What I like best about Zoom Events and Webinars is their seamless and user-friendly interface. The platform makes it incredibly easy to host and manage virtual events and webinars. The robust set of features, such as screen sharing, interactive Q&A, and breakout rooms, enhances the overall experience for both hosts and attendees. Zoom's reliability and excellent video and audio quality ensure that our events run smoothly without any technical hiccups. Additionally, the analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights, allowing us to measure the success of our events and make data-driven improvements. Overall, Zoom Events and Webinars have greatly simplified our virtual event management and have consistently delivered a high-quality experience for our participants.
Honestly, there's very little I dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars. However, if I were to mention a minor point, it would be the pricing structure for larger events. While Zoom offers a great range of features, for organizations hosting very large webinars or events, the cost can become a bit steep. It would be nice to see more flexible pricing options or discounts for high-volume users. Nonetheless, the overall value and functionality of Zoom Events and Webinars make it a worthwhile investment for our virtual event needs.

When we think of virtual conferencing, the first platform that comes to our minds is ZOOM. Its because it is one of the oldest and most popular video conferencing platforms. What we like most about this is its Simple, Clean and Organised Dashboard and endless possibility of integration options for you to plug and play with your product. When you look to scale your business which requires video conferencing functionality you can confidently rely on Zoom. For eg, if you are using Zoom for Webinars, it can allow up to 10,000 virtual attendees to sign up which is a very large audience. Also, we like the features like Streaming meetings & Webinars on Facebook and Google Calendar Support.
Now let's talk about the downsides which we feel with Zoom. Firstly, I think the subscription plans in Zoom are not well segmented as t of the services require an additional subscription (or add-on) that has multiple tiers based on the number of attendees you plan for. While many of the starter plans are fairly priced, the larger plans are questionable in my thought. One more demerit I feel is the lack of comment control I feel while moderating events and webinars on Zoom. Also, with the rapid growth of 4K video (now most of us have mobile devices with cameras supporting 4K), HD video quality (1080P) has become the standard on most platforms. Unfortunately, Zoom doesn't support this. It normally supports 720P for the current speaker. In addition to that, the compulsion of downloading the Zoom app to attend the meetings/webinars feels annoying.
Zoom provides you with a stack of solutions for all your video conferencing requirements for your business and platform. Its ease of integration and small business-friendly pricing helps you set up at low cost and scale with ZOOM.
I find Zoom Events and Webinars to be an excellent choice for virtual collaboration. It is cost-effective and seamlessly integrates with a range of software and tools such as Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. Zoom's capabilities make it a potent tool for remote collaboration, enabling effortless communication among team members. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to conduct meetings and presentations, even for individuals who may not be technologically savvy. Furthermore, Zoom's multi-platform functionality ensures that it can be used across different operating systems and even on older computers.
One aspect of Zoom Events and Webinars that I find less appealing is the pricing of certain tiers. It would be helpful if they could introduce more affordable options for small businesses that don't require the capacity to host 500 or more attendees. Additionally, there are some concerns regarding privacy policies and security when using Zoom. Another drawback is the limit on the number of users who can join.
With Zoom Events and Webinars, I can easily organize webinars from my desktop or mobile device. Its compatibility with both desktop and mobile versions makes it a breeze to conduct webinars from anywhere. During the pandemic era, Zoom Events and Webinars proved particularly helpful for me to host online shows, which led to the development of other online courses and seminars that I continue to offer to this day. The platform's convenience has allowed me to optimize my day by avoiding the need to travel to remote locations for meetings.
I'm a big Zoom fan so obviously, I'm very comfortable using its webinar version. I find it's very reliable, you can count on it to deliver webinars without being let down. So many great features and easy to use - especially for regular Zoom Meetings users. It doesn't change much and you get integrated with your regular account. I love its language interpretation feature: when we have events with foreign-language speakers, attendees have the option of hearing the translator or listening to the original sound. It definitely makes the event much more professional.
Feature-wise and overall platform, I have no complaints. Being a big fan of Zoom, I always feel comfortable operating their platform and find it very easy to use. However, if I were to say one thing it's its price. I find it steep. Especially if you already have a big account with Zoom, they should have a discount on this additional version.
Hosting online events is very easy with Zoom Webinar. Our events look very professional and well-managed using this platform, so I'm happy with the image our customers get of our company. To me a great feature was the language interpretation that allowed us to host webinars with foreign-language speakers and make translation available to our attendees.
If you have a small marketing team and are looking for a "bare bones" webinar platform that is easy to configure, highly reliable, and gets the job done - Zoom is a great option. Zoom lacks the features of many more sophisticated webinar platforms, but it does the job at a fraction of the cost and complexity. It will make you rethink your investments in more expensive platforms. You will miss some of the advanced features of other platforms like ON24 and Cisco WebEx. For example, there is no waiting room for presenters to huddle in before starting a live session. There is no way to upload presentation content in advance (limited to screen share). On the other hand, you don't have to spend days attending online training platforms to learn how to use the webinar platform. If you a familiar with Zoom's video conferencing platform then learning the webinars platform is simple. Furthermore, you won't lose any sleep the night before your webinar worrying about whether you configured all the various parameters correctly. Configuration with Zoom webinars is simple and straightforward. It just works!
Email confirmations are disappointing - You want to make it easy for registrants to easily access the live session. A key success factor is including the superlong personalized Zoom URL, dial in options, and calendar invitation attachment in the confirmation and reminder emails you are sending to registrants. It's challenging to get this right using an external email marketing platform so the safer play is to use Zoom's native email capabilities. However, the level of customization available in the Zoom email confirmation/reminder templates is minimal. Adding branding elements or your logo is painful. Zoom does not properly size the images when uploaded. The email templates do not have a responsive design so they do not render well on different screen size formats. Integration with Hubspot's marketing platform is limited, but highly reliable. Only a few fields such as name and email address can be synchronized between the two platforms. There is no way to send feedback to Hubspot on who actually attended the webinar (versus who just registered). However, the integration that does exist is rock solid, is super-easy to configure, and only takes a few minutes to setup.
Zoom offers a low-cost channel to host a high volume of marketing webinars. You can set up a new webinar in less than 30 minutes (if not 10). As a result, you can get a lot more done with less resources. You don't need technical staff or a marketing operations manager to run the webinars. Zoom is enabling us to do 3X the number of live webinars than we would be able to resource with other, more complex platforms at a small fraction of the cost.
Zoom is a brand and software that is trustworthy, reliable, and known to many as the "Kleenex" of online meeting platforms. Users are already familiar with the process which makes the RSVP rate, Attendance Rate and user experience predictable.
Zoom RSVP pages offer very little bells and whistles, and the meeting rooms are not as feature rich as other webinar platforms designed exclusively for such purposes.
Zoom is easy to use for both the host and visitor and is cost-effective. If you are starting out and building your webinar audience, zoom is the way to go until you need more features.
I love the ease with which you can program an event without so much knowledge, and that it guides you step by step in the creation and programming of the event and allows you to keep an exact control of speakers and participants
I do not like that the service is a bit expensive since sometimes we only need to carry out one or two events during the month and it charges us for the service during all 30 days of the month, it should only allow hiring for days at a more accessible price
Audio problems have been solved and the video quality improves with lower bandwidth of the internet connection and the recordings are more stable, and it should allow saving the recordings with all the languages or translations that are made at that moment
The best thing about Zoom Events and Webinars is, besides being multi-platform, the fact that the software works in old computers with outdated OS. Lots of compatibilities
Maybe what I like the least about Zoom Events and Webinars is the price for some tiers. Perhaps they could implement lower pricing tiers for small businesses that don´t expect 500 or more attendees.
Zoom Events and Webinars help me to implement some online shows during the pandemic era, which eventually helped me to develop other seminaries and online courses that I give to this day.
