What do you like best about CloudTalk?

My experience with cloud talk has been great. I have experienced no glitches since I have been using it. It does rely heavily on the internet though so the slightest disruption will disrupt a call.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I do not like that the client information for the next call appear after the call is being sent out and not before.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am able to gain contact with clients from the USA and Canada and my call can also be returned

"Simple but powerful"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The friendly interface and the pretty short learning curve. Getting CloudTalk ready to roll was a joy coming from a more complex system. Just sign in, and you'll realize that everything is very intuitive.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

There are mainly two things that I think CloudTalk could improve; the most important one is how it manages media (images). When getting a picture, the picture quality is terrible. The second is to improve the sms area, add the possibility to select multiple conversations and delete them and improve the search bar.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudTalk is my solution to contact guests, customers, contractors, investors, and everyone I need to keep my business running. I needed a simple and easy phone call system, and that's what I got with CloudTalk.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

UI is super easy, and the product works as expected. Call quality is always strong. Support is always quick and responsive.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I think the mobile app could do with a bit of a refresh but aside from that I have no issues whatsoever.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The app is user-friendly and you can use the service like a regular phone with a desktop and mobile phone app which is great for mobility. It has a great analytics dashboard too.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

A few bugs and needs improvement on the reporting, being able to review expenses and more info would be great. overall is a really great up and I'm pretty sure this improvement are on the way.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to reach possible customers anywhere in the world. being able to communicate and set up marketing campaigns either from SMS or Calls. Most of the services I've checked don't have this amount of features.

Integrates well with Hubspot, really easy to set up and not had any connection issues with calls.

SSO usually works a little more seamlessly

The functionality of retrieving phones from web pages or CRM to easy calling. Also the connection is Great, delay or bad connection problems.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The not creation of reports yo analice more concise the data. Also would be great to select only those phones that have been validated.

Sometimes we do not get valid numbers from the cloud talk to make overseas calls An example to make calls to India we do not have a proper Indian number, Whereas for US and UK, we do have good numbers and connectivity is better.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

The connectivity to remote areas like Uganda, Bali, etc was difficult. With cloud talk its seamless to talk to our clients and personally, the auto recording has made us review what was spoken previously and make we follow-ups accordingly. As a Sales person, this is our daily cup of tea

Cloud talk is a great tool when trying to reach out to new clients, its easy to use interface and dashboard make making calls a breeze. While providing multiple countries as a hub number.

lack of possible searches before making a phone call

There are lots of opportunities to create the call flow that fits for your business in particular. The customer service is outstanding and you receive help immediately.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

my.cloudtalk.io is not always that readily comprehensible.

It allows us to easily distribute and forward inbound calls and helps dealing with all calls in an appropriate way. That way, no calls are left unanswered or forgotten about.

the app is the most useful. It has many useful functions for sales agents in the process of communicating with customers.

it works better to copy and paste the number in the application, since it has fewer functions in the crm

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I can call straight from hubspot or the desktop app without having to use my own phone number.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

When using the extension I kept getting error messages when trying to perform tasks or trying to call contact directly.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having to call people from my personal phone number which is in the UK. But instead I can use cloudtalk to call with a dutch number.

Easy to configure, deploy and measure efficience of the team. Customizable outbound only or IVR telephone system. Voice recording and Intercom integration Cost x benefit worth the value

Commercial process to enroll is still reliying on account manager, there isn't a click-to-buy option model.

I appreaciate the linkage between the phone number and CRM inputs, which helps me to identify the lead without much effort.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

It's a bit costly for one person use, would be appreciater a more cost efficient plan

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

So reliabe and easy to use from my mac. easy logging of calls in crm. Easy tracking and recording in Gong. Account information also visible and editable from within CloudTalk. Makes my life as seller overall easier.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

We have multiple phonenumbers, so getting messages from other sellers isn't optimal. Maybe just a setting issue? For example, randomn sms from numbers that are also in cloudtalk but from other sellers.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Logging all the calls after making them and being nicely connected to my infrastructure like Salesforce and Gong. Saves time on the admin side of things. Also easy calling from my laptop.
