It is so simple to accurately manage our employees' time, both in the field and in the office. It lets us know the employee's location at the time they clock in, so no more attempts to get paid for time they were not actually on the job site. It also forces an accurate measure for job cost tracking because employees are not guessing at what time they switched from one location to the next. They simply open the app, press "switch" and select the job site they are moving to. And if they forget to record the switch, the GPS tracking shows me where they were throughout the day, so I can easily make corrections to their time. This is so much more efficient than the handwritten time sheets we once used. There are even places where they can leave notes and indicate that they are due mileage pay for the day. QuickBooks Time has simplified my payroll process drastically. Not to mention top-notch customer service. We have been using the program for about three years now and are still extremely satisfied.
There really is no downside that I can think of. The one thing that I would like to see happen is to have the program actually calculate the mileage from one job site to the next when the employee indicates that they are due mileage pay. With the integrated GPS, I feel certain that could be done.
When we used handwritten time sheets, the field employees would often forget to log their time until the end of the day or even end of the week when it was time to submit their time sheets. Then, they would submit timesheets based on a lot of guess work, and I did not have much confidence in the accuracy of the payrolls or the actual job costing. Since we implemented the use of the QuickBooks Time software, we no longer have those issues with accuracy. We also would sometimes have employees write down that they arrived at a job site earlier than they actually arrived or that they left the job site later than they actually left. With the integrated GPS tracking, that is no longer a concern.

Quickbooks is an easy way to automate accounting. Our team is small and often busy, Quickbooks is great for small businesses looking to keep track of hours, clients billing and reporting. It's easy to use, effective and adds value!
Only downside is you can not be actively working on/tracking time for 2 projects at once. At times, I will be working on tasks for 2 clients simultaneously or 2 tasks for one client, but it will only allow you to be on the clock for one tasks at any given time.
Quickbooks easily allows our agency to see how many hours we are investing in any one client. It helps us to prioritize tasks for the month, given the hours available for projects within our retainers. If we are over hours, this tool helps us to renegotiate monthly fees. We can easy track hours at the end of each month for reporting and billing.
QuickBooks Time is great to allow our staff to be able to charge time to our clients with ease.
The integration to OnPay isn't the best.

A great way to time-track projects, especially for Independent Contracters.
Quickbooks Time is a great time management tool. I appreciate how it seamlessly syncs across devices with no downtime in loading. It also holds employee PTO and other time accruals so that employees can manage their time in one place. It is also very secure and integrates with the rest of our quickbooks software.
Some employees might not like that it tracks your location while on the clock but that is at the employer's discretion. Overall, there aren't many drawbacks to this software aside from maybe the price.
Time seamlessly integrates with our other Quickbooks products, which is very helpful with accounting. The fact that we don't have to import information is useful. It also solves the necessity of needing a time clock that can be accessed in multiple ways, depending on your device or tools available to you.
TSheets platform provides us the best to use scheduler and time tracking services and the customer support they provide is excellent and helpful. It can be integrated easily with any accounting software and there is no device specification in its usage. The features it provides are very helpful and effective. The webinars and training courses are all available and provide full access to learn the system. It supports all these accounting systems such as quick books, ADP, gusto, Xero as directly. Workers can remotely be updated by accessing locations and adding job positions for matching jobs.
There are some of the cons which become a cause of switching cost from this app such as its high pricing which increases as user increases, I cannot create a time sheet for future because there is no such option in time sheet editor for future time functionality. We often face some bugs in their mobile application and the admin panel is not user friendly so admin faces issues because of its design. It has still some issues in tracking arrival time in GPS feature.
Apart of all these above pros and cons, the application is so good and helpful for our business as we had been facing some issues which have been solved by the help of TSheets features such as we were having issues with accounting and payroll systems but they have been solved by its amazing different notable systems of payroll and accounting, QuickBooks integration and it is compatible for android as well as for iPhone so any of our workers can easily access this application and our workers can easily tweet their time even through twitter if they work overseas. We can easily track timings through any device. It solved the problem of reading paper- copy timecards.
