For the company Tresorit is making file exchange safer and it benefits me by offering a clean and simple file sharing workflow.

Confidentiality of documents
Tresorit is easy to use and is helpful with client care, the software/app is easy to use with a simple interface. I mostly use this to store client information.
I am visually impaired and can only see text in size 14 plus easily. I have asked Tresorit how I can make the text size bigger and have been told that this feature is not a development consideration for them. Which I felt was very rude.
I feel my client's information is secure with this cloud storage system, I am able to reassure clients by asking them to research Tresorit to see that it is one of the most secure options on the market.
Tresorit is one of the emerging cloud storage services that can be used to save and important files and documents, The reason why we love Tresorit over similar services is it provides an excellent end to end file sync and sharing system. Tresorit provides plans bot personal purposes or for business.
There are no free accounts allowed on Tresorit and also you have to pay more than $10 per month for 200 GB. The price is really huge compared to Dropbox or Google Drive and I'm not sure how a small company can afford it. Also, sometimes Tresorit Android Apps seems a bit buggy while uploading images from the device.
If you are really concern about Privacy, you can use Tresorit because it works under the subject to Switzerland jurisdiction. We can share all highly confidential files on Tresorit and it is safe under high encryption.
Tresorit is one of the best zero-knowledge cloud services based in Switzerland. A lot of users love Tresorit because emphasizes enhanced security and data encryption. The reason why we love Tresorit over similar services because only we have the keys to read the content of our files, no one can know your data even Tresorit.
Tresorit free account comes with only 3 GB of space and limiting features like file sharing, syncing and download links.

I like having a lot of securely stored data accessible on my local hard drive, but always in the cloud so that my computers are not points of failure.
It's slow and when you have even a moderate number of Tresors (sort of like File Shares) then it becomes quite tedious to manage.
It's sensational for us to store all of our business data in a way to just works across multiple machines locally and in the cloud.
I like that this product protects the cloud. It is hard to find programs to protect the cloud.
I do not like the price. The price of this product is a bit on the higher range. The price if a bit lower would be perfect.
Cloud security which is important in the internet world. It is not easy to find cloud products.
Tresorit offers relatively large amounts of storage for reasonable prices in a GDPR-compliant environment. I really appreciate it. Many other providers cannot offer the necessary data security.
Unfortunately, however, Tresorit has a problem that makes it largely unsuitable for our company. We use it to centralize unattended backups from different locations. Unfortunately, the client occasionally logs out unnoticed, interrupting the backup function, which can have fatal consequences. So we had to look around for an alternative product to use. Also, unfortunately, Tresorit does not back up large files.
Tresorit is particularly useful for keeping data between multiple end devices up to date and also offers the very useful versioning function. This speeds up some processes.
1. Any folder can be shared 2. Security seems to be better than some competing products (it appears to support client-based rather than server-based encryption).
1. Quite expensive 2. impossible to mix a private and a business account, thus requiring to have several cloud clients. 3. Lack of flexibility in sharing. 4. A very small amount of storage for free accounts - thus making it difficult to collaborate with someone who doesn't want to pay to Tresorit.
I do not have any outstanding matters. My experience with their tech support was patchy - sometimes they were quick to answer and resolve small issues I had, and sometimes not.
I am using Tresorit in two different businesses. For one of them, staff didn't like it as files took some time to be received by other members, and they did not like the notification
For me I was okay with it till I was asked for the reason of not uploading the file, when I actually did. It seems that it took some time for the other staff to get the file. I also did not like the notification that appeared at the bottom of the desktop showing the files being updated. There is no way to stop it

The software worked fine and was well designed and easy to use.
Trying to get a very simple tech support question answered was terrible and extremely frustrating.
Tresorit does a nice job of storing my data files and has end-to-end encription which is great.
Nothing, I didn't get a chance to use it because it deleted all of the files on my computer.
Tresorit is the worst product ever. It deleted all of the files on my computer and then when I took the issue to customer service, even getting as high up as their VP of Sales (totally incompetent person), they blamed me and refused to acknowledge that there is a HUGE flaw in their system if such a thing could happen. Please warn people that this product is not safe to use and that their team doesn't care about the negative effects their product has on their customers.
No benefits, product and Tresorit team failed miserably
