I've been a webmaster since 1994 & have dealt with tech support many times. Running my current websites has never been as easier. Hostinger's tech support is quick to respond & my websites' uptimes have been excellent. The Wordpress website migrations they offer new clients have gone flawlessly. Inclusion of SSL certificates & daily backups are noteworthy.

Their Premium Webhosting tier offers 100 websites & 100gb storage. But at ~50% resources used on 6 websites, I started getting 'limited resources' warnings. So I upgraded to the Business tier. I probably should have started there but my current Hostinger website traffic is pretty light. Free first year domain choices are limited.

I administer the UCSD Photography Interest group as one of my websites. Hostinger offers a stable, quick performing Wordpress site to promote our groups photographic portfolios, meeting minute archives, & organizational information. My other major website is a travel photography & rv'ing blog. Managing six sites is no problem with the browser hpanel interface, file manager, phpmyadmin. The admin screen layouts are easy to navigate & makes managing the backend a breeze.

Hostinger is a great web hosting provider for beginners and small businesses on a budget. It offers affordable pricing, excellent performance, and a wide range of features. However, be aware of the limitations of the lower-tier plans and the upselling tactics that Hostinger uses.

No phone support: Hostinger does not offer phone support, which can be a disadvantage for some users. There are also online to assist me and fix my issues. Even at night time I still have easy access to live chat agents to assist me and always listen to me.

They should get more VPS technical developers engineers. Who are good with all operating systems.

They have one of the most cheapest and best strong server locations. I saved lots of money getting VPS and stl got very good service

They have incredible uptimes and load speeds. Plus great customer service/tech support.

I haven't had any major problems with them, so ther really isn't anything I dislike.

On my previous (highly-rated) hosting service, my Wordpress sites loaded VERY slowly - despite using a caching plugin. With Hostinger, my sites load extremely fast.

Easy to work with, I can manage all my sites in one place (vps, hosting, email, domains) and the most appreciate value I think is that they have a fast and kind support

I work with hostinger for several years, but the treat is like I'm just another new customer ... the treat is not bad, just the relationship doesn't fell close to the customer

To have all the services in one place is really helpful for me, I have a fast centralized support for all the products, and I can schedule my bills in a better way

I find the platform much more intuitive than others I've used. The layout is simple, clean. The features are very well thought out and don't require a PhD to use. Until a couple of weeks ago, I had never purchased a domain or built a website. I now have two of each, and I was able to do it without any coding knowledge or prior experience. I get so many compliments on my websites, and my confidence for building, maintaining, and improving my websites grows every time I log in. Where my lack of experience or a snag arose during set-up, I was able to contact the Hostinger Tech Team and my issue was addressed quickly and efficiently through the chat feature. I appreciate not having to be on the telephone or be a tech wizard to get such a good result when I need it. I highly recommend Hostinger for anyone's website needs.

I don't really have any complaints, but the wait time on the chat feature was longer than I would have liked.

Their new internal web-builder is a really nice feature if you want to get a website up and running quickly and are not a professional web-designer. The more I use it, the more I understand it, and they are continually adding new features and AI capabilities to it which really helps. The built-in access to Unsplash Images and pre-made templates is a major time-changer and adds to the professional look of the end result.

It has good staff who are very helpful. I have had great uptime with them.

The UI is a little different, as many are, but once you get used to it, it is well-designed and thought out.

Hostinger offers reliable hosting. I have not had anywhere near the number of problems I have had with other hosts.

Fast loading sites. Responsive customer service, very reasonable pricing Needed SSL certificate and they included at no charge. Very good rate for 100 sites. Speed of sites is awesome

Nothing so far. Everything smooth. I have one issue about copyright claim I need to resolve. Wish they had procedure to resolve before they lock site. Copyright claims

It provides the plan of free domain and shared hosting ant very reasonable rates. The UI for the hpanel in hostinger is very easy for user to use. The support from hostinger is also awesome

Hostinger provides the reasonable price for Hosting services but If we purchase for at least 2-3 years then only they provides the reasonable prices. It's little bit disappointing

We needed the reliable and reasonable shared hosting provider. Hostinger provided the free domain with shared hosting and resolved our issue for hosting. We have deployed our website easily on hpanel

I do not dislike any of service hostinger currently providing. i am hosting 7 websites on hostinger from 2020 and their support is incredible which is 24/7.

Hostinger providing best hosting service, i like the speed, it also provides plugin ad ons like lite cache. Like i am not coding guru, when i face anything messy on the site, hostinger sloves problem.
