What's unique about Sage Live is that they've priced it to be affordable for most companies - starts at $120/month for 2 users and 1 company. 2 users and 100 companies is only $275/month. That is ridiculously less expensive than the other enterprise level systems out there. You can certainly use Sage Live as a small business, but the nice thing is that as you grow you can stay on the same system and not feel the need to change. If you are a mid-sized or large company, you owe it to yourself to take a look at Live before you make a decision on spending lots more money for perhaps the same thing.
It has only been around for 3 years, so it's not as fully developed as some more mature offerings out there. They are adding new stuff all the time but you might find some features missing that you are used to.

The ease of setup. Non-Accountants can set up the accounts for the company and your accounting system is ready for use. Data entry is also very easy. You can sync your bank accounts saving time. Comprehensive accounting systems for small and medium businesses. Can run 2 companies with base price.
Only 2 users so you can't run the system the entire day if you have more people that have to enter data. Adding users and more companies are pricy. The stock module is also not up to standard when a cost price change you cant set the price to the last cost. It calculates the average price and your margin is wrong.
Does everything I want from an accounting system. Calculates my VAT that was always a problem before I used Sage Cloud Accounting. My statements to customers are now on time.
User friendly and pretty easy to navigate through.
Wish I had more control over changing things.
We have Sage product and wish I had more features without everything having a price tag.
