What do you like best about FaceUp?

Thanks to FaceUp, we are ready for all the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive. We also work with their partners on documentation and legal implementation.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Nobody's complaining about anything, works good.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to solve whistleblower protection cheaply and quickly, in compliance with GDPR and with added value for the company.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

I like the pro-customer approach of the team. It's probably because they're still a small and flexible team. They can respond quickly to our requests there. In addition to customer support, we also talked to the product manager and co-founder of the platform, from which I judge that they take client feedback really seriously.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

We found some confusion at the beginning, but everything was resolved.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted more things: - to set up a tool for reporting unethical behaviour in companies, - address the requirements of new legislation protecting whistleblowers, - collect feedback from our employees, - and demonstrate our focus on CSR. We managed to solve all of this mainly through custumisatiom, working with categories, organisational structure and access. It also convinced us that we were supporting the fight against bullying in thousands of schools through our involvement.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

I was especially pleased with the materials that the FaceUp team creates for their clients. Whether it's promotions or legal templates. We have also found some guides and a list of experts we can turn to.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Some of the external experts want high prices for their services. That's why we often turn directly to the FaceUp team, who are always helpful for free.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to comply with the rules of the Whistleblower Protection Directive, and at the same time implement a tool that would also have a practical use for our company.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

Support, simplicity, fast implementation, security, clear administration and mobile app. I was also glad to see the prepared materials.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

It works as expected, it doesn't crash. There's nothing I don't like.

We were looking for a simple reporting system for a smaller company that didn't want to spend a lot of money on whistle-blowing.

"Customization and a "nothing is impossible" approach"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

Every time we have an idea or question, it is heard. I appreciate their team's patience and startup approach. I spoke with 5 team members and it was obvious that they enjoy their work and are ready to help any client.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

I was not able to download the ebook from their website, but they sent it to me in the mail afterwards.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a very specific company culture and it seemed difficult to get whistleblowing going. Because of how customisable FaceUp is, we were able to set it up in a way that suited us.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

Having software in place which allows anybody in the team anonymously brings up pretty much any topic or issue helps us (business owners) to face the potential problems as soon as they come up. This helps us have a great company culture and team that can rely on the fact that the issues will be solved or discussed. More on the software itself – the onboarding process was flawless, and the support team was always happy to help with any questions we encountered. I'd also like to give them a big thumbs up for managing data and how serious they are about security.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

The app pretty much solves everything we wished for.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

As already mentioned in the first section – I like how FaceUp is really taking a good care in educating public sector regarding problems at schools, companies, groups or communities. They offer a tool which can solve a lot of communication problems down to road. Recommend!

"Easy to manage whistleblowing interface"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

In our company, we have had a customization problem with whistleblowing systems we were using before. With FaceUp, we can customize everything we need very easily. After setting up the whole system, I delegated the management of FaceUp to someone else and their learning curve was pretty fast. Our team is grateful for FaceUp in-app materials because it provides SHORT and useful information about dealing with inside problems according to law. Communication with the reporter is always easy and comfortable for both sides.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

I've got nothing in mind. Every problem (small details) we've had with FaceUp was always solved quickly.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using FaceUp for almost a year as the main whistleblowing system. Our employees weren't using the previous tools much, but FaceUp improved it a lot. I think it's because of its accessible design.

It helps us to spot quickly problems in the team It was very easy to implement it. People in our team loves how easy it is to use it when they want to report an issue Our HR likes the reports and stats

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

I didn't find anything in particular that we didn't like. Everything works the way we expected. We are really happy with the tool. The only thing is that I wish we used it sooner.

Well, we are able to collect feedback from our teams. People have a tool that allows them to speak up if there is some problem. Thanks to that we already adjusted some processes or made changes in the roles of the people, etc.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

- offers both a website platform and mobile app, which is also great, - GDPR compliant, - great customer support, - helps us with resolving incoming reports effectively, - great part of complex legal solution for any company.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Non yet. I do not see any downsides as of yet. I don't know what to answer here as it is a very convenient app. Of course, it is only a part of the complex whistleblowing solution.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

By far it is allowing employees to have an improved user experience not only reporting concerns but having a means to have trusted conversations. Also facilitating an improved administration of the reporting system.

Simplicity, administration. The whole system is easy to integrate. Safety and data protection is certain in FaceUp. Last but not least the price is reasonable for the value it brings to our company.

"Best tool against bullying I have seen"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

It's very low-key and easy to use tool. As a father of a heavily bullied daughter I would love if something like this would be available 15 years ago. And it's not only an app and a website, but entire system including training, awareness building etc. I am truly convinced that FaceUp can save a lot of bad experiences for kids and adults.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Nothing, everybody I know likes the product.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quick reaction on situations before they escalate. Helping to stop bullying not only at school but as well at the workplace.

Ease of use, no need to learn about the platform, absolute protection of privacy, possibility to work on notifications in wider team, archivation functions, cloud-based solution and speed associated with it, best value to price

I do not know if it is possible to have the app in the on-premise alternative

Handling of notifications as required by the whistleblowing legislative. It can also be used to handle any other questions or problems raised by employees. Employees now raise much more issues and company found out some cases of bribery, bossing, but also improvement of business processes

Nothing, the app works very good and it has already helped some children.

I solved that some childen used it to just try it. To me it is very valuable app, because some children are not brave enough to come, and tell me about their problems. For children it is easier to use the app. Using the app's callback feature, you can track down and help a child in need.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

Not only is it a great solution for any problems that can happen in organizations, but also there isn’t any other platform that makes employees feel as safe and comfortable as this one. All of our people love and trust it, which is exactly what we hoped for.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

It would be great if FaceUp had more promotion because then we would have maybe found out about it sooner.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we encountered a case of harassment within our company, we found out people are scared to come to HR. FaceUp, on the contrary, offers them a safe space where they can reach out to anyone safely, without worrying about the consequences. It has proven effective and helped us tackle any unwanted behaviour.

FaceUp allows reporting of any kind of problems, ensuring we know about all the important things that happen within our company.

We would enjoy an offline solution as well, that would be available to our older or less technologically skilled personnel.

"The easiest communication channel to use out there"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

We love the simplicity of FaceUp the most. It’s so easy to fill and send the report, especially since it’s customizable, and we can have employees choose different categories based on the topic of their message. Then it’s incredibly simple for us to navigate these reports and solve them, and thanks to the overviews available in the administration, we can process multiple reports at once without losing track.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

In the beginning, we were skeptical of how our employees will react and whether they will want to use this platform. However, since we implemented it, we have only received positive feedback from all sides.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use FaceUp to gather different kinds of inputs from our staff. We collect feedback about the company processes (positive or negative), check up on possible mental health problems, etc. The biggest benefit is the simplicity of having everything in one place and not needing to search through multiple channels. It’s also helpful that FaceUp offers different types of overviews and dashboards in the administration so that we can see the bigger picture too.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

We offer FaceUp to our clients mainly as a legal solution for the requirements from the government. It is compliant with the requirements for the protection of whistleblowers, GDPR confidentiality, and data security standards. Since it can serve as an internal and external channel which employees, customers, and even distributors can use at once, we can recommend it to everyone. On top of that, it has many exceptional features such as customizable notifications, which prevent administrators from ever missing response deadlines from a legal point of view.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Reporting requires an internet connection at all times, which could be something to think about for the FaceUp team. It would be nice to have an offline option too.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are many companies that are just finding out about the incoming EU directive, which will affect them soon. Luckily, we can offer them this solution. Thanks to the adjustability of the platform, it can be suitable for any company size, which is perfect for us, as we work with a variety of different clients, out of whom all have unique requirements from such a system. Thankfully, FaceUp usually meets all of them and has extra features that can hardly be found elsewhere on the market.
