I have been using joftorm for 3 years now and it always has been easy and the forums looks professional. What i really like is that my clients can upload documents and sign the forums this is really important for my business.

Nothing i really find it easy to use and it never fails! I would recommend Jotform. The only thing that i would like to change is that there would be an extra plan available for small businesses.

I own a travel company and i need my clients to sign their documents when they agree to their holidays, this makes Jotform really easy and official. Jotform also makes it look professional what makes my company also look better.

I love that we can capture information and integrate payment features. Being able to do so has saved me so much time. The form design elements are simple and relatively straightforward to work with. The form submissions are easy to retrieve.

I wish the form submission spreadsheet could be organized by the number and type of items/products purchased. This would be hugely helpful when having multiple item/number options.

Having a form that can integrate payment methods is huge. I used to have to send out a form followed by individual emails with totals and individualized PayPal links, which would take lots of time and has a larger margin of error.

I've tried many software companies for forms, but jotform has become my favorite because of how intuitive it is to use, but without sacrificing the power and complexity of possible form function.

To use the most amount of features, you have to pay for the service, but that is pretty standard.

I use Jotform in multiple ways - at work, as part of my small business, and in volunteer organizations- and it is hands down the best platform I've used (and I've tried plenty!) It's easy to use and has so many add-ons. Highly recommend!

As a tool for Marine Rescue, it stores essential information about a rescue. As a booking system for golf games, it is brilliant as it removes the need for cash. As a membership application tool for our golf club, it captures potential members easily. As a course booking system for my marine safety training business, it makes life so easy, as it interfaces with so many other programs.

Excellent application, easy and intuitive. The amount of elements that can be added is impressive, with everything for every need. In my case, I needed a requisition form with date and time and that eliminated the options already chosen. With the application of a few simple conditions, everything is solved. Works well, lots of design options and very easy to use.

Despite serving my needs, the free plan could have the limits a little higher.

I needed a simple, free material requisition form for a small school. Jotform quickly resolved the issue. It was the only one I found easy to use and that met my needs.

It is solving my problems! I love how I can have coworkers and gain information easily. Jotform has solved many problems. It's great way to work with coworkers.

It is so easy for me to gather data and help follow a treatment plan for my clients using Jotform. I have been able to customize every aspect of my business and provide individualized and professional documentation. It has been very easy to learn and I found so many helpful resources provided by Jotform to help me figure it all out. I am very pleased with the ability to build my own electronic health records system and to trust that it is HIPAA complaint and easy for my clients to use as well.

My only complaint is about aesthetics and organization. I wish the flow felt different. I would prefer more of a database type of experience and have improved ways of generating different types of data and reviewing it. Any improvements that have come up since I have used the product have all gone in this direction and I am hopeful that it will continue to improve over time

I love that I can customize the page with input into the CSS box. Clients find the forms easy to fill out and visually pleasing.

Somewhat not user-friendly when trying to customize the whole form. Changing all font size and colors for the entire form is not possible, and each area has to be changed individually.

On several occasions, the system has gone down. When we depend on it so much, that just isn't acceptable.

We use it to automate new customer registration, both for a small business and for a nonprofit festival we run on the side.

I love the fact that you can simplify your sales process using simple drag-and-drop modules, and there are very few limitations on usage. I've found plenty of workarounds if I've ran into issues, and the support is great.

There isn't much to dislike. I've found very few "bugs", and for the most part, Jotform works as-advertised. I have pretty much zero negative feedback for the platform!

We were primarily relying on outdated PDF forms for a lot of our business processes....especially for sales. I created an online sales form that includes all of our products, and I embedded it to our website so we can simply share a link to show customers our offerings.

Jotform helps me create easy forms for our church members to use and engage with! I am able to create sign ups, and connect cards with user friendly formats and options which has helped our administration a ton!

Sometimes it is difficult to figure out how to create rules or different fields for appointments, but honestly, we love it!

Easy to navigate sign ups saving office staff valuable time in the office. We are able to import all our data easily as well!

I use JotForm for lead collection submissions to our internal system. We love that the form allows for Photo ID upload as well as a signature pad.

Cost. I wish they would allow a small business to add more storage without paying $40+ per month.

I love that forms are easy to build, or you can draw from existing templates. Data is sorted, with easy access and CSV/Excel to drop information into CRMs. You can also integrate your payments and make the form look unique to you and your business/charity

Once and a while the PDF forms don't work as well as the online versions to build

Once you get your jotform up and running it is extremely easy to duplicate and continue using your forms. Plus, their customer service is helpful.

There can be a learning curve when first using jotform. There are a lot of possibilities, so finding the right one can be a task.

Jotform has streamlined my ability for customers to see what products I have available and order directly from the form.

I am very proud of myself that I have fully automated a task (for free!) that was taking me about 10 minutes manually. And it means my clients get an instant answer.

Nothing!!! I did have a couple of things I couldnt work out, but the live chat helped me on all three occassions.

Previously I had to do this task manually. Now its fully automated AND my client gets an instant response. Win/Win!

The vast amount of form elements. The form analytics are are informational. The ability to use the analytics to ease making sense of the content. While other competitors have their benefits jotform's tools like signature signing on form show its ability to innovate and create an edge over its competitors.

Creation of form UI with tools that other competitors do not have. The signature addon made the form more usable for my use case and to create a smooth and efficient survey process.

I think the one thing I would suggest it to be able to combine all of the orders into one place for easier viewing. I know there is an option to export to an excel spreadsheet but I would like to see it a little more user friendly than it is now.

There is little to dislike about Jotforms. My only wish is that I could pay a fee for lifetime access rather than a subscription.
