Ability to have teams see multiple phone numbers so even when a team member is out we don't miss communication with our team. The image quality of MMS's coming in is excellent as well. Simple to use and love the direct integration with Hubspot to automatically log to our clients and keep everything in one place.

The pricing structure...wish it was more based on a full text sent and not being hit with multiple texts when you go over characters on texts as they are often longer than the allotted characters.

I appreciate the ability to text over landline. We've had our number many years and its part of our brand. Also the quick text feature we use a ton. Salesmessage is a fair bit lower cost than other offerings. My adwords guy offered me a $400/month package. Um no. Salesmessage is good enough, thank you.

Sometimes it can take a few seconds to see a message, especially a photo. This is understandable, since its web based program. Customers think its SMS like their phones, and it is. Just a wee bit slower.

I do not want to give out my personal cell number for business. We have hours and I can turn them on and off with salesmessage. Customer gets an automated message, I get a full night's rest.
