Integration with Zoho Desk is seamless. I initially planned on using Google Forms, but Zoho Forms does everything I need. With Google Forms, I would have needed a 3rd party app for integration, and this eliminates the extra level of complexity.
I haven't found a way so far to build dynamic forms. I want to use a dropdown at the beginning of the form to choose the path for form completion, but there doesn't seem to be an option.
We're creating forms to allow our customers to create tickets in Zoho Desk, which reduces the workload on our agents and allows ticket creation when we are not in the office.
Overall feature is great. Everything is just one click away and really easy to understand. It helps me a lot working and I can be able to find information right away.

Zoho Forms makes it easy to collect information securely from customers and co-workers. It also works to send out surveys to clients to help gauge customer satisfaction. It easily integrates with Zoho Sheets to maintain, track, and share information as needed.
It's a bit more difficult to share integrations with other users. When Zoho Forms shares information via Sheets, it doesn't always share with the same users. It's an extra step, but it worth it!
It is an easy, secure, and professional way to connect with co-workes -- especially clients. It allows the company to maintain its professional image vs using a free form program. It is customizable in a way that maintains the brand across platforms.
It is a simple drag-and-drop builder for making a web form. It easily integrates with my other Zoho apps, especially Zoho CRM.
I wish I could activate multiple integrations at once, but there are workarounds for it.

The pricing and the depth of features to which each platform is available. It truly is an all-in-one solution that works for both small and large businesses. Constant updates to the UI and functionalities also means they listen to their customer base.
Their support could be better and better catered to each country. There is a bit of a language barrier and I often get put in touch with the wrong person. This can definitely improve.
It's solving the pain of having multiple online applications all needing separate logins and billing and consolidating all these apps into one login at one low-cost price.
I like that Zoho Forms is flexible. I can configure the form to send an e-mail to internal users or create a ticket in Zoho Desk. As well, I can customize the layout to conform to our company brand guidelines.
Zoho Forms requires some software development knowledge. This limits creation and making configuration changes. Currently, we are making all the changes within the IT teams. I would like it to be accessible to lay users.
We are automating the collection of feedback from our partners and internal users. The ticketing system helps us keep track of bugs or configuration issues with our software. We are also planning to implement some refund forms so that we can move away from paper forms.
Zoho Form is the best form solution, I have used. Whether you want to have a registration form or you want to take surveys, for everything Zoho Forms is the place. It takes care of any kind of functionality that is required by most businesses. It provides us with the option to take payments using the form and can be integrated with popular payment gateways namely PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Paytm, Instamojo. It also gives the option to give a unique ID to each submission and we can apply prefix and suffix to the same.
Nothing is there to dislike this tool, it is the perfect solution.

Zoho has many different products, and I use a few of them as an HR Manager. Of all of the products, I like Forms the best. I have developed some pretty extensive forms with MANY rules, and the form works great! I love that it can be customized in so many different ways. We have paid for our subscription so we can also customize the background of the form and include our company logo on the form. Users don't even realize they are using a form I built in a software - it is all so seamless.
The only thing I dislike about Zoho Forms is that when you have many fields (in the builder section of the software), it can be hard to find a specific field. I would like Zoho to offer a "grouped" feature for fields. I feel like I scroll endlessly sometimes! The other work-around I found is to search for text on the page. So, I'll "Command F" (on a mac) and just type in a particular word. I still have to search through the results, but it is a lot faster.
I use Zoho Forms for multiple forms, but the main form I use as an HR Manager is for Personnel Actions. Since I just need to provide a link to the form, it has been instrumental in creating a faster workflow for my management team. They can access the blank form anywhere they have internet access. I have seen a tremendous increase in submissions which has helped my team to be more productive.
