It is very intuitive and easy to use. The integration with Pay Factors is seamless and automatic. Our integration occurs on a weeklly basis. PayFactors was very helpful when we had an issue with our integration.
There isn't really anything I dislike except maybe it isn't easy to customize
We used Workday to administer our merit increases to his year and it was very easy for our management to enter the increases and the system to calculate the new rates.

There's nothing that I really don't just don't like I like everything about work days it's the best platform I have worked and seen and have been a part of I really appreciate it in the way that they developed it
The benefits I realized is being able to have my own personal little workstation and files and being able to train and it has the ability to be able to tell you when your training needs to be done and when it'll be due
I like Workday! What I like the most about Workday is it is an easy to navigate software and has a friendly user interface. I use it frequently.
So far I don't see any issues with Workday as it helps to track my Working hours.

Workday is really designed to make anything you need to do possible, if you understand the system and it's possible configurations. I love that workday allows you to look into the history of business processes and to augment those processes as well. Workday is the best tool for HR and this comes after many years of working with ADP.
I think the candidate process for recruitment can be to lengthy. I love the resources workday has for learning but wished they offered more configuration training.

Over all my experience is positive but creating reports can be very difficult for new users with any technical training.

Easy to request time off, easy to see how much there is, and als makes it very easy to report expenses.
I wish it provided a way to report that something is missing like: in this case: I want to expense something, but the cost center is not there, let me flag it to my organization
When you need to ask for time off it's so much easir to file it in and have your manager review it, instead of asking about it on a DM or something, it streamlines the process.
