It's easy to get started, the UI is elegant, the Crunchbase integrations are helpful, and it's easy to configure to how we work. The integration with calendar and email is really helpful to make sure things don't drop through the cracks.
The analytics capacity is sorely lacking relative to a more full feature CRM like a Salesforce. You can't really run reports. I wanted to get the raw data behind all the opportunities that had moved through a given stage in a time window, and there was no way to get the raw data, only aggregates. Also, the API is a bit under-featured but it's getting better.
Tracking companies and opportunities and understanding our communication patterns with the venture ecosystem. We work more efficiently and don't lose track of stuff.
Being able to see co-worker's relationship contexts, data from clearbit for free, auto-logging of comms, nice customer support rep/people
Have used it for many years and there's been little improvement, consistently horrible UX that gets worse over time, poor data quality and errors often produced.
