Easy automatic login. Timely notice if anybody added some data in Tresorit

Only the frequent update requests are annoying, since this had to be done by administrator. Also please indicate, when the expiry is for the update so that not from one day to another the account is blocked due to missing update. It would also be beneficial, if the size and style of the data could be altered.

Desktop & Mobile Apps, Security Features, Sharing granularity All apps provide visibility and manageability of both synched data and cloud-only data. You don't need to change your current folder and files organization, because Tresorit fit with and around it perfectly. Security relies on best practice standards and Swiss regulations: top of the world. Finally, sharing allows a granular control both in terms of permissions and shareable objects. They lastly added a feature that increases sharing features even if they didn't provided an automatic or self-assisted migration procedure.

The roadmap is too slow and pricing is not adequate for the set of features and cloud space provided. Collaboration features are not yet complete. The migration procedure is too complicated. Collaboration and integration are the big lack of Tresorit solution, considering also the price. Tresorit has the finest and good level of sharing and governance, but the most common collaboration features are almost totally lacking. Generally, they are not as fast as competitors in enhancing their solutions. It could be acceptable if they already provide a widely filled solution, but not so much considering today's general quality of solutions available in the market. Finally migrating data to a new or different account is technically complicated. I think it is right it requires administration checks and authorization, but technically it should be smooth, while it requires almost rebuilding storage from scratch.

It provides good governance of cloud storage and data are easily available on both mobile and desktop. The learning curve is pretty fast and almost amazing. If you need to ensure your data and share it securely and reliably with stakeholders, you can do that with maximum available technical and compliance standards. If you are looking for the best in class with collaboration features, carefully look at the features provided.

The desktop apps for Mac could be more integrated

I now have a fully automated backup solution for my Mac incase of hardware failure, so just save files and Tresorit sorts the rest

Tresorit has implemented end-to-end encryption, no eavesdropping by Tresorit or hackers - if they could ever enter. Swiss-based sounds like bank vault grade security. I'm a Mac user, and integration of Tresorit in Finder is excellent, better than Dropbox. Syncing is quick and inconspicuous. Their excellent app allows you to compartmentalize your data easily into Tresors, that each can live anywhere on your drive - not necessarily in one folder with subfolders. Pricing is very reasonable and on par with the competitors. Help desk support is excellent - very responsive and knowledgeable.

Third-party integration is not as advanced as some of the big competitors, specifically when compared to Dropbox. If you rely on live collaboration with this sharing service, you're out of luck - the fact that they do end-to-end encryption excludes in-app live sharing as that would require them to decrypt the data on their servers.

Tresorit allows me to store my data securely in the cloud and have it seamlessly available across devices without worries and with excellent performance. Since I have various silos of data that I don't always need direct access to, I keep these silos available in the cloud but not synced to my device.

Tresorit is available without any issues on all of my devices. I can access them any time I want.

I was looking for a secure alternative to Google Drive after migrating my email to ProtonMail. The functionality, and integration on all my Windows, Mac and iOS devices works well. And performs exactly as expected.

Pricing is higher than alternatives, but I'm willing to pay for privacy and security. I would consider switching to ProtonDrive at some point since it is included with my current email and vpn plan, but it is still in beta and lacks a lot of the functionality of Tresorit.

The main reason I chose Tresorit over other offerings was to ensure my confidential information remains private and secure while being easily accessible from all of my devices.

stability, easy of use, interface and it just works

Plans are somehow not configurable and you get to pay a lot for resources you don't use (ex if you need a feature, you have to pay for their 2TB plan, even if you use 300gb)...overall very good but very expensive

Simple to set up and use, friendly for non-techy people, and very fast. Lovely interface and a pretty helpful web dashboard as well, so you always have access to your files even away from your usual devices. The "conflict" handling is also OK, and sharing content is a breeze.

The pricing is definitely on the higher side, but with all the features, you should expect that already. I still would like to have lower-tier options to recommend it to a broader range of people.

Rather than setting up your brew-it-yourself solution (inaccessible to most audiences), TresorIt allows people to focus on the task at hand. It saved me *a lot* of time and headaches for the past ten years I've been using it.

This platform allows you to exchange files or confidential data without problems, in addition to synchronizing and storing them. It contains an end-to-end encryption that provides security and privacy throughout the process.

Since we have used this platform we have not had problems or inconveniences. We are very happy with the results and tools that it offers us. Instant privacy and security.

We use this platform on many occasions to synchronize files between computers and it really does a very efficient and smooth job. From the beginning we thought that we would have to be on top of the platform to obtain the results we expected, but the opposite happened, we simply configured and immediately it was integrated with the entire file system of our computer and voila, we forgot about it, system of Security and privacy is very complete, we are very comfortable and calm, since before it also provides end-to-end encryption, the client's files are encrypted before going up to the cloud, it really is very complete. We are satisfied with the results we obtained and happy for the good choice we made.

My experience with this software has been quite good. It has a very good user configuration, when hiring the premium package it has allowed me to have 100 GB for my documents and files having very well organized my work documents. It also has a great configuration that allows me to have access to the user folder and delimit what permissions I want my information to have. Normally in my department we usually share different files to analyze them in the project, anyway it is very good that you can not edit some of them. This tool allows me to have total control over them.

Enabling verification in two steps in case of loss of my devices has been somewhat difficult to use since it was not entirely clear how to proceed in case of loss or theft.

It is a tool that has not presented any problem for its installation. Data encryption has allowed our files and documents to be completely secure and poses no difficulties for their use.

I use Tresorit along with a few work teams. While I use it in a less managerial capacity than my colleagues (I do little more than download and upload files to different folders), I have been pleased with its security. I was also grateful for very responsive and helpful customer service when I reached out about subscription rates.

Perhaps I haven't experimented enough, but during my several months of using Tresorit, I haven't yet discovered how to download multiple photos at once.

This is a really useful application for anyone who works regularly on different devices and needs both to backup and synchronise data on every device. I particularly value the fact that it functions well on different operating systems. Personally, I use Windows, various flavours of Linux and Android and it works seamlessly on everything. A key attraction for anyone keeping data on behalf of clients is the emphasis on security. I use it constantly and it has never once let me down.

There is nothing I dislike about Tresorit, but it won't be appropriate for everyone. It's a relatively expensive product and is better suited to those whose needs are professional rather than domestic. Having said that, you do get value for money in terms of the capacity of storage available and the ease of use across multiple platforms.

It provides secure backup and storage for both personal and client data. It is accessible wherever internet access is available on multiple devices, allowing me to have more or less immediate access to data wherever I happen to be.

Creating and sharing links is easy, and it conforms to AWS standards. It also looks and acts similar to Windows File Manager which makes it intuitive. Honestly Drop Box and Sync are better but my boss chose Tresorit and it's very difficult to change systems.

Reorganizing files is a pain. Much more cumbersome and visually unintuitive than Windows File Manager. Renaming, you have to click, wait, click, wait, and often it never works. Moving files you have to go all the way up the directory and into the subfolder, sub folder, etc. which shouldn't really be necessary. You also can't open more than 1 window, which further necessitates following Tresorit's built in path.

We needed an AWS-certified document storage that can create links to send to clients / lenders. We also have to keep all files for 7 years, so the cloud or sync options are good for quick access to current documents and light storage of archives. It's also very hard to delete things due to the reminder that pops up and the different option to delete and delete permanently.

I am confident that my data is not being mined or shared

I like the data everywhere from a save platform. All devices are synchronized. Data history is available for each file.

The Mobile version (Android) depiction is a bit inconvenient.

Saves me in a safe way all my business data. Also legally compliant. If I'd share some information, I can do this also secured.

What I like the most about tresorit is that I always can count on it, it works always and if there should be a problem i can contact the support as they will help me for sure

i dislike the lack of possibility to change the abonemments ownership to a customer or to a different account, while remaining all the rights to e.g. reset user passwords. Has given me some headaches and put me into a bad position in front of my customer i dislike not being able to enable SSO after creating accounts manually, the mail and persons remain the same, but if you want to enable SSO you need to reset the users account to zero

It's security and encryption. I also like that it is based in Switzerland.

It's slower than One Drive. It has weird kinks when multiple people are working in the same folders. Even with everybody logged in, sometimes a file that one user saves doesn't show up in the folder for the other users. Tresorit doesn't tell you when it is going to log you out or when it already has logged you out. For some reason, one of my users is still able to save documents in Tresorit after she has been logged out, but those documents don't show up as visible to other users. However, it doesn't allow other users to save documents in the folders once logged out.

Other cloud systems don't end-to-end encrypt the files. However, Tresorit does.

Time it takes to upload documents. Certain documents cannot be uploaded such as radiology. No straight forward copy feature. Not able to drag documents into folders which are contained in emails.
