There isn't much to dislike about WPForms at all.

WPForms helps our donors get in touch with us through a contact form. We are also using it to screen volunteers that want to help our nonprofit.

WPForms is simple to use for beginners. But there are tons of extensions that you can add once you understand the basics. When combined with WP SMTP, this is the method that I've found that pretty much guarantees that mail gets delivered. This is often a big problem with website contact forms. Emails get lost between the submission and the inbox. So a couple of years ago, I started using WPForms, WP smtp plugin, and Mailgun. Since then, things have improved dramatically for mail delivery with my clients.

I sort of think that with a pro account, the WP SMTP should be included. It is fairly pricey to buy a full license to both every year. Overall though, this is probably just being wishful on my part.

It solves the problem of website contact entries getting lost in cyberspace. Previously, I used many website contact forms. WPForms stores the entries in the backend (if you like) so you can ensure that you're not missing anything.

What I like most is the support. I had a very complicated form to build and it went off without a hitch. Thank you WPForms!

Overall, I have been extremely impressed with WPForms and would highly recommend it to others seeking a reliable and customizable form solution.

As of now, I have not come across anything that I find dissatisfying about it. It has proven to be functioning exceptionally well for my needs and requirements, and I have yet to encounter any issues or drawbacks that would detract from its overall efficacy.

WPForms have streamlined my workflow and improved my user experience. And with its ability to save all entries to the backend, I never have to worry about losing important data or information. If you're looking for a reliable and effective form solution for your website, WPForms is the way to go.

So easy to use. The frontend is aboslutly fantastic! You cant compare to any other plugin on wordpress. Also the registration of every mail thats sending.

The free version doesnt have all the basic things, like phone number, gdpr etc.

Je suis loin d'avoir testé toutes les addons : on trouvera bien une faille :) ou des idées d'évolution.

Je l'utilise pour les sites web de mes clients et vais poursuivre car sa prise en main est plutôt aisée. Chaque client a ses propres besoins et le type d'informations qu'il souhaite recueillir. L'avantage est que WPForms propose une grande variété de fonctions pour répondre à ces besoins.

The spam protection over-filters, leading to missed customer contacts. We disabled the spam protection and now use WP Armour Honeypot protection on all our sites.

The cost can be prohibitive if your budget is small.

I can gain information quickly from clients with no paper.
