Datapeople is very intuitive. The users aren't left wondering what do to next. The best thing about Datapeople is that you effectively grow your candidate pool in a short amount of time.
The only downside to Datapeople is getting the hiring managers to buy-in. Once the buy-in is there with the entire team, it's pretty seamless. An initial improvement could have a color coded training for hiring managers instead of the short videos.
Datapeople is solving the issue of having to continually source for qualified candidates. Datapeople saves you time and energy by providing qualified candidates as soon as the posting goes up.
It has allowed us to be able to reword titles and descriptions to where they not only make more sense but flow better.
Some things that we require to put in our posting can be flagged and can tend to hurt our score but we are still able to get higher scores.
We are pleased to display our Benefits and other things we provide that candidates can easily see on our posting.
This has been very beneficial in creating job descriptions that are more appealing to attract candidates!
As a sovereign nation, we cannot add a diversity statement as we give preference to Choctaw Tribal Members. This does lower our score but we are unable to accommodate this.
We did not have our benefits package in our current job postings, we have benefitted by creating a template in Data People which auto-adds our benefits and more about us.
The templates and ease of use are the most helpful parts of Datapeople for me personally. The extension's ability to automatically generate important information in the job such as benefits has also been incredibly useful.
Truthfully, I do not have a bad thing to say about the software. The support we have gotten in customizing the software to be compatible with Workday has been tremendous.
Many of our hiring managers gloss over their postings and seem to expect TA to fill the requisition out for them. Datapeople allows me to save time by offering a standardized format for me to generate the content of a requisition.
Our job posts look more professional with the number of words and correct wordings. The feature of having suggestions on the left side of the dashboard while creating the bar is fantastic, as using those suggestions increases the scoring. I love the suggestion box to use the better word for any sentence. English is a second language for me, but with datapeople I do not feel it bothers me.
As I use it more snd more I may know them better but at this point, None.
We used to have a very long job post for any job opening, especially adding information about our company and our parent company. Datapeople helped us tremendously in solving that issue; now, we have two small paragraphs and everything in it.
Datapeople is very simple to use. It allows me to verify the language I use for my postings to ensure that is relevant and inclusive.
As of right now, having to copy everything onto our job creation platform manually is the only inconvenience I can think of.
It helps with grammar, reducing the number of redundancies, reminding to post relevant information and using inclusive language to optimize the post.
It has been a game changer to update our job postings and attract the right talent with the help of their systems.
A bit rigid at times with formatting in workday.
It's helping us shorten our JD's , attract more talent, and write overall better postings in his competitive market.
I am very pleased with how easy it is to use and manage data people. It is a very user-friendly website which makes it a lot easier to get in there and recreate job descriptions.
I did not dislike anything about data people. I think it is very well put together and could easily be used for any employer trying to post jobs with great job descriptions.
Data people is solving how to not making job descriptions so wordy, and that really helps with posting jobs because all of the things that are not needed are cut out.
The tool is intuitive and easy to use; it shows criteria for making your publications better, more catchy and close to the DEI perspective. As well, it suggests how to draft it for better positioning among job boards or LinkedIn
The tool is not programmed for writing publications in Spanish, would be better to add this functionality in the future as some hastags or acronyms may change across languages
DEI practices in publications, clearness in redaction and understanding for feasible candidates, attractiveness and positioning of publications. Use of correct language in publications.
Easy to navigate with great results as I am seeing an increase in applicant flow once datapeople has been used to modify the job description. I like to takes you through step by step
The videos "how to" - the presenter is great but too much information and one can get lost...easier to go through it on your own or have her take everyone through it as a working class
Lack of candidates...a more inclusive description results in more applicants so its a really a no brainer...more time consuming in the beginning but good results
