The Pricing is very clear. The customer support is top notch.

Having to log in for the invoice, disallow delegating accounting.
Sometimes, clients need stuff done on Windows. Also as a traveler, I may get blocked by some clients' VPN, so having a desktop that rings in North America is useful.

V2 Cloud was easy to set up and solved my problem immediately. We ran out of computer power in the small number of computers that we have in our office, and we were looking for a cost-effective and easy solution to add more computers without buying more hardware.
Tough question. I can't think of anything (except that I haven't found a way to copy text from my Mac computer and paste it to my virtual Windows V2 Cloud machine) I dislike about the service. It does exactly what I need it to do at a decent price.
I need to run a resource-heavy application every day and my MacBook Air doesn't have the right system requirements for it. Instead of buying a new laptop, I decided to search only for virtual desktops. The options to set-up one online are very limited and difficult to use. I found V2 Cloud and now I have a dedicated desktop with the right system requirements to run the application that I have to run daily. I'm happy!
The speed and security of the VM is great. Anywhere access is also a plus. Support has also been solid with great follow through.
The main issue would be price. But compared with the competition, they are very competitive.
The problem being solved is for collaboration with remote users. The maintenance benefit is fantastic. Ease of use is also great.
After testing several Daas solutions we have enthusiastically settled on V2 for the simple fact that it works as advertised. We have no issues with any re-direction and we love the ease of over-all use and the amount, or lack of administration needed. The most surprising and probably the most important is the responsiveness of the support team, we have had no issues not only contact support, but getting all the resolutions resolved in a timely manner. The solution is very fast and responsive, and even caught the eye of some of our most critical and skeptical users.
The only thing I would like to see is better resolution on video, if possible. Also, I would like to see if the option can be added to use 2 out of a 3 screen setup if possible.
We are moving to a Cloud based solution to offboard in-house management of the systems, and also so we can access our desktops from any location or platform without the need of having to use a vpn. Also shifting security and backup solution to a third party source is the way to go since Daas companies keep up-to-speed with the latest and greatest security solutions. The benefits are clear that it is the future, and that it will be a clear benefit especially when we do not have to purchase or keep up with higher end physical equipment/hardware.

I am able to remotely manage my infrastructure with ease and confidence with v2. I found how easy it is to be hosted and its great!
1) nice speed even with the cheapest plan; 2) easy installation and manuals for a non-IT person; 3) free real-time technical support without long waiting periods.
An important section is missing in manuals: how to install the program/software so it is shown on all desktops for all cloud computer users, so all of them have access to one program sharing just one database file.
We moved the desktop software to the cloud. Multiple users can use it outside of the office.
They responded to my request very promptly and resolved the issue in a timely manner
So far there I have not found a downside to their product
I was having a storage issue; they helped to point out where the storage problem was, helped create more space and further, they worked out my present storage requirements with room for the future
V2 Cloud was easy to setup for all of our users and the support team was immediately available to assist with any questions during and after setup. The product has been working without any flaws and has met all of our wants and needs.
There is nothing that was have found to dislike with the platform or support. Highly recommend.
We needed a solution that could be quickly implemented without breaking the bank. V2 has satisfied all of those needs and has allowed us to quickly access the needed solution.
