Their support could be better and better catered to each country. There is a bit of a language barrier and I often get put in touch with the wrong person. This can definitely improve.

We have been using zoho inside our organisation for years now! We have a client who are an educational establishment they have different needs but most of them can be just solved with the help of a powerful form builder. When we realised that there are two form builders that came to our mind one is JotForm and the other one is Zoho Form Builder! Basically, we don't want to cut the cost here because the form builder has to be capable of doing some extraordinary things for our client, because they may be having a future expansion ideas. With the much advanced features offered by Zoho Form Builder, and even more affordable than the JotForm we just gone with Zoho Form Builder and ye we have never felt bad for picking up the Zoho Forms! We have set up a lot of Page Rules, Field Rules, Data Validation of the respective fields for future use cases! And yeah! Everything just works flawlessly!
What we like most about Zoho Forms is its great power to integrate well with Zoho products, Salesforce and Google applications. It also offers native applications for iOS and Android devices that have allowed me to create forms and collect data directly from my mobile device and the best thing is that it works offline. I love how easy it is not only to start creating online forms, but also how simple it is to manage and expand those forms for anyone, even those with experience in website development. I use this system for clients who need to manage their own forms, or clients who use their forms for more than just contacting people, such as e-commerce or dating.
The only thing I do not like about this system is how things can be expensive once you get over the free version. There is a huge gap between the free version and the first paid version, not only in the number of monthly shipments, but also the price is a bit high. Zoho Forms is an amazing way to give a customer or company control over their contact forms and comments, apart from allowing me to use forms for simple purchases and for collection of payments. Anything we can do to save our boys' time, ultimately, benefits everyone. We are delighted with Zoho Forms: it is easy to configure new forms and start using them immediately. The most important thing was the help we received from zoho Forms of support when we wanted to add some features that were a bit more complex than normal. Manish did everything possible to help us get the form exactly as we wanted it.
Zoho forms is helping me to create efficient forms to be used by the employees of my company. Also, I It gives the benefit of using unique fields that are not available in any other free platform solution. My favorites of these are: the progress bar that can be dragged, the Matrix Choice, offers the possibility of very complex answers, load image, the integration of forms is insurmountable. It includes the integration of Google Sheets and Zapier. I use Zoho forms to help me collect and data in the field, without having to use paperwork and data entry personnel. It also allows me to synchronize my work online once the Internet connection is restored allows me to use this application, especially with the nature of this application. I checked other software and only a few have this feature.
I love that I can use this form to collect order inquiries from my website for my bakery business. It’s simple to set up.
I wish they offered more designs for these forms and didn’t charge for custom features if you use more than one of their products.
Collecting information for order inquires on my website.
Very easily I can create short forms to get quick answers and analyze the doubts of the clients to filter it with the required service.
From a small business perspective I feel that the cost is a bit high
get feedback and statistical analysis of results
The tools used to create the forms are basically nice and simple. We can drag and drop items into place and move items around in a visual manner. We don't have to deal with many complicated technical processes like coding or databases. The pricing is very good. We can integrate Zoho Forms with other software to make our workflow and data transfers more efficient.
I don't really dislike anything about Zoho Forms. Something I would like them to add though is maybe capabilities for more advanced design and consumer-facing templates that can be used for surveys, polls and feedback.
We largely use Zoho Forms to gather project data and other feedback that can allow internal teams and clients to make more informed decisions. The simple tools in Zoho Forms make it possible for many people to log in and make adjustments to forms where needed. We can also collaborate directly within the platform and get forms done and distributed more quickly. When we need to generate thorough reports or presentations, much of the data that we compile through our forms from Zoho Forms tend to play a key role in creating engaging points of interest.
I'd say, the best aspect of Zoho Forms is its intuitive interface and flexibility in form creation. It offers a wide range of customizable templates that cater to various business needs (including my B2B business), making it incredibly easy to design professional and engaging forms. Additionally, the seamless integration with other Zoho applications and third-party services enhances its functionality, allowing for efficient data collection and management. The real-time data analytics is another standout feature, providing valuable insights and helping in making informed decisions.
While Zoho Forms is largely impressive, one area it could improve is the limitations in design customization for advanced users. While the existing templates are great for beginners, users with specific design requirements might find the customization options a bit restrictive. Also, the pricing structure, although reasonable, can be a bit confusing with different tiers and add-ons, which might be overwhelming for new users trying to understand the best plan for their needs. Lastly, more advanced features like conditional logic can sometimes be a bit complex to set up for someone without a technical background.
We host many webinars, and I'm not seeing a lot of customization on webinar hosting platforms. For that reason, we use Wordpress + Zoho Forms to build our own landing pages, which optimises conversion rate by a wide margin.
