Highly efficient and easily accessible storage options with fast processing!
Navigation could be made better. overall i like the product!
Data storage and security , I need to store confidential data files and Tresoit is highly reliable, fast & secure.
It always works fine, without any problems. Not only as a safe cloud storage, but also as a backup of old file versions. The amount of storage is plenty (4TB with Professional). Also speed is great. I never notice any delays while working.
It is (or was) not possible to upload a large number of (big) files, without synchronizing. Synchronized folders work fine, but deleting a file from a local synchronized folder will also delete the file from the folder in the cloud. Therefore it is not always handy to synchronize folders on a small device.
Secure zero-knowledge data storage. Shared file storage for several devices. Data backup, including old versions. Sharing big files and folders with other people.
It's very easy to use. App works well across multiple platforms. Search works well, there's a lot of great things!
It can take a while to load images, but this is mainly due to internet speeds
I can store anything and everything I need to run my small business and keep all my teammmates in the loop.
I can work on several computers and have all my data almost immediately available. This is my best BCM approach.
You can restore previous versions but not with the correct last modification date.
Have an immediate backup on all my machines. Share documents via encrypted attachment.
The ability to send encrypted links to users I communicate with, who normally don't understand PGP or file encryption.
There is nothing I dislike about Tresorit.
The ability to keep files in the cloud, encrypt them, and gives me the ability to colloborate securely with others.
- Very secure (GDPR/HIPAA compliance - I use healthcare data, so this is critically important) - Good iOS apps that do the job well - Excellent upload/download speeds - So far, extremely reliable uploads (unlike www.sync.com, which I've used for a couple of years and whilst Customer Service was highly responsive, they could never resolve the issues - this is a massive benefit of Tresorit for me). Reliable means that I previously felt the need to double-check check success/failure of uploads to the cloud due to my previous experience with unreliable uploads on Sync (ie. reports success, but when I check, no upload occurred - nightmare), but Tresorit has been completely reliable in this regard, and now I hardly check - I trust Tresorit - Folder sharing is very advanced with nice features, especially being able to share subfolders, which I have not found in other providers
- Yes, it costs more, but it's worth it. It really is. - More storage capacity would be nice - Very few downsides. I've tried many options and Tresorit has delivered well beyond the others.
HIPAA and GDRP compliant healthcare data storage. Speed of uploads/downloads saves me time and improves productivity. Versioning useful. Overall an excellent product
Seamless cryptography and ease of use, even with more users.
It happened in the past (many years go) that the Mac-Tresorit integration didn't look to me 100% ideal, but I noticed continuous improvements over time.
Encrypted file sharing between users, high security backups. We even benefit from highly positive perception by (prospective) clients: the top-level secure Tresorit system is even advertised in our general communication.
One of the best features of Tresorit is the ease of use, anyone can share and transfer confidential and sensitive files in a seamless way and without technical knowledge using encryption standards through legally neutral servers located in Swiss, and ensuring privacy by using the zero-knowledge technology to ensure just the sender and receiver can see the data and nobody even Tresorit can decrypt the data in-between.
Maybe one of the weakest points of the service is the price, it could be a little expensive for personal usage and there are several service tiers that may or not include some interesting features like the access log and specific email-restricted access to download the data, reserved for the highest plans.
For my job the privacy of the information is crucial, I've tried to use another solutions using encryption apps previous to send the files to the cloud, but these solutions resulted complicated to setup and use for my colleagues. Tresorit simply worked to transfer and control access to sensitive files, and it a lot easier to use for another people I need to securely share data.
Tresorit is a flexible tool, dead easy to use - I use Tresorit almost daily to share data with others. I good friend and business colleague of mine recommended Tresorit to me some years ago, and I immediately discarded Dropbox and the like.
Nothing at all. Tresorit is the ideal tool.
Sharing single files or entire folders with others. It's never been easier than that.
User friendly. Helpfull and fast customer service. Safe and easy platform for collaboration. Compliant with highest levels of data protection. We evaluated several other platforms, but none of them even came close to Tresorit.
No downside honestly! The only downside might be the pricing, however the level of protection given is superb and preventing data loss is priceless. In addition, it is surely not in the high price range.
We are a team working with members belonging to different organizations. Tresorit allows us to share easily and safely our data between all team members. No need of worrying about data loss, problems with using external storage and especially a fantastic way of handling sensitive data.
Ease of use and the ability to share private information or encrypted data without concern over hassle and setting privacy protections up yourself. Like a more private google drive
The comparison may be that other services out there allow cheaper storage services but may not be encrypted; however, it is possible there are other encryption services like this on the market
Sharing and storing materials such as legal files and sensitive documents that can ruin your business relationship if tampered with or compromised to cyber exploitation
Tresorit is a top-notch cloud-based file sharing and collaboration platform that offers unbeatable security and privacy features. The end-to-end encryption is a game changer and gives me peace of mind knowing my sensitive information is protected. The syncing feature is seamless, allowing me to access my files from any device. The sharing and collaboration tools are intuitive and make it easy for me to work with my team. I highly recommend Tresorit for anyone looking for a secure and reliable solution for storing and sharing their data.
the pricing may be considered on the high side for some users. The interface is not as user-friendly as other cloud storage options and it may have some limitations in terms of file storage and the number of users that can be added to a team. Overall, Tresorit is a great option for those who prioritize security and privacy, but the cost and interface may be a concern for some users.
As a user of Tresorit, I've found that the platform's advanced security features are unparalleled, providing a high level of protection for my sensitive data. The performance of my business has increased just because of accessing everything whenever we like.
Tresorit is a secure file exchange service. It's straightforward to use, offers a program you can install on your PC, and also runs fine through all major browsers without needing to download anything. Its security seems to be bulletproof at the same time. It's GDPR compliant and offers a selection of locations of servers that keep your files, which is something very useful for compliance purposes.
I can't find any major disadvantage. Perhaps the GUI could use a redesign. One feature that would be useful would be the ability to actually see who was accessed your file, the frequency of access and perhaps the ip or at least the country.
The need to be able to share sensitive files securely with third parties. It also allows for said file sharing to be extremely easy to use, you simply send them a web link.
In terms of usability, Tresorit has a simple and intuitive interface, making it easy for users to navigate and find their files. It also has a range of collaboration features, such as the ability to leave comments on files and see the changes made by other users in real time.
Tresorit has a maximum file size limit of 10 GB for uploads and downloads. This may limit users who need to transfer huge files. Other than that, I do not see any red flags with this product.
For me, the benefits of using Tresorit may include the ability to store and share files securely, the convenience of accessing files from multiple devices, and the ability to collaborate with others on projects. Tresorit may also be a good choice for individuals who need to store and share large files, as it has a maximum file size limit of 10 GB for uploads and downloads.
Tresorit solves the problem of data stored in a company And these must be secure and accessible at all times, so that even employees who are not on site have secure access.
I have access to my files anywhere - in the office and at home or on the go. Uploading and downloading is quick and easy. I don't necessarily need storage space on my PC.
There's nothing I don't like. Everything is working well.
The number of my employees changes from time to time. It's easy to add or unsubscribe accounts. Also, it's easy to share files with clients. I can decide which files my employees can see, which they can edit and what remains private.
Tresoritis by far the best cloud service my business has ever used. It is so easy to share files and folders between teams aiding the productivity of the business
Tresorit has small downsides, one of these would be the cost. I see it as an expensive service and if you are a small business, it is almost impossible to afford it the beginning.
We are a small-medium business, so Tresorit has been a crucial part of our daily activities. It is one of the safest solution for privacy and security to store our documents and share sensitive information accross the business and clients
Tresorit has all the desired attributes of a cloud storage system, but also offers zero-knowledge architecture which is important for our law firm business that handles a lot of sensitive information. It provides fine-grained administrative controls for each user or group of users. It also makes secure file-sharing easy, even for our clients who aren't tech-savvy.
Like any cloud service, actions are synced across all users' devices, so if a team member accidentally deletes/moves an entire folder, that action is replicated for all users and can require somewhat tedious efforts to restore the files. However, the backup system has always been reliable and enabled a full recovery whenever we've made this kind of mistake.
Tresorit's zero-knowledge architecture allows us to store sensitive files in the cloud without concern that Tresorit's staff or some third party may be able to view them. It also makes sharing those files with the correct people easy. When we talk to clients about how we store their data, we can assure them confidently that it is appropriately safeguarded.
Easy and realibale usage, perefect synchronosation (PC, mobile...) and sure, prefect security and simple Outlook integration.
What I disliked - it was resolved by time
Secur. stored and synchronised company data with sec. sharing (and colaboration)
It is integrated in your daily work, laptop and phone
Have uploaded video and music. You are unable to stream them,
n.a.
Tresprot provides a simple and secure way of sending confidential documents and data out to clients and business partners. It has a very simple interface, yet is a very powerful tool when it comes to data protection. It allows me to create a secure, user friendly portal for clients to access files that I want them to access, and also provides a way for them to return files encrypted and securely without having to email them, which negates issues and restrictions such as large file sizes and lack of security.
I'd like there to be more flexibility when it comes to how long links and portals are valid before they time out. It would be great to have the opportunity to have more options when sorting folders and files. Tresorit in its current state is very user friendly, but is also simple to the point of missing some basic features which would make the software even more user friendly. It would be great to be able to select a specific timeframe for a link or portal to be active for before it times out and is no longer accessible without issuing a brand new link and password.
Tresorit allows my colleagues and me to send confidential files and documents to clients and business partners in a fast, yet highly secure way. It removes the need to use slow, clunky, and difficult to use email portal websites. It allows us to consolidate all of our confidential items into one secure, encrypted place, without the need to use multiple pieces of software or methods of issuing things externally from our business.
The most helpful would be the options one has when sharing a tresor and having the ability to see when a link has been leaked and then revoke that link. An equally helpful feature that every cloud service provider should have standard is to have control over where a tresor (or directory) is saved on your PC, and also to make any directory on your PC a tresor. (Instead of having one dedicated directory in which your entire cloud lives.) I also like that there is a good Linux client.
There are only two things I don't like about Tresorit. 1. The Linux client is weird. It lives in your home directory with a built in updater instead of being managed by your package manager. 2. Tresorit is not commonly used. I have so far only once properly shared a tresor with someone. All other times I had to share a link with them with a painful: download the entire zip every time there's an update. Unfortunately, very few people are security and privacy-conscious. They just don't care so they use Google instead. They were unwilling to create a Tresorit account because they would have to pay just to see what I share (larger than the free 1 GiB), even though I already pay for the storage of those shared files.
Having control over where my files end up, I can share them with a specific person and I can see when some unknown person has opened the link that was shared. I can disable downloads to prevent or make it difficult to distribute what I share. It is also just a great and convenient cloud solution to distribute files over my devices that works nicely on Linux.
I like best that I don't even have to think about storing my data. The storage gives me fewer worries that my data may disappear if my device gets stolen.
There are a few features I don't use for now but might use in the future.
The problem of having to store data in a secure place and to be able to share files securely. It shows professionalism towards my clients.
The system is always on top, no bugs or other clunky things. All files easy to acceess
The portal could be more user-friendly, it is hard sometimes to find something you need without knowing exactly where to look.
Document sharing and storing in safe place
The securisation of data on cloud; easy synchronization; secure file transmission; secured data sharing; e-signature; very responsive support
It would be helpful to encrypt data on the client's side before synchronisation
Secure storage of data; e-signature; sharing of documents in a secure environment. Working mainly internationally, I am far more productive using Tresorit's services
Tresorit just works. Because it integrates across platforms and therefore into my workflow, I just don't notice it keeping all my files safe.
I do wish it integrated better with Office.
It protects every file that I need protecting. That's a big deal.
It's handles secure, easy to handle, always reachable
There is nothing to dislike because I use it and it works.
It is my backup, my secure server, and I am sure I will not lose any information stored at Tresorit.
I love having my resources accessible to me anywhere, and knowing that it's secure. I love knowing that I can recover files that are accidentally deleted. I love knowing that files I've set to backup in Tresorit are both secure and well protected from loss.
Sometimes the client crashes on my server and stops syncing my shared resources into the cloud - I wish it were more stable.
How to make sensitive information safely accessible to those who have legitimate need to access it. I work in a small healthcare business, so we manage PHI and have to be very careful to make sure we protect it.
