How quickly I can create products and deploy them to my website. It's intuitive, fast and it works right out of the box. I also LOVE the reporting capability of the software. It makes it easy to get a a grasp of my business at a glance. With less than three clicks, I can know exactly how much money I made in the month-to-date, or in the previous month.
I'd really like to be able to customize my checkout page a bit more than ThriveCart currently allows. But it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make given the speed at which I can deploy and how good it already looks. I'd also love it if ThriveCart made it easy to implement Brian Moran's One-Page Funnel strategy, which is currently not possible given the checkout options.
Checking out customers and getting revenue reports.
Thrive cart has ALL the features you need in a shopping cart. It does landing pages, pop ups, embeds. It processes everything smoothly without any hiccups and best of all it makes my life easier. Before I had Thrive Cart I had to use awkward forms, that never really fit with my page, or I had to send my users offsite to process payments. With Thrive Cart everything is now "in house" and my users feel much better about buying from me. Get it, you won't be dissapointed.
Sometimes I would rather change the colors of backgrounds on the standard landing page, but that's ok, because I can just embed it if I want to do that.
This allows me to solve the problem of collecting payments for my digital products. Before Thrive Cart, I had to say send my users "off site" to process my payment. Now I can keep them on site, and it makes me look REALLY good and professional.
Thirvecart is an incredibly easy-to-use and sophisticated payment processor. I really like its powerful sales funnel feature, by using it we can create a complete modern sales funnel with bump offers, multiple one-time offers with the auto-affiliate promoting options enabled, so almost anyone can promote our product as an affiliate. I also like the product creation tab where I can label a product with a different name for internal use. it also has robust payment options, from one-time payment to trial to subscription to pay what you want. and integrate with any major email service provider like Convertkit, ActiveCampaign, etc, and tag buyers based on their behaviors. So powerful.
Don't have the option to sell multiple copies of our digital product to the team. for example- if I want to give my buyer the option to get my courses for the team, and when my buyer selects that option, I can not display a cart that atomically shows 2 users and allow my buyer to increase the number to match the number in their team and once selected (let's 3 copy) then take the three email and. send invite. Also, I can not use my site page to design ThriveCart upsell landing page, which limits me in the aesthetic part of the landing page. That's why I gave it 9 stars only instead of 10.
I've created a complete sales funnel using thrivecart, which I use to sell ebooks on my site. I have sold more than a thousand copies of my books and thrivecart makes all the process a whole lot easy.
Intuitive and well organized. The software guides you from one step to the next until you are done. By the time you have set up a few products you get a good feel of what the software is capable of.
There are a few glitches or bugs when designing invoices or receipts.
I have been forced (in a good way) to think about how my customers see my products as a complete set and as individual products. For example, before Thrivecart, I had 10 different physical products in my web store. Now I have 3 main products (with upsells and downsells).

Limitations when using the account multiple users
General sale of products offering different payment options
When I started using this program in 2017, it was a great tool for selling online programs, app subscriptions, and/or music. It even has a Kunaki integration that will burn a CD and have it shipped if they pay you. Now, the program really shines in two areas. One is the Cart Editor. This allows you to make a cart with several options, upsells and downsells, a custom countdown timer, videos, and it all stands on its own landing page. While not complex, this does allow you to follow marketing triggers to build a solid cart. The other area would be its integrations. We currently use Active Campaign to run our learning management software. This allows for purchase to delivery with no issues and no hands-on needed. Integrations include several payors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay). There are also integrations for your pixels and Google Tags. This gives you some great metrics.
The limitations with this program are in lack of multi-purchase options. If you want to sell access to a single program with up to 5 payment options, that is fine. If you want to replace your website cart where they can make several purchases and payout in the end...it simply won't do that. It's functional to sell single products and bundles. However, it lacks the ability to buy several items with one purchase point. Additionally, while the reporting is good, getting the right metrics may require you to export a list and manipulate it in an outside excel or spreadsheet program to actually capture the info you want. Great for identifying who bought at what date, but not so good for getting to some of the non-integrated info.
The hands-off benefit has been huge for us. Knowing that we can build a sales cart landing page and have the system provide access to our product with us just checking occasionally to make sure the product was delivered is fantastic. Additionally, the use of both landing page carts and embedded carts gives us options to test different methods to drive sales. Testing the two helps us to know if a certain product is better if they click away from a video or if it is better on the same page.
I purchased ThriveCart for a one-time fee and I was skeptical at first due to it being so affordable compared to the other shopping cart options out there. It has beyond exceeded my expectations. The user interface is easy and intuitive, the layout makes for flexibility and a great customer experience. The options for payment processors, upsells, downsells, bumps... they are easy and effective. After implementing Thrivecart I saw my conversions increase 2000% (was using woocommerce at the time)
I would like to see a better Facebook pixel tracking integration, it's difficult to 100% accurately track sales, upsells, bumps, etc. I do not like that the invoice has a download purchase button that I haven't been able to remove.
I was struggling with creating a streamlined, user friendly check out experience with upsell and bump options and ThriveCart offers it. It's professional looking and it works. There's flexibility with design, but it doesn't overcomplicate the design process.
The Interface, the bug-less product, ability to up sell, down sell, Integrations with lots of tools. Powerful analytics, A/B testings, smart funnels.
It doesn't have a broad subscription management features yet. But it's coming soon.
So many problems with sales. It's helping us to get more sales & profits.
