Datapeople has shown to be extremely helpful in calling out language that we may not have realized was excluding candidates. It is a great tool to help increase our inclusivity in our job postings!
The only thing that I haven't loved thus far about Datapeople is that there have been a few instances where there have been system errors that we've had to take back to the Datapeople tech team to review and correct.
Datapeople has helped us increase our inclusivity of our job postings and therefore increased the number of overall candidates applying to our roles. As a recruiter, it is awesome to be able to have a larger candidate pool from which to choose!
It ´s a plataform friendly, attractive and easy to use, the guides , the keywordsIt contains guides, many help with words that help and do not help for a better score.
Actually there is something that I dislike, I think it is a great help, it only requires investing a couple of hours of practice, to be doing tests to identify the keywords and get excellent results.

Super easy to use. I like how intuitive the sotware is when it comes to making suggestions to my job descriptions.
Nothing really, although sometimes it can be tricky to achieve the required score with suggestions like creating two jobs instead of one.

Datapeople makes it easy to edit job descriptions to attract more qualified and diverse talent. It flags areas in your job description that may be lacking that you normally wouldn't think of.
It takes a little while to understand the UI and layout. I had to go through two trainings to figure out how to best use the tool . Also, I can't find the "datapeople everywhere" integration that allows me to make edits directly in the SmartRecruiters API.
Datapeople makes my job descriptions standout. I've been able to attract a wider range of more qualified candidates to my jobs. It also takes out a lot of the effort associated with editing JDs.
The way it guides you on how to adapt your job description to make it inclusive and targeted to your audience.
Need to be careful about using the recommendations as I don't believe this tool checks if some sentences make sense.

Its screen design, the accessibility of the commands, and the suggestions of orientation to the inclusive language.
Sometimes the correction suggestions are insufficient and we as users can get stuck on a score without improving our score.
The company's external communication is improving, as talent with various characteristics is attracted without anyone feeling excluded.
I love how it catches things in the JD that I did not. Also, it promotes equity and takes things into consideration things that I may not.
Sometimes they flag the smallest things, like "self-sufficient" or "communication skills"

That it populates all information very easily and syncs and integrates with other internal systems very well.
That all the editing has to be done on Data people and cannot be done directly on Lever via Data people. Also sometimes the Data people app on Lever causes glitches.

I like how when I add job description details and the software seamlessly syncs into our ATS.
I cannot think of one thing I dislike. So far it has not given me any issues.
I have not yet had any issues with posting jobs and editing job descriptions
