Smarsheet is incredibly user friendly and enables me to collect data points from multiple users. I use Smartsheet on a daily basis for multiple different accounts. It was incredibly easy to implement within my organization.
That the training classes cost so much money.

Workflow management
The aesthetic of it, it is visually kind on the eye with all different layouts and colour options while also presenting data in a sufficient way.
That you can not create indents in forms.
Organising assets and who is in charge of each one, able to track and make comments. Able to send off a form to someone for them to fill out, saving time having to chase people and manually enter the information
The platform is adaptable and can be developed and used in many differing situations which is great. I created assets that can manage different business functions, or I have downloaded pre built templates. I have always found more than one way of using Smartsheet to overcome a situation presented to me. The product usage continues to grow in the organisation.
Updates and improvements are sometime slower than expected but they do eventually appear. Smartsheet do consider feedback for improvements but sometimes don’t act on them as quickly as I would like, but the more feedback they obtain the bigger the likelihood they make improvements.

It is easy to map out project deliverable, milestones, due date and stay on top of all the projects going on with the team. It easy to use the basic version and very cost effective without resources hence enhancing project management as they expand further. It operates like excel enabling people with knowledge in excel to use it as it helps in project management through finding the formatting capabilities which is effective in managing large amount of data .
It serves me alot hence I don't have any dislike

The ease and adaptivity of this software for me is just amazing. I can create so many triggers and reports and dashboards quickly and efficiently. I love this software and have incorporated it in the last 3 jobs with huge success.
Training cost. My training has been mostly self-taught, YouTube videos, I would love to become certified as I am the platform expert at my current job, however, the cost is too high to get certified.
Smartsheet helps in different ways in my current job, it helps us with visibility of project management and budgets. In my previous job it helped me manage huge translation projects and interacted with translators on the platform.
Smartsheet impresses with it's intuitive interface. As it's a cloud based system, we can access from anywhere and update the data in realtime. This helps us to connect with our teams while working remotely. It has a number of good features like excel like data validation, conditional formatting etc. It can be integrated with other third party tools very efficiently. As we are using this as the project management tool the frequency of use is quite often. The base line is this is a complete package from process automation, project management.
It becomes laggy when bigger data is accessed. Price is little higher side for small businesses. Learning the software for the new users is tricky but worth of spending time.
Firstly it saves so much time as it is cloud based and the whole team can connect and collaborate in real-time basis. No need to check the different mail trails. Auto alert feature makes the job much easier for the project managers to manage the tasks.
