Concord Pricing Reviews
Implementation was easy with our Client Success Manager and the Technical Team assisting us. Our Client Success Manager is helpful and responsive when we have questions. There was no third-party implementation team to add to our communications and cost. The user controls are easy to use, and the interface is clean and straightforward. I love that many of our contracts are now being returned in 1-2 days when it used to take weeks!
Concord does not have an internal spell-check, and documents can only be sent to external signers one at a time. I hope the developers can add these features in the future!
Our organization now receives notifications when contracts are about to expire, so we don't have to keep track of that manually or search through contracts to get that information. The best part is that it's so quick and easy to search for and find documents with just a few clicks using the Search, Filter, and Tags tools.
I wanted to find technology that saved time and complied with local regulations. Security was also a consideration because each partnership contract includes confidential terms, conditions, and pricing information. Concord came out ahead when compared with the competition since it is easy to use, automatically provides an audit trail. There are deadline alerts that ensure you are managing contract performance (termination clause, etc..). Concord provides unlimited storage for all customers. It means that we can sent a contract per year to on partner and he will use Concord for free and sign the contract! Then, we know that contract negotiation process is inherently collaborative, and focus on providing all the features necessary to effectively negotiate contracts.
It isn't very easy to answer this question as they have a very good customer service when a problem comes out. They are always doing new updates. They ask for client's feedbacks to improve their services. The only thing I wanted them to add is to meet perfectly the requirement of UE Regulations regarding the validity of the e-signature.
They solved the problem of internal approvals, and it's perfect! I saw the benefit of 3 main features that Concord offers including: - Reminder alerts automatically sent until customers sign contracts and changes are easily trackable - Proof of contract compliance in case of an audit - The ability to create multiple contracts at once
I like that the format is similar to gmail, so it is simple, and intuitive to use.I like that through the tagging system, not all users in the company have access to every contract in the database, they just have access to ones they uploaded, and ones tagged to their department.
Honestly, nothing. So maybe just the price, companies are always trying to save a few dollars.
We switched to Concord a year ago from another contract database system and it is like night and day. The only system, was so old, not user friendly, was very clunky and had to be loaded onto your computer, even though it was browser based, so only one person could use the program I can work in Concord on any computer, and have someone from each department designated to upload their own contracts, which eases the burden on the administrator.
So far, so good! I am happy with the customer service and the level of detail the program goes into. I think this will really help me with keeping contracts and amendments in an organized place - which will cut down on a lot of confusion and time! This program stood out to me in a field of many!
Nothing so far. I haven't processed an amendment through the system yet, but if that goes smoothly, then there will be nothing to report.
Managing contracts with any amendments in our sales field was getting time consuming and very tangled. This program will help keep track of prior amendments and help cut down on time spent in this area.
We manage nursing facilities I was looking for a long time for a contract management solution Concord delivered exactly what I needed, I love the reminder and collaborating features, and the price is better than all other applications I looked at.

reminder and collaborating
Concord is an entirely cloud-based system that features as a contract database as well as a full fledged negotiation/e-signature platform. It has integration with Google Docs and Office files, as well as PDF. It's a very flexible piece of software that can have multiple uses depending on the organization. It's very customizable, the template system is excellent, and the ability to import redlines from Word files is essential
Some pushback on proprietary platform from outside partners (although this is rare). Requires partners to create an account, although it leverages logins from LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, etc.
Concord allows our business to maintain and be aware of existing contracts, while allowing lots of flexibility in negotiating new agreements with flexible templates. Turn-around time has certainly increased, and we are considerably more agile when it comes to contract deadlines than with our previous solution.
I love the simple, modern, intuitive user interface. It's easy to use, includes a native e-signature feature, and at a reasonable price with a responsive and professional help desk. It's made a vast improvement in organizing and streamlining all our contracts and has been well received by our staff.
Like all software, it's not perfect. The biggest challenge for me is the formatting issues when converting documents into Concord or even inside Concord. I've spent hours fixing templates. Once they are completed then things run pretty smoothly, but this setup can be frustrating and time-consuming. Although it's a relatively minor thing, Also, I don't like how they handle the "request signature" emails. It's a simple link to have the system send an email to a signatory, and great that it can be automated to send after a previous signature is completed, but the subject line says "Invitation to join" which is confusing since an external signatory does not need to join anything to review and sign the document. There is a way to send customized messages when sharing a document, but not for the "request signature" emails. I also appreciate that the completed Smart Fields automatically show up in the Summary section, but currently, none of the other fields do, so we have to add those manually. Again, other than the formatting issues, it's mostly just small things.
Contract management
I've been using Concord for a while now and its very cost effective and simplifies eContracting. I especially like the feature of reviewing contracts in an email inbox format and the easy API integration with Salesforce.com
A mobile version would be great to see with this App.
This product has some aspects that are easy and cheaper than competitors like Docusign
