"Launched in a few minutes"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

How easy it was to create a free trial and get a feel for the whole app. Within moments we had everything set up and ready to use.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Nothing crossed my mind, everything went smoothly and without a hitch.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were dealing with some employee issues in one startup and an expert recommended us to quickly implement FaceUp to give everyone a chance to comment on the situation.

"Ideal whistleblowing for smaller and medium-sized companies"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

It is absolutely perfect. I like: the price, the user experience, the setup options All for the needs of not only large but smaller companies as well.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Maybe they could have legal templates in other languages, but I'm sure they will make them.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

The unnecessary bureaucracy of the European Union, which wants to see whistleblowing even in companies with 50 employees.

"A completely intuitive system, no training required!"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

The online onboarding feature was really well designed. We signed up for free, got set up, tried out some of the features and we didn't even need to speak to a salesperson.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

We weren't immediately sure how it would integrate with our intranet.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to quickly, easily, and cost-effectively introduce a whistleblower protection system to our organisation.

"Very modern tool for collecting feedbacks from employees"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

The app works in the cloud, so it's available anytime, anywhere. I also like the possibility of further communication with the sender of the report.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

It might be nice to add a better polling solution.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We collect not only serious reports, but also any opinions of our colleagues. Whenever there is a change in the company, we ask for their opinion and can pick up on potential unrest.

"Customer-oriented developers who always do their best for our satisfaction."
What do you like best about FaceUp?

I like the pro-customer approach of the team. It's probably because they're still a small and flexible team. They can respond quickly to our requests there. In addition to customer support, we also talked to the product manager and co-founder of the platform, from which I judge that they take client feedback really seriously.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

We found some confusion at the beginning, but everything was resolved.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted more things: - to set up a tool for reporting unethical behaviour in companies, - address the requirements of new legislation protecting whistleblowers, - collect feedback from our employees, - and demonstrate our focus on CSR. We managed to solve all of this mainly through custumisatiom, working with categories, organisational structure and access. It also convinced us that we were supporting the fight against bullying in thousands of schools through our involvement.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

I was especially pleased with the materials that the FaceUp team creates for their clients. Whether it's promotions or legal templates. We have also found some guides and a list of experts we can turn to.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Some of the external experts want high prices for their services. That's why we often turn directly to the FaceUp team, who are always helpful for free.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to comply with the rules of the Whistleblower Protection Directive, and at the same time implement a tool that would also have a practical use for our company.

"Customization and a "nothing is impossible" approach"
What do you like best about FaceUp?

Every time we have an idea or question, it is heard. I appreciate their team's patience and startup approach. I spoke with 5 team members and it was obvious that they enjoy their work and are ready to help any client.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

I was not able to download the ebook from their website, but they sent it to me in the mail afterwards.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a very specific company culture and it seemed difficult to get whistleblowing going. Because of how customisable FaceUp is, we were able to set it up in a way that suited us.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

I like the anonymity that protects whistleblowers - both students and staff.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

High price for the premium version. But in the end, the standard features were enough for us.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted both the students of our schools and our employees to be able to contact us with their troubles.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

Support, simplicity, fast implementation, security, clear administration and mobile app. I was also glad to see the prepared materials.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

It works as expected, it doesn't crash. There's nothing I don't like.

What problems is FaceUp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for a simple reporting system for a smaller company that didn't want to spend a lot of money on whistle-blowing.

What do you like best about FaceUp?

Thanks to FaceUp, we are ready for all the requirements of the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive. We also work with their partners on documentation and legal implementation.

What do you dislike about FaceUp?

Nobody's complaining about anything, works good.

We wanted to solve whistleblower protection cheaply and quickly, in compliance with GDPR and with added value for the company.
