I would like to see some improvements in the client interfaces. They feel at times a bit clunky and hard to understand. This is particularly the case when it comes to online/offline/hidden modes. It is very confusing how some of these features work. Also it would be nice to see some more polish to the UI in general.

One of the easy to integrate applications/software that I have seen and it allows a lot of customization plans which can help in making your website user friendly where there would be many users who might come and not understand what they want but with their AI one can understand the whole journey and can be guided to the specific screen, page or any of the other places. It also has one of the market place where you can connect with other services and their chat bot
Its costing and other services are chargeable where you cant do any activity without paying also the customer support charges are very high where its per hour is very very high. The alertness needs to be there cause it logs our after a while when there are no queries running. The dashboard seems a bit complicated
we have a website but it didnt had any journey mapped or an AI chatbot to understand user queries, but after its implementation we can not understand user queries and can form respectively answers or guide users to the specific journey

The UI is not up to par with other offerings in the market. It often feels like a lot of features are organized here and there, that doesn't make sense. That's not necessarily a bad thing for them at all. There's room for organizing various features to make it easier for end-users with no experience using these helpdesk solutions.
We are using tawk as a self-service help widget, Which got embedded on various portals (Teachers Portal, Students Portal) for them to search for the issues and get resolutions from the knowledgebase articles without the need of waiting for a support assistant to join. Tawk helped us to save much in answering the repeated queries in the form of support articles with different portals. Where Other offerings would've charged for every other widget seperately.
I use tawk.to to monitor site visitors, the number of pages viewed/ visited and the number of site visitors on a daily basis. Also, tawk.to helps me in Geo IP tracking to determine the eligible IPs and the ineligible ones; with an option to ban robots or spam IPs from visiting the page they are viewing. It is still easy to filter messages with tawk.to. Last, tawk.to is easy to install in a mobile since there is a tawk.to app; this makes it very easy to monitor website activities at all the time.
I do not like tawk.to interface since it is less intuitive and still not very user-friendly when compared to other live support software. Sometimes I get lost when using the software due to its poor interface; this means that its backend is poor and requires a complete makeover and rethinking. The other thing I dislike of tawk.to is that navigating through its many features is not easy for newbies and thus is always confusing the non-technical users.

I don't have any complaints with tawk.to & it is excellent. But I noticed some crashing issues in android app (not sure if its only me or not), but works excellent in pc. I will highly recommend you to go for it.
There are some bugs in android app but I get frequent updated so its okay. Otherwise I didn't notice anything I am using it since 2-3 months

Their customer support is the worst. Seems like a mistake going with them as they don't seem to care after we based our customer support infrastructure on this tool

Tawk.to is free! It's really remarkable when comparing it to the competition. It's overall feature set is comparable to other platforms, but you get it at no cost from tawk.to.
The user interface has some things still to be desired. Some users have difficulties closing the chat as it is a 2 step process that could be streamlined.
Tawk.to helps us engage with customers, and realize more sales. If customers have questions we can answer them right away and prevent them from dropping out of our funnel.
