The website is easy to navigate and the end-user experience is great for my customers.
The form creation and workflows could be easier
It allows my customers to set appointments easily.
I use it mainly for surveying but, I have also used it to create quizzes for online events, and I like that you can create reports beforehand and have them updated in real-time to present the latest results.
Pricing information. Mainly the VIEW FORMS number can be challenging to understand. You might expect to have a form filled 100 times, but it can be viewed a lot more.
I have used Jotform for different clients. Some uses are retail shop BTL verification, online events quizzes and online events surveying. We have been able to deploy in hours and use it for 10,000 users.
Helps your create forms very easy and also offers alot more functions.
I have not found them yet. But for now you serve my business needs.

Takes some time to be able to understand and use all the features to your advantage. One needs to be patient and learn to get the best out of JotForms. A beginner guide would be nice to have.

We use Jotform as a way to collect photo and video uploads for our nonprofit. It's been pretty easy for our members to use compared to previous solutions. It's been easy for us to collect and organize everything as well. Dropbox integration let's us collect and organize entries easily.
We wish there was a way to upload a folder of content, we're currently telling people to zip their folders before uploading.

The cost is pretty high, but it's worth it for all the features they provide.

Maybe the difficult to export a form from one account and import it into another

Fast efficient way to create forms. We use the integrated functions for DocuSign and it works great.
Token timeout time is a little short at 30 days but getting a new token is easy
