What I like best about Zoom Events and Webinars is their seamless and user-friendly interface. The platform makes it incredibly easy to host and manage virtual events and webinars. The robust set of features, such as screen sharing, interactive Q&A, and breakout rooms, enhances the overall experience for both hosts and attendees. Zoom's reliability and excellent video and audio quality ensure that our events run smoothly without any technical hiccups. Additionally, the analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights, allowing us to measure the success of our events and make data-driven improvements. Overall, Zoom Events and Webinars have greatly simplified our virtual event management and have consistently delivered a high-quality experience for our participants.
Honestly, there's very little I dislike about Zoom Events and Webinars. However, if I were to mention a minor point, it would be the pricing structure for larger events. While Zoom offers a great range of features, for organizations hosting very large webinars or events, the cost can become a bit steep. It would be nice to see more flexible pricing options or discounts for high-volume users. Nonetheless, the overall value and functionality of Zoom Events and Webinars make it a worthwhile investment for our virtual event needs.

I like the pricing and ease to use to join the meeting.
My audience can join events quickly, but I can't use some features like FB live integration.
I had invited around 500 audiences, and all could join the meeting. I can easily hold the event without any issues.
Very reliable, easy to use, its performance is amazing. No lagging in the audio or video has car mode, which is amazing and helpful. Integrated with many tools and email software.
The cost is a bit high for the licensed version to be able to have unlimited meeting time. There should be option to take control for the browser and mobile version.
After the last yesrs, working from home became an essential fact, which Zoom helped a lot in that transition phase.
I love the ease with which you can program an event without so much knowledge, and that it guides you step by step in the creation and programming of the event and allows you to keep an exact control of speakers and participants
I do not like that the service is a bit expensive since sometimes we only need to carry out one or two events during the month and it charges us for the service during all 30 days of the month, it should only allow hiring for days at a more accessible price
Audio problems have been solved and the video quality improves with lower bandwidth of the internet connection and the recordings are more stable, and it should allow saving the recordings with all the languages or translations that are made at that moment
I'm a big Zoom fan so obviously, I'm very comfortable using its webinar version. I find it's very reliable, you can count on it to deliver webinars without being let down. So many great features and easy to use - especially for regular Zoom Meetings users. It doesn't change much and you get integrated with your regular account. I love its language interpretation feature: when we have events with foreign-language speakers, attendees have the option of hearing the translator or listening to the original sound. It definitely makes the event much more professional.
Feature-wise and overall platform, I have no complaints. Being a big fan of Zoom, I always feel comfortable operating their platform and find it very easy to use. However, if I were to say one thing it's its price. I find it steep. Especially if you already have a big account with Zoom, they should have a discount on this additional version.
Hosting online events is very easy with Zoom Webinar. Our events look very professional and well-managed using this platform, so I'm happy with the image our customers get of our company. To me a great feature was the language interpretation that allowed us to host webinars with foreign-language speakers and make translation available to our attendees.
What i like about Zoom Video Webinar is very easy to use,and set up. No hustle for the startups and is very cost effective. Scheduling meetings is easy, sharing the link is simple and invite with audience who need to be present is fast and convenient. Zoom handles multiple participants meeting very well through a centralized screen that allows you to see all participants, conduct group or individual chat sessions.
I have no drawbacks at all. Everything is working cool.
We use Zoom to schedule meetings with our clients, and this is so cost effective and time conservative. Its so scalable for small and medium sized business enterprises. Private chat feature makes it have a smooth presentation. Sharing screens and showcasing presentations are convenient.
Easy to set up different channels depending on panel member or visitor, like that chat and Q&A were separated, and the data to how many watched, and for how long, provided great insight on what we might want to scratch for future webinars.
It's quite a hefty price when you're a smaller company.
I was quite nervous to put up my company's first webinar on my own, but Zoom webinar made it a breeze from set-up with email invites, to going live, to post-webinar logistics of offering the webinar on demand to subscribers who might not have been able to make it.
Very straightforward webinar platform which includes automatic sign up pages, a modern/simple interface (compared to their largest competitors), great audience participation tools, and very good recording quality to host after the fact for lead generation, reference, etc. As well, it scales to a good size of audience at an affordable price. Running a 300 attendee webinar is a breeze with Zoom, and quality is consistent. The tools included for polls, chat, Q&A, etc. are all great and don't limit like other webinar platforms I have used as an attendee or guest presenter/panelist.
As with other platforms, I wish that without extra work you could have a multi-view of presenters/hosts along with the material being displayed. This would be better for capturing panel discussions. It would be cool if they had more landing page customization, right now we build those in unbounce to drive traffic to the sign up page.
Hosting a webinar is great for customer education as well as lead generation, but you need a platform to run it on! I have hosted and participated in webinars on many platforms but Zoom has been the easiest to use and most consistent.
