I previously used Mailchimp, but Flodesk gives me the ability to create a more beautiful newsletter. It really increased the professional look of our on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

Flodesk doesn't integrate as easily with Squarespace, but it wasn't enough of a hassle to keep me from using and recommending the product. The snippet of code for the pop-up unfortunately makes the newsletter sign up pop up even on the back end of our Squarespace site. It's annoying, but minor.

Flodesk allowed us to design a better email, which has helped us in all aspects of our business. From on-boarding new clients to sending out freebies, we've gotten a much better response rate due to our improved design in Flodesk.

- Their templates are very design heavy and look great, with minimal work - Newsletters barely end up in spam - Easy to use and learn- far easier than other email marketing platforms like Klaviyo

- Limited functionality with , you can't create abandoned cart mail triggers or pipelines etc. - Very expensive- their fees is $38 a month, definitely works better for people with large audiences

As a designer, I intergrated shopify with flodesk and used it to create different audience segments and send mails. They're great for announcements and sales, and are generally more text friendly while making sure your quality is great. They're also introduced an option to include a shippable catalogue- so good!

I really the aesthetic of flodesk templates and the ease of editing them.

The price for Flodesk is super hard to beat. It is an extremely affordable option for small start-ups. Easy to get started and implement an email marketing plan.

The options are Flodesk are pretty limited. It can make email marketing not as efficient as other platforms.

Flodesk solves email marketing and reaching customers. It allows you to reach your customers and design engaging emails.

This platform makes it easy to set up emails by choosing from beautiful pre-made templates. There is a template for everyone.

It's not as customizable as I was used to with some other platforms I used. I didn't dive too deep, but Flodesk doesn't seem to have the same level of segmenting and list sophistication as Constant Contact, which is the software another of my clients uses.

Flodesk is easy to use and is accessible on mobile. It saves time in setting up a sharp-looking email, but I don't think the template's customizability is excellent.

The email layouts are great, it's a good platform for email but I definitely do NOT recommend FloDesk checkout.

I tried using FloDesk checkout but haven't been able to receive payouts in months. FloDesk checkout integrates with Stripe and in spite of following all their directions the payouts from my sales page are not coming through and their team has been slow to respond/hasn't helped me. FloDesk checkout/funnels is also not ideal for social ad campaigns as they are difficult to track. I don't recommend them.

They are great at providing beautiful email templates and email automations/pop ups and embedded forms.

- I like the UI, but sometime it confuses me alot - Pricing is reasonable however features are minimal too

- They will suspend your account without any notice or warning - After account suspension, they will not initiate a refund for the remaining days - They will not even let you export your contacts - Their customer support service is worst - I have send mails to all employees, CEO, CO, marketing team but did not get any respond from anywhere - I have tried to contact them through social media, but they don't reply their - If you are running a business through Flodesk, change your software now, otherwise one day they will randomly suspend your account and send one email and after that they will ignore your mails and messages on social media like they are dead - My business suffered alot because of them - Don't have feature to target those emails who did not open email - Open rate is very low - Most of the emails lands in promotion and spam - Conatcts takes time to load

I thought Flodesk would solve my problems, but ultimately Flodesk increased my problems. My business suffered a lot because of Flodesk. After moving to Flodesk, my emails are landing into the spam and promotions tab, and the open rate decreased.

terrible support, only offer private FB grp or email which takes min 24hrs to get an answer back. Well you can read all thru their tutorials but fair at best. Also pricey for what you get. not intuitive or experience isnt great. too much focus on the white space or as we call it form over function

its supposed to help me launch a course with a lead magnet but the process and order which to do so is tedious and not clear

The only good thing about flodesk was its initial beta price point. When I used it, I got it for half the advertised price. For those that use it, it isnt complicated for the most part.

Everything. They do not allow you to add fields to forms. You are limited to first name, last name, and email. You cannot collect texting numbers without rewriting the HTML code and tricking their database. The database has a phone field, it has an address field, you just cant use them. Also, Google scans keep saying they are using old Javascript code.

I am solving none. I have used nearly every email platform, and this is the worst I have ever used. The best benefit you can gain is to stay away! The price may be good but your marketing efforts will be hampered.

It's very pretty and the design was fairly intuitive

The customer service is abusive. One day I got a random form email (unsigned) about "suspicious activity" on my account. To keep my account open, they told me to delete thousands of contacts from my list. I promise you all of my contacts were valid. I asked to speak with someone on the phone before completing such a massive delete. They said they didn't have phone support. I asked one more time, trying to highlight the magnitude of what they were asking me to do. With that, Flodesk simply closed my account, refunded my money, and stopped responding to any of my emails. I've never felt so disrepected by a company before. I'm with MailerLite now, and they are the polar opposite! So nice and friendly and they offer live chat support, which is super nice.
