Ticket Tailor Pricing Reviews
Easy to use, intuitive backend, no fees for charities. I've recommended it to so many business people.
Nothing so far. I've found the whole process seamless.
We run free sessions for parents for our Positive Social charity (helping young people take back control of their lives from social media) and Ticket Tailor's pricing model allows us to do so without using resources that we'd rather put into delivering more sessions into schools.
Low per ticket cost, and the more we buy, the cheaper the rate. Links in to mail chimp, paypal and stripe Customer support is quick to respond to questions. New door list check in app is much improved.
We don't have reserved seats, so I don't know how those features work.
Easy and inexpensive way to sell tickets online with little fees. Patrons can also make a donation. We have the option to charge our patrons the ticket fee, but we choose not to.
Having a landing page, that I can share on my social channels, has made engagement easy. It allows my audience to spend time deciding on the value of attending and also allows me to clarify what's on offer.
I can't think of anything that I dislike.
Ticket Tailor allows me to see where and when I need to increase my marketing. It allows me to communicate and I feel it's constantly honing its offer, which benfits me enormously.
Intuitive and simple to use ticketing platform with great ethics - it is adaptable to most situations and they have thought of solutions for all sorts of permutations
I can't think of anything - other than cost and to be fair I add that into my ticket price.
It is the whole package allowing me to market, sell and contact my ticket buyers with essential information
Excellent value ticketing platform......
Limited analytics for products and memberships.
Able to sell event tickets without huge fees and charges.
I love Ticklet Tailor because they provide and brilliant ticketing platform. But more than that: Ticket Tailor is a responsible, ethical, UK-based company. Why would anyone want to use a US-owned conglomerate that doesn't have the same ethical code as TT? Great service and great pricing as well.
No downsides from my perspective. Great company and great product
Making event ticketing easy and being able to work with an ethical UK-based small business.
How clear the process of creating your ticketed event is! It's so simple and linear compared to other ticketing platforms I've used
The pricing could be a little clearer but it ca. be found with a little digging
It's allowed me to be a bit more hands off with the admin of my events which lets me do more in terms of promotion rather than having to deal with payments etc
The cost - It doesn't cost a platform more to sell an expensive ticket versus a cheaper one, so why should they charge more? Ticket Tailor get this and charge a flat fee, they even make it cheaper for you if you pay up front! Event information is easy to enter, and clearly displayed to browsers. Ticket types are flexible and customisable and they support multiple team logins and roles without even more charges. New features are being delivered all the time, and if they're not perfect at launch, that's OK as they listen to feedback and improve them over time. On the back-end integration with Zapier means every ticket sold on Ticket Tailor results in a sale being raised in my accounts on Xero. I literaly have to make one click to confirm it!
Maybe you miss out on the marketing that other sites claim to do for your event, but that's debatable. Anything else I haven't liked over the years of using Tick Tailor I've raised with their support team, and they've either helped me out there and then, or passed my concerns on to their developers and often things are fixed or features tweaked in reponse.
It fully automates are event registration process. No more spreadsheets of attendees. No more manual invoicing. Ticket Tailor is the canonical source of information about all our events now.
