"Great addition to to our services for clients - Recruitee increases quality"
What do you like best about Recruitee?

It creates a great overview regarding the candidate journey for us and our clients. Realtime reporting, dashboarding and this caused the cost-per-hire for us and our clients to decline by 30%

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

The online campaigns via Recruitee could be better

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

A clear and nice overview over the candidate journey for us and our clients. We created insights in every step of the funnel, making it more easy for our clients to follow up and review candiates.

"Intuitive and fun to use"
What do you like best about Recruitee?

I love that I can visualize my recruiting pipelines easily, and that it's easy to onboard new members. Everything is available at a glance. The automations make it easy to ensure that every candidate knows where they stand at all times.

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

If anything, I wish the reporting functions were a bit easier to use. I'm not able to track our outreach effectiveness or cost per hire as easily as I would like to, and some of the reports are a bit clunky to set up.

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recruitee allows the whole recruiting team to see what is happening with any given candidate and collaborate effectively on the hiring process. It has allowed me to keep in touch with candidates through automations and ensure a positive experience for everyone.

"Recruitee is the cost-effective solution which simplifies the hiring process for everyone!"
What do you like best about Recruitee?

. Simple, easy to use. . Links to all the critical job sites. . Accessible communication across the business and directly to all applicants. . Good reporting I implemented Recruitee into five start-up tech businesses & it's so easy to switch from one client site to the next.

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

Not a lot! Even if there is an issue, the support team quickly responds with a solution. My only dislike, which may now be rectified, is not being able to mark candidates as "hired" unless they are tagged to a job!

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to hire quickly in a cost-effective manner Simple to provide responses & feedback to all applicants (it's ridiculous when candidates "hear nothing" from some companies!) Instantly shares relevant information with all hiring managers Provides easy reporting on the number of hires over a given period, the time taken to hire and the source of candidates. Instantly identifies & highlights candidates if they previously applied to the company via any source; directly, by an agency or referral

"Best cost per functionalities in the market"
What do you like best about Recruitee?

The setup and go-live were extremely easy. It is super easy to configure and change things on the way. It has a lot of functions that only pricier ATS have.

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

The GDPR functions are not intuitive to set up. And API integrations are only for the top tier plan.

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Recruitee, our "ATS" was some Google Sheets and totally manual. Now, we have automated as many functions as possible.

"Recruitee is a powerful ATS"
What do you like best about Recruitee?

Very easy for all users to use, especially if you have a decentralized hiring process. Intuitive to figure out - practically don't need any training to be able to use the system! The GDPR compliance functionality is fantastic. It has amazing calendar integration for setting up meetings and calls.

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

At the time we had Recruitee, it did not have capability for EEO tracking. It was not possible to separate a question set from the job to create a workaround EEO tracking either. As I understand it, the product has this feature now.

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were still gathering applications by paper and email at the time we implemented Recruitee. It was a very cost-effective solution to acquire the ATS, and people quickly realized the value of the software.

"Modern and easy-to use ATS for SME"
What do you like best about Recruitee?

Recruitee feels modern and is easy to maintain from an administrator's point of view. Most features are customizable and can be adjusted to our organization's needs, often even by key users. The integrated career site editor and publishing options for job boards complete their offer for a competitive price.

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

Some features offered by ATS modules of larger enterprise-focused HRMS suites are not available or are still in development. Recruitee works best as a standalone ATS solution for small to mid-size companies.

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a small team with limited resources, Recruitee has enabled us to customize and go live with a modern ATS in a very short timeframe. The system is well-integrated for all its purposes incl. email, appointment scheduling, built-in career website, and job board integration and allows the recruiters to make efficient and effective use of their time.

"As a technology industry, we are hiring faster than ever!"
What do you like best about Recruitee?

Ease of Use 1 Notification Trigger, this one is very helpful especially since applicants from Recruitee are integrated with our work email. 2 Customization o It helps to design and perform the recruitment process according to the hiring required needs. You can design every process differently but can be saved as template- still thanks to the automatization it doesn't take much time. (Note: Adjustable Recruitment stages are only available from the Scale plan) o Email automation to avoid repetitive tasks for the team 2 User Friendly o Good and intuitive UI/UX design in general o The apps provided are usable, from the web to mobile o The easy Kanban visualization of the candidates’ stage Completeness of Function 1. Serve as the main platform for our Recruitment to Onboarding o Simply transfer all Google Form Screening questions to Recruitee via creating a customized Application Form o Career Page syndication to our current Company Website 2. Job Board Syndication o Integrations are great, integrate it with email for reminders, and finally (my favorite) with sourcing platforms like Glassdoor, indeed, and others which make openings distribution easier. 3. Third Party Integrations o /Slack, /BambooHR, /Zapier, /LinkedIn /HelloSign for contract signatures 4. Recruitment Role and Hiring Manager access and involvement o Note: Adjustable roles are only available from the Scale plan with privacy per position - Referral Automation o Customized links for Top Source metric!! 5. Reports o No matter what metric, very flexible!

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

- No Cost per Hire depending on what platform. - No Hob Requisition Form feature where the hiring manager can file and approve a certain opening

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Overall Recruitment budget as there are job boards syndication and easy to track. - Recruiter time in sending manual emails as Recruitee has automated tasks. - Hiring Manager communication, you can actively involve them!

"The most user friendly and intuitive ATS I have ever worked with."
What do you like best about Recruitee?

1) Great and simple UX and UI. Everyone from a team (not only HR) is very quickly able to work with Recruiter. I am constantly getting feedback on the tool in superlatives 2) Love the mobile app

What do you dislike about Recruitee?

Regarding the tool, nothing came to my mind. The only thing which surprised me not positively was the change in the pricing policy. Many features I had been used to using in the basic version are not available anymore and you have to pay for them.

What problems is Recruitee solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) The overview of all open vacancies and their progress in terms of their fulfillment. 2) All communication and data in terms of the recruitment with related stakeholders in one place. 3) Involvement and engagement of the team from HR, hiring managers/subject matter experts and colleagues, and management.
