Very easy to use program. Easy to set up and customers have been able to use the forms with no issues so far.
No complaints thus far - we've been using it for about 8 months and absolutely no issues with the program.

Ease of access for applications
It is always up and available. Never really experienced downtime in my 8 years using it. Connects with a bunch of apps natively and Zapier. I use it everyday for my day to day operations. Many users in my organization use it and it's been really easy to train them on its use.
Not really a dislike but it would be great to have a different submission inbox that feels faster when handling a lot of data.
We use Jotform for pre-qualifying prospect clients. By using conditionals and user fiendly forms it facilitates the work for us all.

Price seems to be a bit high and must be lowered
We do online sales and it was a headache for us to securely store our sales data. With Jotform we are able to store our sales data efficiently and securely and also utilize stored data for analysis
Ease of use for multiple folders and the ease of access to display the information after the forms are completed. I utilize this for international trip sign-ups and it's helpful to collect information and share it with travel agencies, hotels, tour companies, etc.
It does not keep me logged in on my computer (may be a user error). When syncing to Coda, everything has to live in one folder to integrate into a duplicatable template.
Allowing a user friendly platform for our guests to register for trips as well as allowing a simple collection of that information to be useable without having to open each form individually. This helps all of our staff see guest information easily to create data points to help with recruitment and customer service.
It's easy to navigate. It's user friendly. There are many tools that we can use for creating different types of forms. It's easy to integrate with another platforms such as Monday.com. We use JotForm almost every day.
We have no complains. JotForm has been such a good platform to us.

I have been using Jotform for years and truly believe its ability to collect emails and data has helped to create a seamless, automated business that allows me to 'work' even while I am not working.
I do use zapier to connect my jotform to my email service and would love to have it all in one.
