Easy to use platform. Stellar service from their team members.

the platform is a bit basic, does not adapt to films, but rather just "videos" in their basic form, slightly tilt towards yoga/workout memberships sites. The videos can only have an "author" but not film director, or film producer, or actors.. so it looks kinds weird to have a film with an "author".

the obvious, allowing my films to be streamed online and be monetized.

We could create a VOD catalog without trouble. We are not eligible for a Stripe account in Colombia, they helped us set up Uscreen Gateway to monetize our content. We love their marketing features (we are using coupon codes, gift cards, abandoned cart emails, etc.) Seamless integration with third-parties (we are using Zapier, MailChimp, Google Tag Manager/Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Profitwell)

I wasn't able to do some customizations on my own, so I needed to hire a web developer.

Unfortunately, our salsa school has been closed for the past 12 months because of the pandemic. Thanks to Uscreen, we have been able to digitalize our classes, monetizing our VOD content and we plan to offer live events in the future. This allowed us to save the jobs in our school, and keep up the salsa spirit through these complicated times. We are extremely satisfied with the ongoing support and solutions brought to us by Uscreen team.

We feel like they listen to our requests, and update the site to better reflect what we need for our online subscription platform. We are able to customize our page to look on-brand with no loss of functionality.

The analytics are not as intuitive as some other sites, but I know they are working on that. We would love to have more fidelity with easily finding all statistical information on how our classes perform, and an easier way to get quick feedback from our customers on their demographics and how they like a class.

We switched over so we could have a more customized site--and we have been really happy with being able to do that in a cost effective manner.

Uscreen has fantastic customer service and has been a huge support to me for the entire duration of my business launch as a solopreneur. When I was designing my membership site and not yet a customer, they made themselves available to answer all my questions as I planned how I would use the platform. We established a relationship, and they always make sure to understand exactly what I'm trying to do and provide the best advice. When I was opening for the first time they were reliably there to promptly address my many questions. Uscreen's platform is great and I love how they are always enhancing and growing right along with my business.

A downside is not being able to customize the look of the theme much inside the catalog, but I know they're soon releasing updates for that.

I am able to offer meditations and breathwork to individuals through Uscreen's web platform and inside my own custom branded app to support people with stress, focus, sleep and EQ.

A fantastic user interface, great that you can geo-block and their comprehensive CDN has meant reliable content delivery to our audience.

There are a few bugs that need to be worked out like when a user is logged in you cannot see the home page anymore and the home page link is still in the navigation bar, it looks confusing. Also, the search for countries in Geo-Block isn't great but that's only a minor issue.

Audience growth, engagement and brand awareness. Having an online platform enables us to reach a much larger audience, beyond our in-theatre customers in the central cities.

We have been working with Uscreen for 2 years and we are very grateful with them because they have given us excellent customer support, constant upgrades to the platform every month, new cool features for enhancing the customers experience, and awesome OTT development. Swiping through the programs doesn't happens like on Netflix, nonetheless, it runs very smooth and almost perfect.

Nothing really. I do wish they had a back end payment system to pay royalties but they are working on that.

Anyone who wants to monetize video content

Simplicity, and ability to scale. Full suite of features to help grow a following. Customer support has been great.

Reporting and analytics could be improved upon. More features could be released quicker (but that is only because I am excited to see what they will add next).

As others have said, it would be great if there was a little bit more customization possible. We will need to hire a developer for some of the changes we want. But, to be clear, we knew this was a likelihood from the beginning. And for everything else that Uscreen offers, it is still highly affordable.

Our clients are super happy with the new design, organization of content, search and filter functions, and seamless payment process provided by the platform. No problems as of now!

The video CMS feature. I appreciated the simplicity of uploading videos and the resources built inside the site to help me get setup. In addition, I felt integrating with my email server was a great way to turn leads into customers.

I was not a fan of the user dashboard. It was a bit confusing at times. In addition, I had trouble figuring out the marketing tools to retain my customers. I'd like to see this become more user-friendly. My subscribers also had difficulty accessing their accounts at times.

Uscreen solved the paywall that I wanted to create so that only my subscribers could receive access to exclusive content. But unfortunately, the business has not increased much for me.

Somewhat easy to upload content and manage video publication

The fact there is not much analytics, the platform friezes a lot of the time, the organisation of the content is not very customisable, the user experience is quite poor.

Slow to upload many pages, not much customisation for content organisation, difficult to really engage end users. Not really serving the end user as much as I would like it to. Also, sometimes the platfrorm friezes.
