I like that it has a lot of different VERY USEFUL addons. I also like that they're VERY OPEN to suggestions to develop new addons or add features to existing ones.

This wordpress plugin is very easy to use. Does everything I need and more.

I dislike ContactForm7 and other plugins I've been recommended in the past. WPForms is much easier and faster.

Creating forms

WPForms is the best contact form for WordPress. Lots of flexibility, easy to-use and powerful features. I've been using it in various ways for several clients with different needs, and it has worked really well.

I think the design function for the form could be a bit better and easier to use. It's ok, but I think that it could be improved. Other than that, I don't know anything I'd like to change.

The main problem it has solved is that different people at companies get the emails based on what the customer selects in the contact form. This is a great feature that clients ask for.
