Concord is a fantastic solution for small businesses looking to maintain and manage a contracts database. The software is easy to use and it's very powerful for the legal team to create templates and allow the business to draft contracts or other legal documents quickly and easily - with the confidence that standard terms cannot be changed. The support and customer management team are always quick to respond and happy to jelp.
While Concord has a high level of customisation in some cases (e.g., smart fields, custom tags, etc.) some of the functionality could be more customisable - such as if a date appears on the signing fields. However, the Concord team are always receptive to feedback.
Contract Management including Contract Database across all elements of the business.
Concord has great built in features and allows for easy accessibility and filtering to find what I need.
I have nothing negative to remark on- it is an intuitive and easy solution
It has helped us automate workflows and gives visibility and transparency. Also, it has helped us get organized and gets essential documents out of people's inboxes.
The upsides of using Concord are collaborating on managing the process of approval stages with contracts for new customers and renewals for our business. The program is really helpful for our team as we can create templates we regularly use and easily search documents we need to review.
The main dislike is more of a feature request related to maintaining the proper formatting when uploading Word documents. Sometimes they upload, and the formatting is funky.
The program helps us manage the process of approvals, bringing in all the stakeholders who need to be aware and/or approve certain aspects of the contracts, and makes the process more efficient.
Concord offers unlimited electronic signature requests, so I don't have to worry about limits. It's easy to use, and I have never had a problem where a client doesn't understand where to sign. It's also cheaper than the competition.
I can't think of anything I dislike. I'm very pleased with the software. The interface might be a little confusing the first few times you use it, but it's quite simple after that.
Concord allows me to request unlimited numbers of documents for signature from clients via email. I couldn't do my job otherwise since the signatures are a requirement.
Ease of use, menus to captured required information and readily available training.
Document upload and require too many clicks. Hot keys would be beneficial
Document storage and contact management
Easy to use and efficient and time managed
When locked out hard to get access because you have to locate the person
I don't know
It is helpful and critical to have a repository of agreements and I love that aspect of concord. Along with e-signing, etc.
Enablement of new users, which in my case is prospects.
Losing client agreements.
Friendly and easy Contract Management Tool, Faster set up and go live.
Tags should be reporting one by one by excel.
Totally effective. Total control over dates and expiration dates contracts.
I love that creating new contracts and processing them through execution is SO much easier and faster, because templates and signature management is all streamlined now.
It's not very intuitive yet, and the graphic user interface isn't super well developed yet. But, I've gotten used to the layouts, and I've played in the system and figured a LOT out by myself and am learning fast with the help of the EXCELLENT customer support.
I am Chief of Staff for my company, so I handle all our Contracts, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Writing, HR, etc. I was previously keeping track of our contracts using Excel spreadsheets, but it was so complicated, and since I wasn't working in contracts on a daily basis, it was almost impossible to keep track of the status of all our necessary contracts. Concord has saved me by providing an organizational system that makes it easy to create, process, store, and replicate our contracts.
Implementation was easy with our Client Success Manager and the Technical Team assisting us. Our Client Success Manager is helpful and responsive when we have questions. There was no third-party implementation team to add to our communications and cost. The user controls are easy to use, and the interface is clean and straightforward. I love that many of our contracts are now being returned in 1-2 days when it used to take weeks!
Concord does not have an internal spell-check, and documents can only be sent to external signers one at a time. I hope the developers can add these features in the future!
Our organization now receives notifications when contracts are about to expire, so we don't have to keep track of that manually or search through contracts to get that information. The best part is that it's so quick and easy to search for and find documents with just a few clicks using the Search, Filter, and Tags tools.
We use Concord as a database for all our long term contracts and POs. Have the ability to receive email reminders on important deadlines has helped us tenfold.
There isn't a negative about this product. We use it for a very simple yet critical role at the institution and for what we need, this software fulfills everything.
Contract renewals, cancellations, terminations, payment deadlines.
Concord is a fantastic tool to: create templates, send documents out for signature, organize executed documents, and manage contract expirations. The platform is user-friendly and the customer service is excellent.
When a contract is amended, you can link the document to the original document; however, Concord does not automatically update the new expiration date. This has to be done manually.
Concord has helped our organization organize and share all of our executed contracts. Sharing can be done by simply sharing a link or downloaded the document and sending via email.
I can write, sign and send documents. No need for a extensive training to start using the software. Simple and easy to use
The search engine page get reloaded when you start typing and sometimes I need to re-type
I can sign agreements with my clients at anytime and anyplace. Saving lots of time. No need to keep paper documents anymore
I'm comfortable with Concord while using it for online document signing by employees and vendors. It is easy to control the status of all docs.
As a simple user of Concord I can't mark any cons of this product
It is perfect for signing documents online, and it saves a lot of time instead of using regular post offices for delivering paper documents.
The redline and comments are the best features because we speed up our process by avoiding emails. Also, the email alerts let our team know when some changes or comments happened in the document. Lastly, the template makes our day-to-day easy because we save time always using the same template, and via Salesforce integration, we guarantee that the correct information is added to the document.
Some documents more than two clients must sign and add information pertained to each role. Concord does not allow me to tell the system which each external guest must fill out the information. It would be nice if this feature were implemented for a complex contract setting type where we need to collect information in the cont
80% of our contact require some adjustments - redlines - which consumed many emails exchanged, and it was hard to keep track of the process, which implicated in a long process until the contract was signed. Concord provides relines capability, comments in the contract, and email alerts when someone leaves a comment/question. We improved a lot our internal process.
Easy to share with others and can be edited easily.
Nothing. The software seems to be improving constantly, listening to users' feedbacks.
No prblems lately.
First, I love the real-time editing feature of Concord. It made collaboration with everyone (team, external parties) very easy. Second, Concord also has this automatic notification feature wherein you can set an alert for upcoming renewals and/or due dates. You will never miss a deadline because of this. Third, there is also no need for back and forth emails since you can discuss any questions or comments in Concord itself. Fourth, you can create a template and customise it per your need. Fifth, I am over the moon because we have unlimited e-signatures. This definitely help minimise scanning, printing and sending back and forth documents to Parties
I think editing documents inside the platform is a bit challenging. The formatting (font, rulers, paragraph) is not easy to manage. You may want to do your editing outside the platform.
With Concord, you have a sense of security that all the contracts you are managing are safely stored in one place and can be accessed only by authorised parties. In addition, the E-signature feature is a huge help since we are mostly working from the confines of our own home because of the COVID situation.
Concord allows for seamless routing to internal parties with a need to review, sign off. This allows for a much more collaborative experience than we had experienced before. Of particular benefit is being able to give permissions to certain fields to certain collaborators. Unlimited storage is helpful and the ability to track and get alerts for upcoming deadlines and expirations is a big bonus.
Nothing in particular comes to mind. It's been a great addition.
The ability to know what's coming along in terms of documents for renewal or expiration has been great. The collaborative ability of the software also makes our process much smoother.
I like how we can track signature steps and create flows on who needs to approve and sign first, before someone else.
The tags and search criteria can get disorganized
Making sure contracts get signed in a timely fashion without redlined document
The program is very straightforward and easy to learn. It allows me to stay organized and keep track of expiration dates and deadlines.
There isn't much to disklike, but introducing more shortcut capabilities may improve the overall experience.
I am compiling contracts into one organized and convenient location. It allows me to stay up to date on expiration and renewal dates.
- Concord made us go from a paperwork system to an all-digital filing of our contracts; - Concord tracks for us the validity of our contracts; - Concord enables us to build team capacity and have other members of the team collaborate with legal easily on contracts; - Concord makes digital signatures safe and valid;
- The Concord system is still developing, so some functionalities are not "there yet" - There is no streamlined way to train other team members on how to use the system, we are developing our own training videos - Recently, Concord changed its operating system from tags for access to folders for access, and we had to make the switch manually, changing hundreds of contracts manually.... the Concord team didn't have a tool ready to accompany this change... this is quite costly in terms of resources it required from us.
- Sending contracts in bulk, instead of having to send similar contracts manually; - being able to report on contracts and in general on the turnover and activity of our legal team; - being able to collaborate with external parties easily and stop ping pong emails with word versions numbering!
I wanted to find technology that saved time and complied with local regulations. Security was also a consideration because each partnership contract includes confidential terms, conditions, and pricing information. Concord came out ahead when compared with the competition since it is easy to use, automatically provides an audit trail. There are deadline alerts that ensure you are managing contract performance (termination clause, etc..). Concord provides unlimited storage for all customers. It means that we can sent a contract per year to on partner and he will use Concord for free and sign the contract! Then, we know that contract negotiation process is inherently collaborative, and focus on providing all the features necessary to effectively negotiate contracts.
It isn't very easy to answer this question as they have a very good customer service when a problem comes out. They are always doing new updates. They ask for client's feedbacks to improve their services. The only thing I wanted them to add is to meet perfectly the requirement of UE Regulations regarding the validity of the e-signature.
They solved the problem of internal approvals, and it's perfect! I saw the benefit of 3 main features that Concord offers including: - Reminder alerts automatically sent until customers sign contracts and changes are easily trackable - Proof of contract compliance in case of an audit - The ability to create multiple contracts at once
managing redlines in one live system rather than sending documents back and forth to people
the commenting within a document sometimes is buggy but continues improving with new releases
removes need to emailing documents
I can’t imagine life without Concord. We compared several contract management platforms and Concord was the choice. I would say this to other in-house attorneys: the longer you wait to get Concord, the harder you’ll be kicking yourself when you see how much more efficient and productive it makes your legal department!
I don't like that I waited so long to make Concord an essential tool in my daily practice!
I now have several thousand contracts at my fingertips, all easily accessible with a few keystrokes.
Concord allows you to edit, redline, comment and automate approvals — all on one platform.
The new interface may seem a little more complicated, but you get used to it quickly.
On Concord you can quickly create templates for any contract type, store them and access them quickly.
You can sign a document in a few clicks.
Free tier doesn't allow to use the http API.
Have a certified signature to be compliant with laws about our contracts with clients.
The design is awesome, everything is very comfortable in use. Customer support service is also amazing.
Maybe there are some features I would like to add, but in general, I did not have any problems
It really helped to organize our contract management system.
This tool is very easy to use. The free account is quite complete to achieve all basic options.
The access to some documents can be quite long, especially for old documents.
This tools has helped me company to sign documents during the lockdown, very intuitive for our customers and our collegues.
How quick and easy it is to create/edit legal documents with little room for error!
There's nothing I would change, it is an amazing tool
Concord has been absolutely amazing! I remember before we had this tool, we had to manually typing out each offer letter in a Word document, it was tedious and offered lots of opportunity for mistakes. With Concord, we have awesome templates makes the process more efficient and accurate.
It is simple, easy to use, convenient and it stores all of my contracts in one easily managed place. They made it very simple to use and to edit. I can even save templates for contracts that I use every day. It was a lifesaver for our business!
Honestly, I do not have any dislikes! It is really a great product!
I am able to store all of my contracts that I use daily with Concord and keep signed contracts in a safe, secure and easy to manage area! This is so much more secure than saving them on our local machines or emailing attachments to our customers. It makes everything so much for professional and easy for our customers to use as well.
