Dashboards and flexability in the system has been a game changer!
There are 3 different report types in the system, although they each provide different type info and views it can get confusng to know what report type you should start with and if a dimesnion is available or not.
We were able to use platform systems to build project detailed forecasting to meet our project needs. This has automated our WIP, feeds into our dashboards and has removed a lot of excel work. We now have great historical data in our system for projections, revenue and cash.
Intacct offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for both accountants and non-accounting professionals to navigate through the system

in case of multiple entities & subsidiaries of a business it easy record & generate reports on both individual & consolidated level. Also the scope of automation reduces the time to a great scale.

It is an easy to use software having multiple benefits including flexible financial reporting and maintaing accounting records. It is extremely useful for multi currency and consolidated business practices.
Till now, i have not encountered any difficulties in operating Intacct.
It is helping the businesses in making financial reporting more easier. Also, offering various modules to generate invoices and share them in one shot.
It makes it easy as two levels is the top level and entity level and we can do and process all the transactions separately. It also enables the processing of all multi-currency bills as well. And for each new term, there is one tab in which we can search whatever it is. It also provides clarity regarding the progress of the firm with the help of reports.
Detailed navigation could be more straightforward and make it user-friendly at the same time. They could also elaborate on the errors that are made while creating a vendor and while downloading various reports like ap aging and vendor aging there are many dates to be added which confuse a lot. There should be option to merge a partially converted PO as well.
Sage Intacct enables me to process multi-currency bills, PO bills and it helps me to download various reports like vendor aging, AP aging reports, CC Reports at the same time It also tracks all the transactions in one place and also helps in syncing expense reports.
with the no. of reports which can be prepared, it gives an overall solution to all accounting needs and is also very easy to use

Everything is in one place, all in one system. We used to be with Quickbooks and have over 30 companies, so constantly having to switch entities and ask people to switch into multi-user mode was so annoying. We no longer have to deal with that. I can open as many windows and instances of Sage that I want or need to. It makes processing everything and digging into problems or questions so much easier and faster. There isn't a single function that we need or use that can't be handled within the Sage product.
The worst thing that we've had happen with Sage is that we had a period of time where we were so busy, we could barely think straight. During that time, there were new features rolled out in Sage that you had to enable within user roles, features that really would have helped us at the time. We've since found them and rolled them out, but it would've been nice to know them sooner.
It gives us a chance to keep all of our accounts the same so that things translate easier and better between all of our companies. Plus we can run all of our financials, bill payments, everything, all in one place. It has made us infinitely more productive.
It is so user friendly and saves us an enourmous amount of time with our multi-entity companies.
We need to have outside firm review how we use it and utilize more features.
Sage is a must with our multi-entity company. This has sovled timing issues as well as overall productivity of our entire team. We are able to collaborate and ensure our financials are accurate.
