Maybe one of the weakest points of the service is the price, it could be a little expensive for personal usage and there are several service tiers that may or not include some interesting features like the access log and specific email-restricted access to download the data, reserved for the highest plans.

We use Tresorit for Data Rooms for investments. The granular control over access combined with easy integration into Outlook and other office tools allows us easily maintain our data room while still having confidence in the security. We experienced a breach of security while on Google products that resulted in significant losses. Since switching, we have had no security issues.

None really, once integrated with Office and Windows desktop it is easy to use. Logging into Tresorit and using the native web interface is slightly cumbersome, but with their integrations, these UI/UX issues do not matter.

This is the only cloud storage/sync/file-sharing application I've found that combines ease of use, great moble applications, and end-to-end encryption—highly recommended. You can choose what and where the sycronized folders are on your system, which is very handy.

Not much to dislike. The application is about as fast to synchronize files as Dropbox, and has a lighter footprint than that application. The price seems competitive.

I really like having all my documents automatically available and synchronized between my desktop and my phone - something I'd be much more hesitant to do if it were not end-to-end encrypted.
