I'd say, the best aspect of Zoho Forms is its intuitive interface and flexibility in form creation. It offers a wide range of customizable templates that cater to various business needs (including my B2B business), making it incredibly easy to design professional and engaging forms. Additionally, the seamless integration with other Zoho applications and third-party services enhances its functionality, allowing for efficient data collection and management. The real-time data analytics is another standout feature, providing valuable insights and helping in making informed decisions.

While Zoho Forms is largely impressive, one area it could improve is the limitations in design customization for advanced users. While the existing templates are great for beginners, users with specific design requirements might find the customization options a bit restrictive. Also, the pricing structure, although reasonable, can be a bit confusing with different tiers and add-ons, which might be overwhelming for new users trying to understand the best plan for their needs. Lastly, more advanced features like conditional logic can sometimes be a bit complex to set up for someone without a technical background.

We host many webinars, and I'm not seeing a lot of customization on webinar hosting platforms. For that reason, we use Wordpress + Zoho Forms to build our own landing pages, which optimises conversion rate by a wide margin.

I am able to customize the forms in many ways.

It is not mobile friendly at all. The app freezes on occassions.

Zoho Forms has an advance graphical interface that makes it easy to generate forms without any special skills or knowledge. It helping me build subscriber lists for my email campaigns.

Zoho ecosystem is very useful for Marketing department of any organization. It provides all kind of tools to enhance productivity and streamline various processes.Its easy interface allows user to create online forms very easily. Its form builder has almost every tool as per my requirements. Its Image Upload feature makes my forms more beautiful and it impresses my audience also. It works extremely amazing with Zoho Campaign.

They should include more number of forms in their trial account. It will give users wide experience of this product and they can make their decision in less time. With more forms users can test them in different segments of their operations in less time and then they can make purchase decision.

This software helps me in collection my customers details through website plugins and through promotional emailers. It helps me to grow my email lists.

First and foremost, Zoho Forms makes it relatively easy to create sleek and professional forms without the need for coding experience. The layout and interface of the Zoho Forms account is clean and easy to navigate. We can create and edit forms in a very visual and intuitive way by essentially moving fields wherever you want them in the form. Aside from being a great form creator, Zoho Forms also has solid data tools that let us access and analyze data in the cloud.

I think working with more complex forms can be a bit tricky. The pricing is not too bad, but seems to be somewhat on the high side. Though the customer support team is responsive, they aren't always the most helpful when it comes to figuring out issues with our specific forms. They've often just given me general information that I wasn't able to completely fix my problems.

Zoho Forms has been a solid platform for online form creation. We are able to quickly post forms that we can use for customer feedback, purchases or many other types of data collection. Since Zoho Forms can integrate with other software and payment services like PayPal, it has been very versatile for many business applications. We can easily link to the forms from social media, emails or our website.

The forms are very easy to use and have an easy interface. There is a nice variety as well to help build your companies customer relationship management.

I wish they had more templates to choose from. You can modify the templates, but it would be nice to have the ability to find the template you need without having to make a lot of modifications.

Zoho forms are simple and easy to use. They have several options for input fields, customization of forms, conditional logic and integrate well into WordPress.

I wish the UI was cleaner and simpler as it takes a while to get used to where everything is. As much as I enjoy customizing my forms, that could also be simplified by opject as opposed to style first then object. (Ex borders>button or box. Button>border)

We wanted a more seamless integration of CRM to WordPress. It has been beneficial to keep all results for multiple clients in the same portal as opposed to forms directly on each site.

The Zoho Forms has come a long way in working well with the CRM and being useful for many purposes. It has been a great resource for us to gather data for our system and about our clients so that we can make sure to follow up accordingly. I like that we can make is dynamic as well as design it the way that we want to for our own company branding.

I dislike that there are hidden "limitations" that you don't really know about until it affects the customer. The system pushes new leads into the system 99% of the time, but not always which also causes frustration. I think it has the ability to be very clean and useful for the majority of your needs.

The customer support is not that good, I mean it's fast to act but the person on other hand doesn't seems to be interested and can be rude sometimes. The team also seems to be not properly trained.

forms are not really fancy and you cant import fonts or move around. It does look like from 90s, old fashioned style form. Some businesses might be okay, but otherwise its worth spending money on a proper contact form plugin

Zoho is ambitious and relentless in adding and improving products.

The only deal-killing problem is when a form is partially filled out and the person needs to return again there is a pop-up box with a slug of code that the user needs to copy and save to return... this drives away the average user... I love ZOHO and appreciate their intense desire to improve so I hope they get this under control soon.

Undoubtedly Zoho form is one tool that any team should use to capturing and processing data. You can use different type and formats which is easily exported to a spreadsheet.

The space limitations provided by Zoho forms is the prominent point when you register it with them for licenses.

When you talk of simplicity, then Zoho Forms is such kind of simplicity that we needed for form building. It has excellent form building and editing features which includes use of drag and drop technology to make it so easy to build forms. Sharing forms is so easy and secure. It allows team to work collaboratively when building forms which makes the entire work more simpler. Setting up Zoho Forms is so straightforward and there are no complex steps to follow. This makes it implementation to be smooth and quick. The best thing with Zoho Forms is that we get to integrate it and use it alongside other Zoho products like Zoho CRM and Books and this makes our work more convenient. For all the times we need a form at our workspace, which is probably more than once a day, we always rely on Zoho Forms to help us get the job done.

We really are having a good time with Zoho Forms and we cannot pinpoint any area that has given us any difficulties at all. Moreso, the support team has always been there for us and gives us answers within short periods of time.

It has drag and drop custom form builder which is very useful to create forms based on requirements it also integrates with Zoho survey which will be useful for feedbacks.

I usually conducts PKTs (Process Knowledge Test) for my span/team monthly also i take part in PKTs when someone prepares it. Initially i used google forms later i started using Zoho forms as it is very convienent comapared to google forms. Also it has drag and drop custom feature in which pictures/photos/screenshots can be added easliy. Customized forms can be saved for later use which will save a lot of time. Also it integrates Zoho survey which i usually use after conducting PKT for feedback to improve quality of PKTs.

Sometime Zoho forms is not working maybe net or server issue

Previously we collect data online through mails and google forms which is very hard to collect inforamtion. Now its easy to collect client requirement and make online ticket with zoho ticketing portal as well

A particularly light service, easy to understand even for those who do not come from the world of data, I liked the simplicity of the interface and the ability to insert widgets, the definition of the widgets is also very easy, and can be easily changed.

Zoho forms are more simple and lucid. Even a non-techno person can easily create the desired forms to collect information. It is available in free version also. We can use it in our laptop or tablet or in mobile device too to create forms that we desire.

It is very useful no doubt, but it has given only text entry option. It would have given audio response also.

It helps me in collecting after training feedback. Also, it is very useful to to TNI ( Training Need Identification). I can send form and easily collate the responses using Report option.
