The interface is easy to use on my end, but also on the end of the recipient. There are a lot of features and customization options. I have had a good experience getting customer support.
The pop up on the landing page adds a click to getting logged in and is quite annoying. Also, the fact that Jotform asks you to create an account after you've submitted your form has been very confusing to my less-tech savvy recipients.

Sometimes It is difficult to pull the report in jotform when using filter. For example when I filter my dates sometimes it does work and then I have to manual my self look at each report.

Hard to work with excel style documents.
It is creating an easier work flow and allows us to produce multiple documents from the same form, thus eliminating extra work for our field team.

It is very user intuitive, but it also has so many possible question types, widgets, and payment gateways.
The only thing I'd change is increase the number of 3rd party integrations, like with pushpay.

We choose JotForm becuase of the integration with Salesforce.com. This is easy to setup and works really well.
Limits of the free account, meant we had to purchase a subscription.

What I like most about Jotform is how easy it is to use. It walks you through anything you want to create, step by step. Simple and very user friendly.
