I love the weekly reports for current information.

So far, there is nothing I dislike - it's been a pleasure.

First time setting up a QR Code, used it as a link to web resumé. Was able to set up and test quickly. Customer success reached out to check up and make sure all was well.

The setup was easy and intuitive and the results have been terrific.

I haven't found any downsides yet. So far the experience has been positive.

I created a QR code for my contact information and used it at several holiday parties. It's great to not have to worry that people I met won't lose my contact info. We also have a large number of urls to share with the public and, because they are not ours, we have no control over the length and complexity. Letting voters scan QR codes prevents typos and lets is help voters on the spot.

Beaconstac QR Codes are so easy to create and very easy to update as needed!

So far I have not had any issues with the QR Codes created.

Using a QR Code helps us stay within budget for advertising. It helps us keep track of how much interaction there is from our customers. The code can be easily displayed and is liked by our customers really well, they don't want to have to fool with paper price sheets, etc.

As my title suggests, the customer service is awesome. I didn't know if this would work for my company, so I reached out with my criteria and was given several options. These people know the product and the communication was fast.

Parking! This product will give us a way to keep our staff info private and access their parking information quickly.

The dynamic QR codes have been a lifesaver. Being able to update links on the backend after the QR codes have already been printed has saved us numerous times. We also appreciate the tracking and easy customization options. It's so easy!

I wish it was possible to retroactively add tags to QR codes for reporting purposes. As of now, you aren't able to pull analytics for multiple QR code at once unless they are grouped together with a tag. There are workarounds such as pulling each one individually but if we could implement that in the future it'd be great.

Now we can easily track codes instead of having to make unique vanity URLs for each print piece. The QR codes also make it easier for users. And we can see where they're scanning from.

Ease of use, multiple options, powerful tracking, solves what I have been looking for. Highly recomnmend them

The interface and the suite of tools have been handy and easy to work out. I enjoy the easily customizable QR Codes.

It would be nice to see further customisations, and be able to be more flexible with what colours can be scanned.

They also have a subscription option for every need and price point. I would recommend Beaconstac for anyone needing QR codes, whether for a one-off campaign or multiple enterprise-wide needs.

I haven't yet discovered a downside to Beaconstac's product.

The Beaconstac QR code allows me to share a video link through print communications in a manner that will result in views. In today's mobile world, having a QR code allows anyone with a smartphone to view our video directly from a print piece rather than typing in a URL. This option provides us with an increased viewership of the video, an essential part of our campaign.

I like that Beaconstac QR has been improving the functions of the service over the almost two years we've been using them, including bulk generation and template addition. Our company has integrated QR codes into all of our marketing efforts. The ability to track the scans by location has more than paid for itself in determining future business development efforts. Integrating into Google Sheets has been another plus. With the ability to monitor scan activity and engagement this way we are able to compete at a higher level utilizing fewer resources. As a small startup in our industry, this has been a huge advantage.

Still haven't utilized all of the features, so I have no feedback for improvement at this time.

As a small startup, we have a limited budget. Being able to track users and engagement of our marketing efforts with the scan is very helpful. As a growing company, we have frequent updates so using QR codes has allowed us to avoid printing material that will become outdated every month. Instead, use the QR code to link to a PDF file that we can update as needed. This has been a cost-saving feature as well.

The ease of using it. It's very easy to use, and that's what I like about it.
