"Simple & efficient for making calls & excellent support staff"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Now all our calls are sync'd to our CRM and it saves our teams time that they can use to call more people now. It's efficient and the app is easy to use. The dashboard is great too.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

There could be a little more active onboarding support between the person who you do the package deal with & getting started. Perhaps we missed this step somewhere but I have to say that the support staff are very fast to respond (but maybe a proactive approach could have saved us a little time in getting fully set up). No complaints about the actual software though.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Simplified process of logging and recording calls, clear reporting and productivity, happier phone agents.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk has been a game-changer for our business. As a growing company, we needed a phone system that could scale with us and provide reliable communication across teams and with our customers. Our team members were up and running with their own phone numbers in no time. The call quality is crystal clear, and we've had no issues with dropped calls or connectivity. Call recording, call routing, and voicemail transcriptions are just a few of the tools we use daily to streamline our communication and improve customer satisfaction. We also love the mobile app, which allows us to take calls on the go and stay connected with our team. Overall, CloudTalk has been an excellent investment for our business, and we highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and feature-rich phone system. The customer support team is also top-notch and always available to help with any questions or issues.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

While there's a lot to love about CloudTalk, I will say that there's one thing we've had trouble with: the learning curve for some of the more advanced features. However, I do appreciate that CloudTalk's customer support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful in guiding us through any challenges we've faced.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudTalk is solving a number of communication problems for our business. Prior to using CloudTalk, we struggled with an outdated phone system that was unreliable and didn't offer the features we needed to streamline our communication with customers and within our team. With CloudTalk, we're now able to make and receive calls from anywhere, on any device, with crystal clear call quality and no connectivity issues. In addition, CloudTalk has benefited us in several ways. First, the platform has helped us increase our team's productivity by allowing us to manage calls and voicemail more efficiently. Second, the call recording and voicemail transcription features have been invaluable in helping us review important conversations and keep accurate records. And finally, the mobile app has been a game-changer for our remote team members, who can now stay connected and responsive on the go. Overall, CloudTalk has had a significant impact on our business, and we're grateful for the many ways it has improved our communication and collaboration.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

We appreciate a free trial and a friendly customer service team with nice people, plenty of useful features (call recording, call touring) and very easy integration.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

There is nothing we disliked about this solution, for now, no outages or major bugs worth mentioning occurred during our usage.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It greatly helped to reduce the amount of time needed to resolve customer issues.

Intuitive design and interface. Easy to make outbound calls. Accurate call queuing. Good value for money - customer service is efficient and helpful.

Once upon a time, I feel that the quality of some calls is not 100 %. But it is something that most people don't notice.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

CloudTalk offers every contact center feature that is necessary for our company to provide great customer service to our customers. We like visual IVR, easy-to-setup callback setup and various integration that enhance our workflows. And their support! I feel like this part of the SaaS business is underestimated very often and makes a huge difference, especially for us.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

We couldn't find anything, there are no major outages, no problems with their support, nor any bugs in the application.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Increased time to solve customer issues, saved time on the support in general.

"Super tool to support and manage our feedback"
What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The best part is that everything works on VoIP. Feedback is recorded and can be easily evaluated and commented on. If we sync the whole thing with our CRM, everyone has an overview of everything they need to know.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I don't know of anything I don't like about the service.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solved the problem of information availability for all and j for those who do not have an account in Cloudtalk, thanks to synchronization with our CRM.
