically apply labels to them via my email filters. I've also increased conversions using product recommendation quizzes.
Jotform eliminates in person meetings for me as I am able to review documents and sign paperwork via secure email.
I honestly have no complaints! It is user friendly and intuitive.
It is preventing me from having to attend in person meetings and allows me to get things done via email.
I liked the ease of use of the program. I was able to create a form that we used to review applicants for a position on our team. It was very simple and had a lot of choices that I could input into the form.
I did not find anything that I did not like while using Jotform. Perhaps I could find something, as I use it more and more. For now, it is very satifying to use.
It allowed our Team to come up with a list of needed questions and information for the candidates to input. We were able to review all the candidates from different remote locations and offer our feedback on each one.
I like how compatible it is to my business. It really makes my life easier and is well organized.
There aren't many things to dislike. If I had to choose I'd wish I could personalize it with my company features like logos etc..
It helps me sort through applicants in an efficient way.
Jotforms are very well presented and are the best looking forms I have found online! I also love how much you can customize them with conditions/widgets/integrations. They're also very quick to answer any questions.
The limit was a bit annoying but the pricing isn't bad.
Other forms/survery sare not customizable and not as good looking!
Jotfrom is an excellent tool for our business. I use it for my marketing program to create sign up and quick form in working with our vendors. I really enjoy how easy it is for me to customize forms quickly and how drag and drop most things are. I'm especially grateful that I could imbed forms on our website. One would need little to no HTML experience to do this. This basically eliminated the cost of some developer to do this. The free/open-source version alone is great, but we’ll soon be upgrading to handle more entries. When I update a form it updates quickly (in real time) on our website!
I don't have many complaints about Jotform. I only wish the entire thing was free, which is unrelaistist really.
Having a simple form for our vendors to fill out as opposed to sending them PDF forms. The layout on boht the build side and customer-facing side is so nice and easy to follow.
It's a very comprehensive platform with lots of room for customizability and good customer support. Any form I ever have to make, im confident I can do it on this service. I don't like paying for multiple services because they only offer limited functions. Being able to make flexible forms, take payments, and customize those forms to my liking has been really helpful for our organization.
I haven't really found any yet, although I wouldn't complain if it was cheaper.
Having a complete package where I can manage all my forms and payments is something I couldn't find elsewhere. We were using Google forms before, but the ability to collect payments and integrate that well with the form was severely lacking.
Jotform was very easy to use and allowed me to create a shareable form with event attendees. Editing the existing form with changing needs was also easy, as well as sharing via the link. This made implementation smooth into our existing linktree pages, event correspondence and social media. Integrating the form with our chosen project management software also helped us create additions to our volunteer database which greatly assisted our in-house organization. We are a small non-profit so the robustness of the free version was also greatly appreciated for our use cases. It has definitely been a valuable tool in our toolkit.
As great as jotform is at creating forms, sometimes during the creation process, I wanted a bit more design flexibility. The ability to nudge the modules. This may be available in the paid version and I am unfamiliar as we use the free version of the service for our use case.
Keeping things digital. Instead of dragging a bunch of pens and papers to outside events and worrying about signed forms getting lost or damaged, we are able to have event volunteers fill out the forms on their phones. This helps speed along the check-in process as well as keep us more efficient. Designing our own surveys for things like email newsletter unsubscribes also helps us pin down what we could be doing differently/better, more effectively as a growing organization.
Ease of use with many automation options to integrate with other applications.
The poll option needs more automation to create automated polls, with showing results/progress with participants name/id.
The automated and simple user interface allows more participation.
Stumbling upon JotForm was like finding a super easy way to make cool online forms, even for someone like me who's not into all that tech stuff. The drag-and-drop function they've got is like having a personal assistant who helps you make forms that look really professional without making your brain hurt.
At some level the customization can become too much for some users.
We receive feedback and orders after meetings, simplifying the process of collection.
Easy forms and a large variety of forms. I like the ability to create shopping pages and the card/tile format for surveys and questionnaires.
It glitches a lot. Especially on my phone (android). It is sort of confusing to find the app plug ins or which ones to work with. It says I'm signed out but I'm not often, so I have to close and go back in to the form.
Tracking and obtaining customer leads and feedback.
I used JotForm extensively while leading product development teams, and it proved more effective than Adobe. Following a thorough investigation of various platforms, the simplicity JotForm presents made it outstanding, especially in iWhat best about Jotform is how easily it can be made into a customised registration form. It has diverse widgets that help in customization of every content to a unique individualized form. Another huge advantage of the service that is flexible in terms of upgrading and downgrading is budgeting for the project resources. I also appreciate the calculation facilities that simplify most tedious data entry operations. Furthermore, the flexibility to reshape a form to suit different purposes, as well as maintaining its functionality, is amazing.
Nevertheless, there have been a few problems. At times, the forms would glitch and not submit well, showing errors. This was even more the case in Chrome, and autosave would often freeze, necessitating a page reload.
Jotform is a lifesaver when it comes to collecting and organising team inputs and client feedback since it streamlines this tedious process. It has greatly reduced the time used for manual data handling, through streamlined process it offers. This efficiency is particularly vital towards ensuring the continuity of project cycles and achieving our sprint objectives.
Love how easy it is to use Jotform. Clear interface with many design templates and easy to integrate into our existing website.
Wish there were even more templates to choose from.
Jotform is allowing us to gather a lot of key information from our customers in a clear, concise way.
love jotform. it's SIMPLE. easy to figure out how to use without needing to know how to code.
wish it was cheaper. but in many cases it's worth it.
Makes it easy to create forms based on our church website. Collects data, provides a great and simple user experience.
Jotforms as the ability for you to have documents signed, you have the ability to receieve payments and they have the ability for you to intergrate into over products.
When it comes to events you are unable for people to set up payment plans. People can sign documnets but I have not seen a way where you can upload a document and set up signing like docusign.
Jotform does make it eaier for you to build forms for serveral different things. You also don't have to build a form from scratch when using it. They have several templetes to choose from. Also, you are able to take payments on their forms and connect different payment platforms.
Jotform has streamlined our sign up process making in one single location while also giving us the ability to add material to our website.
Not a lot of downsides overall. The tools are very easy to use overall.
We are currently using it to have individuals sign up for camps and clinics so we have proper head count plus payments prior to the events starting.
The best part is its drag and drop feature while designing the form as well as approval workflows. It is so easy that I started using it without even watching any kind of demo or training videos. It integrated well with some other tools which makes it easy to implement even at a company wide level. Today we use Jotform multiple times in a day through various forms.
There is nothing that I would say I dislike about Jotform. All the components work as they should. Initially I had a little concern on the support side but they have improved drastically.
We have created app on Jotform that allows our users to find all the forms in one place. We have created multiple forms for our employees like their vacation request, purchase indents, and even the estimates that we need to send to our clients. During covid times, we even created visitor entry form and vaccination forms to track the flow of people in our office. Jotform has truly come out as most used software in our company in past 2 years. It has saved lot of time of our inhouse developers who otherwise would have spent lot of time in creating these workflows.
