Easy to use and friendly navigation, data are easy to down load and morover working on Wati is more like to working on cell phone. Furthermore robust support team to help in navigational challenges
Wati needs to work on recharging plan, every time we do recharge, it only when it stops woking, perhaps they should implement alert notification when charge is depleating
With customer focus in mind, it is vey crusial for making customer alert on the progress on the Order status. While WhatsApp being most active customer inreraction tools, it becomes important in creating simlified seller and consumer trust
Compared to other products, it's very easy to integrate with our own products, and using these features with a simple dashboard is also very straightforward
The drag and drop menu is very small, making it difficult to scroll down and read the entire chat screen. Could you please make it larger and easier to scroll down? Additionally, the credits are quite expensive
Our main intention is to send WhatsApp messages to our technicians for scheduling services, and we are working on integrating it with our website to capture sales leads even when we are offline
1. Ease of using the Google Sheet for broadcasting messages. 2. The super user friendly APP. 3. Super rich Features 4. Excellent Customer Support 5. We were able to implement the software and start using the product from day one.
Please consider reducing pricing per message sending in broadcast mode.
Single number for 5 agents. Helping us to know the usage and response time of the agents in a single screen.
bulk communication to clients posting newsletters n feeds
pricing and support is too slow, there is no direct number
communicating with clients & sharing them latest updates
We are a venture builder who wants to launch and test things quickly, and Wati was such a great enabler. After coming across their website, setting up the account and contacting our potential users took a few clicks. Extremely quick learning curve and supportive team. The dashboard and UX are straightforward and functional. We got in touch with another provider to explore using their services as well, but they still did not set up an account for us, while we were on our 3rd subscription with Wati already. Highly highly recommended.
The pricing scheme is a bit unclear and needed some digging, especially since our user base was from more than one country. A more concise and centralized pricing document would be really helpful.
Contacting our user base in multiple countries, creating reuasble templates, setting up templates with various media and Call to Action options, clear data dashboard to track campaigns.
Simple drag & drop Automation. It enables you to create flow, keyword action, add buttons to the push & store the value in a sheet or CRM. The dashboard displays detailed template level report.
Actions can't be undone. Plus, there's no direct integration with CRM such as HubSpot that can be done without tech intervention.
Speed. Wati let's you make changes to the bot, automation, reporting very quick. So you don't need support's intervention when it comes to enabling a new flow in Wati.
> The tool is very intuitive; it is straightforward to navigate and get the functionalities out of the software > The documentation is pretty thorough, with relevant examples > The team inbox and functionalities are a clear winner > Advanced features like flows and webhooks are a boon for implementing customized flows
> It seems WATI is primarily meant for Marketing Outbound communication. From this point of view, it is perfect. However, I am trying to implement an operations solution where I must send suppliers messages regarding an order. The struggle is that I cannot pull data from my internal database/google sheets into a WATI flow builder. If only I could introduce variables like Quote Number and Event Date into a flow, I would have been unstoppable!
I am using WATI for the following use cases to start with: > Send confirmation messages to the customer when an order is placed > Send out a reminder message to the customer one day before the delivery > Send out confirmation messages to my suppliers > Send out reminder messages to my suppliers a day before the delivery > Send out inquiries to suppliers to check availability and to confirm the pricing.
The ability to use WhatsApp for sales and support.
The price is a bit high, but if you have the budget, it's worth it.
WhatsApp is the primary method of communication in our market. Clients find it convenient to do business with it.
