Pump is a brilliant tool that helps to reduce AWS bills significantly. I was amazed by how much money could be saved using Pump, without compromising on the quality or performance of the cloud services. Pump is very easy to use, and it integrates seamlessly with my AWS account.

I don’t like their website design… sometimes it seems too complicated… I will suggest them that they make their website’s design more User friendly and keep the important information only.

Hard to find a negative but I'd say they could offer PLG. But even then I can't say anything bad about Pump - my experience has been nothing but stellar.

There's not much to dislike about it because it's basiclly free money returning to us, allowing us to allocate it into various other parts of our company. That being said, it would be exciting if they could expand their support for a wider range of services, including multi-cloud solutions.
