Quick updates on paycheck status. Once logged into the service, it is incredibly easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. I am able to see more than just an amount, but also the paycheck including cost breakdown, vacation and PTO hour status, and YTD numbers that are helpful with budgeting. Pulling a previous year tax summary document is simple, as is downloading a PDF of this information
I cannot say there is anything currently that I don't like... I do find the password updating to be a bit unnecessaary though.
ADP iPay provided our employees with a solution for accessign their paycheck info as soon as we wanted to see it.
I think my favorite thing is how easy everything is to use and understand. Everything is classified correctly and you do not have to hunt to find what you're looking for.
I dislike the cost of the overall services in comparison to other companies, such as Paychex and Heartland. Although the other companies are smaller, the price is significantly different for similar services.
We are currently solving the issue of the employee-access process. We wanted a better system than we had to allow employees to see what they are being paid, how their taxes are set up and take more initiative in their own financial needs.
We will only use ADP for running our payroll moving forward. Due to this experience, they have shown us that they do not care about our business or any small businesses. They are all about the money and fees.
the hidden fees, 2-hour phone call, given the run around with no explanation. Lack of support for small businesses. Do not try and switch without planning it. ADP will hidden fee you and make it very difficult for you to switch. They will not give you support or explanation when you question.

It started off simple, and easy, however as the weeks progressed, our payroll continued to have errors and then lack of customer service.
The lack of customer service and help. The company's payroll taxes were not paid correctly. Our quarterly reports were not correct, either.
We have switched from ADP and are currently using a new payroll service. The cost has increased, but we cannot take a chance that taxes and reports would not be submitted correctly. We realized that we were not paying that much with ADP, but the quality of service was not acceptable, after the issues we had.
Nothing. Nothing and Nothing. I have nothing good to say about this company.
They submitted two of my personal, wrong, T4 forms to CRA. Incorrect balances of income on both. Now our payroll person has to fix this all with the CRA and taxes have already been filed. They mailed our T4's under a different businesses name. Luckily the box came to our business. Payed vacation pay to Salary workers. "Somehow" did not pay overtime to our staff members. 16 people did not get payed their full amount on the last payday we used with them.
They don't acknowledge problems and then charge you for their investigations into their own mistakes.
Nothing - they are so very, disorganized
Disorganization! One person tells you one thing and another denies what the other said! Liars!
None. They have cost me almost $10000.00 because of their BS, lies, and disorganization.
