In the time I've been using Salesmsg, I haven't found a dislike yet! Seriously!

Salesmsg is most helpful for quick, easy startup of business to consumer texting. We were able to get our business landline as a text line and easily add contacts for broadcast messages. I also really like that Salesmsg is on the up and up when it comes to compliance with new regulations on B2C texting. They make it incredibly easy to learn about these updates and also comply with the laws and regulations.

I don't feel there are many downsides of using Salesmsg.

We run a plant nursery with several pick ups and deliveries each day. Before using text messages to communicate with our customers, we spent lots of time on the phone making short phone calls to confirm order details. Texting allows us to communicate with our customers at their own pace, with less interruption in their day. Salesmsg broadcasts also allow us to make quick announcements about products when there is time sensitive information that an email just won't deliver as quickly.

Several things that I love. Templates...helps my team standardize our communication with clients. Ability to have teams see multiple phone numbers so even when a team member is out we don't miss communication with our team. The image quality of MMS's coming in is excellent as well. Simple to use and love the direct integration with Hubspot to automatically log to our clients and keep everything in one place.

The pricing structure...wish it was more based on a full text sent and not being hit with multiple texts when you go over characters on texts as they are often longer than the allotted characters.

WHen I want to post reminder fliers, I have to add text or it will not send.
