I've been using Jitform for a while as a means of connecting with visitors to my website. Its simple to add to the site and straightforward for the end user yet flexible enough to give me a level of personalisation

It doesn't filter out the junk mail but I can live with that

I wish the free version had a few more features that allowed for visual customization.

We needed a way to track client registration for events. The customization made simplified the form creation process and let us mold it to exactly what we needed allowing us to steamline the process.

Jotform helps me set up questions for my potential customers and keeps the answers in an organized way. I was also able to use it for a questionnaire for a class I was taking in school.

I didn't encounter anything I didn't like when I used Jotform.

The upside for my business is it allows us to keep records digitalized and in one place. Also saves us time and money by sending out a simple link to our forms instead of taking information over the phone using valuable time that we can spend increasing revenues. Keeps clients accountable for our policies and wards away problem individuals before they would become headache clients you can't get rid of later.

As there are many companies that they are able to integrate with the software we utilize is not one of them but it dosent stop us from the other benefits of using jotform.

I really liked how easy it was to setup everything, add my own descriptions and having so many choices to do setup with each of the questions. I likeh how I receive a confirmation email, and my client - it keeps us both in the loop on what has been filled in.

While Jotform is an excellent online form builder, like any tool, it has its downsides. Here are some potential drawbacks to consider. The free plan does have a submission limit, however, it sis till offered at a reasonable price. There could be a learning curve for more advanced features for users not familiar with form creation. It also relies on an internet connection to create and submit forms. So if you need to be offline, this might be a limitation. The ability to customize PDFs of form submissions is limited on the free plan.

Jotform is helping me discover more about my clients and finding more areas I can generate revenue for my agency. This is only the beginning and I know I will be able to utilize Jotform a lot more.

I love that JotForm is incredibly versatile. I can make forms for many different types of intake forms, surveys, I can add them to my website easily too. One of the best things is that with the app I get notifications as soon as a form is filled and it helps me get back to the customer fast.

I have the free version so it does limit the amount of intake forms I can keep but I'm probably just going to upgrade soon.

I couldn't find an easy way for customers to send me images when they want a custom cake. Adding a form to my website with JotForm has been essential because now right after they fill out the form they can upload what they want to share instead of having to email me or sometimes I would have to reach out to them.

Creating forms and customizing has never been easier. Compared to other products on the market, Jotform has the most options to create dynamic forms. Advanced options including custom CSS is supported which helps immensely. The community and articles posted from support helps a lot when researching and brainstorming ways to achieve your design goals.

I wish there were more options to customize how the flows are setup but still has more options than other products used.

The platform is easy to use and very intuitive for new users. The help desk is quick to respond, but most questions can be answered within the portal

The links to the forms are too long. It would be beneficial to be able to customize the link to a name specific to what it is being used for.

I love that I can customize the look of the forms I create in jotform. I can make it match my business so whoever comepletes the form know that it is associated with my business.

Jotform is the superior form builder! They offer forms for free to start, are user friendly, and they have a ton of templates custom built to anything you could ever need to use it for! We use Jotform for our quarterly employee of the month, company surveys, and more!

I have used Jotform for the last three years and I will continue to do so. As the director of a virtual K-12 school, Jotform allows for me to interract with my students and families in a way that is efficient and simple. I am continually finding new uses for the program and I still am learning. I highly recommend this program to anyone who enjoys maximizing efficiency and workflow.

Most of the questions I have had regarding Jotform I have actually been able to find are user error and that I was able to fix within the program.

I use jotforms at school as a teacher all of the time. I use them for parents to sign up for volunteer opportunities and for staff members to select preferences for when meetings should be scheduled. Jotform is so quick and easy to use. I highly recommend it!

There isn't anything I don't like about Jotform.

Jotform eliminates the need to send tons of emails out to staff and parents when we need people's feedback opinions or signup abilities for events.

I couldn't integrate correctly with ClickUp directly by the Jotform. I need to uso Zapier, and sometimes I face some bugs

Jotform is the most reasonably priced form tool. It has anything you need to create a good form, something I hadn't found outside of qualtrics prior to this.

The one downside I have found is that I can't have a team member with full access without giving them access to my account.

Out of all the many form providers Jotform is our go-to. They're the easiest and most user-friendly, plus have the most advanced UX/UI so it just looks super professional.

You do have to upgrade for certain features, but that's pretty standard.
