Jotform makes creating order forms a breeze. The option to transport that info to invoices is so helpful and it even emails them. They're easily integrated into my website. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

The flexability from JotForm is limitless. I use JotForms for all of my clients and never have any issues. The ease of integration on any platform is mind-blowing. It's the only form I need.

I wish I had an answer for this to help improve the product, but I just can't think of any.

The flexability to add it to a existing website or use as a stand alone form is what I need.

Jotform is easy to use and implement. We are using Jotform for multiple case scenarios like surveys, calendar booking, information collections and it is super easy to integrate these all with our CRM.

Feature wise jotform has no drawback. But It would be great to see some more flexibility in designing purposes.

I have reviewed so many form-building apps before deciding on Jotform. The ease of use and ease of implementation is the best among them all. Customer Support might take some time to respond but they do come back and I am never left hanging. The number of features and integration really makes this an amazing tool.

Sometimes responses could be a bit delayed. The Docusign integration could be a bit better.

After the Races is a relatively small organization with an international reach, which is incredible. With this reach, comes a lot of inquiries and people reaching out and we rely on Jotform to mange all of our forms, from our contact form to our adoption application and everything in between. It was very easy to create forms on Jotform. It has a lot of variation in the choice of fields or input you utilize. It integrated seamlessly with our platform. The pricing was reasonable for the sort of work that we do on the level that we do it. Just all around would recommend if someone wants an easy, streamlined way to handle their contacts and other interactions with the public.

If there's not already non-profit pricing, I would love to see that implemented, but there are lots of discounts that happen on the regular so that did help us get a price that fit our budget.

It streamlined the process for creating the forms we use on our website. It was easy to integrate. We had tried some "free" applications before and repeatedly ran into issues with form limits or how the data was delivered to our staff, and Jotform solved all of those issues for us. It's a one-stop shop for us and once we created the forms, it's not been something we've ever had to worry about going forward.

Jotform is very simple to use. It's also simple for my customers/clients.

I don't think there are any downsides. It does so much!

Ease of use, implementation and Customer Support. I use the app often and I love all of the features. I was able to create job applications and internal employee, manager and hr forms which make everyone's jobs easiers.

Jotform has saved the day by making internal employee communications and processes seamless. I was able to create Approval Forms and Processes that the Managers and Supervisors use on a daily basis so there is no question who did what, when and why.

I love that I can customize everything from the color of the form to the types of questions I can ask (short answer, multiple choice, matrix style, etc...). Jotform really a One Size Fits All solution for our business. We have several different departments and the Admin department uses it for builder surveys, voting on Building of the Year, ordering planners, equipment usesage surveys, and more. Personally, I use it to send information to our crews in the field. We have a lot of guys who are less familar with technology and the customization of the form makes it easy to get all the information I need while making it easy on them. They love how straight-forward it is for the user. They click a link, answer questions, and submit! I appreciate that I can create a custom link to the form. I love how you can personalize it so much, we use our logo on all the forms we send which is a special touch. It's super helpful that I can create a variety of forms and reuse them as needed. Some forms are used multiple times a month, and other forms are used annually; it's wonderful not to have to recreate them from scratch every time. They're just there when I need it. It's so easy to import the responses into a spreadsheet for me to easily track and filter the responses.

I do find there is a bit of a learning curve as an Administrator of the program in trying to create the form. I sometimes get confused when trying to edit the different questions and how to do so. Sometimes it takes me quite a bit of trial and error to figure out how to change text in a specific form element, and other times, it takes me only seconds. I also find the way the form shows responses to the matrix (multi-question) tables a bit confusing, as it jumbles all the answers into one cell/response. Thus, when I import to an excel sheet, it's almost like the questions do not separate, it puts all the answers in ONE CELL instead of a cell/column per answer. I don't like that becuase I have to go and modify it every time. The data collection portion is great, but the importation of data could use some work. However, I am referring to a specific type of data collection, not all are imported poorly.

Jotform is linking me directly to the employees in the field in real time. I can ask questions and have answers within minutes without ever talking to anyone directly, making both of our jobs more efficent. The guys in the field (construction crew) don't have to drop everything for a phone call and "get back to work." They can open their ipads up, click a link in an email, take 2 minutes on break and answer the straight forward questions and move on. Data collection is made much more efficient and a lot easier with Jotform. All the Admin and Field employees have access to email and can get me the necessary information in a few clicks. Everyone I've worked with loves Jotform in the field. We've been using Jotform in the office for years already, and everyone loves how seamless it operates. When data collection is real time and efficient, it makes my job easier to get answers quickly. I have deadlines every month and the quicker I have the information I need, the quicker I can complete my necessary tasks. For example, we have an annual meeting where all our construction crews come together and I am responsible for determing number of attendees, roommate assignments, meal selections (including overall numbers of meals), names of those attending, titles of those attending, shirt size of all attending, and this makes the import of information consistent and easy. I give them a deadline and rarely have to follow up with them as most typically do it as soon as they receive the link to the form - because they know it's EASY!

It is extremely easy to use and afforable. I have used JotForm for over three years now.

The problem jotform is solving for my New client intake.

it's so intuitive and easy to implement in our internal SOPs, there are so many integrations, it helps a ton with branding and ease for our customers to fill out forms. We use it every time we are onboarding a new client, and its even easy to embed customized forms on any website.

I do wish there was a better Zoom integration where we could survey meeting attendants after a call.

It's helping us keep better track of all of our client's initial intake information as well as onboarding information. Keeps us really organized without much effort!

I love that Jotform offers an easy way to create forms, quizzes, and questionnaires of all kinds. They have pre-built integrations with just about everything you could need, including payment processing and signature.

I wish it was possible to create custom PDF downloads based on a person's form responses. That would make Jotform the actual perfect platform for me. Other than that, they already come really close!

Jotform offers a better, more asthetically pleasing form, quiz, and questionnaire experience that most, if not all, of their competitors. I would recommend Jotform to anyone looking for a simple way to wow clients, customers, or team members.

I like how simple jotform is to use. And you can modify every section to meet your needs. It's been extremely helpful in getting volunteer information for our events at the gym.

I love the creation of approval workflows and the simplicity of passing off each step in a process from one person to the next, and I love the low price.

Scaling up can be challenging as you try to create approval processes which include a really large number of steps or staff.

Jotform allows us to easily design approval processes involving multiple staff, reducing reliance on manual passing of emails and documents.

*Ease to create forms, *numerous widgets, *and most of all the reliability with integrations *we're totally in love with Jotform's Support Team. Their expertise, response time, accuracy and kindness is always very reliable.

The development team can take too long to develop simple improvements to widgets. (e.g. I have asked to add a "search option" in the configurable list text dropdown for six months (something that allows me to find an option out of dozens without having to type all the word (I need to just use the initials for the list to "filter" all the options and narrow down the search. I placed this request in July of 2023 and have been checking with Jotform regularly, the response is that there's no guarantee they're going to implement this improvement, which surely will benefit thousands of other users that are experiencing the same issue.

Jotforms is the easiest, most user-friendly form creation software available! It is intuitive, well thought out and helps even a novice create complex form is i jiffy. Customer support is outstanding!

Quite frankly, I have not found any shortcomings in Jotform.

I like how customiseable it is, the options, and of course the data analytics and the options for customising them too are so helpful! I use it all the time for any form I need to make and sulk if I'm forced to use anything else, haha! Plus I can whip one up so quickly because everything's so straightforward to use.

To be honest I can't really think of anything. You can really go deep with this, unlike a certain competitor that gives us the bare minimum because they're a big tech company and expects us to just worship crumbs.

Jotform gives me an easy way to gather market analysis data and interest in events and products I'm developing. It's very nice to be able to view and present the results so easily and in such an aesthetically appealing way.

For a WYSIWYG platform, jotform can do just about anything. It's packed with integrations with payment processors, automation tools, and so much more. I use jotform both in my career and personal life on a daily basis. I really haven't come across any boundaries of functionality that would leave me looking elsewhere. It's super straightforward and simple to train others on, and you can export your data in so many ways. Really the best of all the worlds if you're looking for a feature rich simple platform. Immediately launch capabilities allow for seamless implementation of forms or projects. The support team is made of all stars that are there when you need them. Couldn't ask for more.

Jotform has been a great cost effective way for our company to collect sign ups for multiple different products and events our country club offers through out the year. The ability to easily popup a website and form that is user friends for our clients as well as on the back end has been a huge asset!

The ecommerce abilities are limited. It would be nice to have a way to collect and have direct deposit directly from jotform rather than having to go through a third party that you end up having to pay for even though jotform markets it as free, you pay for the linked sites.
