Datapeople has pushed us to review our wording. Putting more "you will" statements and including who they will report to has made an impact. We want to be as transparent as possible in our job descriptions and datapeople has helped us.
Scoring is confusing. We have one published post at 76 but it is very similar to the others we have posted. The feedback to the left is all good and there are no underlined red words within the body. Nothing stands out on how we could improve this score

Sometimes while trying to make the Job description more inclusive the overall meaning of the Job description slightly changes. This can be worked in background for future software updates.

At the moment it does not exist with german language/ for germany. Server location makint it challenging to use with GDP.

At times the tool can identify phrases and wording that is less inclusive without providing common alternatives or suggestions. It makes you brain-storm to try and get a message across in a well-received, engaging, and non-biased manner.
A large part of our company culture revolves around DE&I and Belonging. We want to make sure that we're always creating a welcoming environment from all in all facets of the organisation.

It simply works, i was very happy using DataPeople. The UI works, the outcome was easy, the tutorial was also super seamless. Nothing much to say, i don't like to compare with competitors, just keep focusing on making sure your product is the right product and there is no need to look around.

Job Description and templating for publishing them into the internet, that way candidates can definitly engage faster into our roles and make sure they get the most out of their time.
Direct implementation of recommended fixes and the ability to sync directly with the post.
There are times where the recommended fixes are part of PR approved messaging. The ability for System Administrators to stop certain phrases as an error would be great.
