They are an amazing team, very responsive. We have been able to give suggestions, or share what we need and rest assured that we have been heard.

It would be nice if more features from the web app were made available on the mobile app too.

We invested in Freshteam mainly because our hiring process looked very chaotic. There was no single page view to what was going on in the team or what was happening with the candidates. We were juggling between spreadsheets. When someone moved out of the team, it took some effort for the next person to interpret the spreadsheets. We realised it wasn’t scalable. Anyway Freshteam came with a whole lot of other benefits. We were able to accelerate our job publishings with the job board integrations. we saved a lot of time with the pre-assessment tests. Overall we were able to optimize so many little things in the process that actually made a huge difference.

It’s simple and had all the features we were looking for in an ATS. Two things that really stood out to us were the ability to manage our candidates powerfully and ease with which our team could effectively collaborate and be on the same page with each other.

We were able to streamline our whole recruiting process in a few days. All our applicant information used to be on spreadsheets, color coded and hard to understand or share with the team. Freshteam helped us organize all the information and represent our process on the system. All candidate information, the interview stages they were in, email threads, interviews they were taking, were all visible to us in a single place. The team was able to easily collaborate with each other on decisions about candidates at every stage. It definitely increased the productivity of our entire team and helped us focus on our real challenges.

Before Freshteam, my recruitment process was totally manual and I had to invest several hours for very simple things. After Freshteam, my recruitment process has been completely streamlined. I love the UI of Freshteam and the software is really easy to use.

There is nothing specific that I don't like. However, looking forward to use Freshteam to maintain my employee payroll and performance after those features are released.

Things that I spent hours together to get done got over in minutes after the configurations were setup correctly in the software, and that's the best thing that happened for me in Freshteam. Love their recruiting automation capabilities.

PDF parse and ability to schedule HackerRank tests from the tool directly. Scheduling interviews from the tool provides a good flexibility.

Candidate management needs a bit of simplification. Searching of candidates across job profiles. Scheduling of the interview is great, however, emails should send calendar invites that can be directly saved in Outlook or Google Calendar. Also, interview schedule template would be great. We have a set pattern for interview, and it would be great to re-use the same pattern everytime for an all-day interview.

It's helpful for tracking the recruitment processes. Also, the layout is clear and easy to use.

I found some bugs, sometimes it doesn't work properly, either stuck at a screen (but the network connection is fine), sometimes no responses when I click on some buttons.

It's easy to use, and the pricing is affordable.

Keeping track of Candidates, Collecting and documenting the feedback for each candidate is very easy. Scheduling the interviews assisted by automated mail also helps in saving time. The search option for saved candidates and the automation of data collection by uploading the soft copies of the candidate's CV makes it very helpful.

It would great if the company website could be Integrated into freshteam where applicants could be automatically saved in freshteam. Sometimes the notification for scheduling goes to the wrong person. The automated mail needs to be edited every single time for some minute changes likes first letter caps etc.

The user-interface has improved as compared to before and minor glitches have been rectified.

Freshteam is the total package; from posting jobs to selecting candidates, to hiring. Everything is seamless and intuitive. Their templates made it easy to write a job profile. And I was able to embed jobs on my website to allow people to apply directly via my website.

So far we are able to find everything in sales, marketing and every other segment of our business operations. Freshteam has filled the void which is lying there for years.

I am very pleased with the amount of options and the level customization that are available. We have a small international team and everyone has been able to figure it out and collaborate. I appreciate that it's very affordable, but still gives the user many options and freedom of use. Also, great customer service! Fast email replies, chat features, and optional phone calls.

It's not that I dislike it, but I would really appreciate other supported languages on the career site. The automatic emails, field names, and button labels are editable, which is outstanding (!) but we would like the entire career site to be in a different language.

We are trying to hire a new position in one of our field offices and our recruitment team is based all around the world. Therefore, we need a hub to collect, read, and discuss our candidates. Freshteam is definitely solving this problem.

It’s very easy to use, I also like their freshdesk platform and the pricing model that really lets you explore the software and get used to it before committing to pay.

Nothing, they could add more features but they will over time. It’s fairly new. Perhaps being able to customise the colours of the career page would be helpful but I think that’s a feature for other plans.

Freshteams is easy to use and to customise. We have customised the Freshteam recruitment process to perfectly fit and improve our internal processes. We researched a number of ATS systems and found Freshteams to be the closest fit to our requirements at a very reasonable cost.

Freshteams does not have all the reporting capabilities we would like, however they are currently working on this and we can expect it during the course of 2022.

We were looking for an ATS system that would enable our recruitment team to track candidates and automate processes so that we would be able to communicate effectively with the candidates throughout the process and comply with POPIA.

It allows me to keep track of new leads and business. Set holdovers for tasks and follow-ups. Organize contacts. Automatically send emails to contacts. Sales sequence. Module for easy navigation.

The user interface should be more intuitive and easy to use. The technical support is not up to par.

It shortens the sales cycle, which allows me to know the intentions that a potential client has when visiting our website and to know how to proceed with our sales marketing tactics. Helpful task reminders to stabilize both follow-ups to close more deals. Keeps all contacts and inquiries in one place.

Easy use of HR-related work

The support team at Freshteam is super helpful regarding learning guides and tutorials or just quickly connecting and walking me through a feature I don't fully understand yet. They consider feedback and incorporate changes fairly quickly.

Some parts of the tool seem like no testing was done, and hence quite a few minor bugs can be spotted here and there, but then again - the support team takes care of it all. :)

It does it all by helping to quickly put our job openings out, reaching out to candidates, scheduling calls and sourcing. We're able to track our recruitment metrics and improve systematically now.

UI is too easy to use; it's interactive. Overall experience is good. I like that organization chart feature personally.

So far as an employee, you probably not interacting with the tool a lot; so I don't have any dislike in particular. However, It's exciting to explore it more.

As an employee, it helps to ease get the leaves and holiday information. I can see, apply and plan the leaves.

It solves the qualification of the candidates and the onboarding process. It benefits the company by filling out the pending personnel requisitions. We are more productive!

Ease of use, good price. We were not used to using a Talent Acquisition platform so all of the features are new to us, but our recruiter has worked with multiple platforms and she has nothing but positives about it.

As with any platform, learning the features takes a little while but this one is straightforward.

Most sections are customisable - interview scorecard, selection workflows, etc. Kanban view and Funnel reports are pretty user-friendly.

Follow-up and support during trial evaluation could have been better. Many features remain unexplored if the team is not well informed.

I love the fact that my recruitment is now more efficient. Being able to move candidates to the next step and have automated emails and tests sent to them saves so much time. Having a list of all applicants, what happened at the interview stage and if they had passed any tests is invaluable to the other staff involved in the recruitment.

The only downside I can think of is when a candidate is moved to the next stage it will send the email or test without having a box to confirm we want to do it, we have accidentally sent emails and tests to applicants that we did not want to have them.

Fresteam is solving the wasted time in filling out spreadsheets, having to have meetings to feedback to all the hiring team and sending multiple emails. We have so much time back now, and a comprehensive system holding all applicants.
